Called a week in advance to get some work done on my car and they said they can do it, so I set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment I went in and they told me they are not able to do the work because it is against policy. I then had to scramble and find a place to be able to do the work on a last minute timeline. Really unprofessional!

Clean service center, they answer their phones, they schedule work within good time tables. Ive going there for years for my lifetime alignments on my 2 cars with no big issues. Ive had to go back once for a realignment. Too bad they cant do an alignment on my C7 Spy...not many places can. Id recommend especially for alignments. They give military discounts too.

Service Manager Alan is the best! I had a terrible situation facing me as an out-of-town visitor and he made sure to get me fixed and on my way, even at the end of a very busy day for the shop. Thanks, Alan!

Opened up at exactly 7AM as posted, gentleman was very pleasant and cordial. Service tech jumped on the job immediately after docket was submitted. I was in and out in less than an hour for an extensive wheel alignment on my Range Rover.

*Safe environment with covid protocol. 👍**Alex the service writer did a good job at customer service and he seemed very helpful and no pressure. 👍***Lady service writer in the weekday morning shift not very inviting and her only concern was I spend more for a bigger discount not cool to me. 👎

I never have an issue when I go to Fireatone on Plaza Blvd. Staff is friendly and courteous. Always give good and realistic expectation times. One thing I did not get though is $30 to patch my tire?? $0 @ Discount Tire...and you didnt even have to buy the tire there.

Ive always loved Firestone. Ive been using them for years and have always valued how transparent and honest they are. This is the only Firestone where that couldnt be further than the truth out of all the ones Ive been to. After working on my car they made me sign a statement electronically during payment confirmation stating that I agreed to pay a new price that was higher than the originally agreed upon price verbally. Otherwise they wouldnt give back my keys. The only Firestone that will lie get your business, and then wont give back the car unless you pay more.

BEWARE: This shop is dishonest. I brought my tire to get replaced, no problem. A guy named Alan comes back to tell me its gonna be 300$ ( just labor and took an hour and some change just to tell me that) just to take out one stud that is stripped.I had my car serviced there and in Bakersfield, there were no problems with the studs and i had them rotated prior.I said no, he didnt even offer an alternative or other services he had like: a tire repair plug or anything. After coming home, i noticed my stud is sticking out more than my other studs. They got away with malpractice, and tried to price gauge me. And theY keep trying to make you buy into thier credit card scheme, dont do it!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

They are the one who scheduled for my appointment. I came on time. It took them 3 hrs for oil change and tire rotation. They couldve canceled that appointment if they are really swamped and I couldve went somewhere else. Never again! 1 star is waaay too generous for this review.

I just went for an oil change... and you guys left a mess. Theres oil stains all over my hood the door handles the door!!. I dont know why you guys opened my back doors.

10W30. Thats not too hard is it? If i say my car takes 10W30, why would you put in a different grade of oil? Might as well put water in.

I come to Firestone with all three of the family vehicles. A couple of weeks ago and they noticed that one of my wheel studs was stripped from being tightened to much. Since my tires were purchased and serviced at their station, they immediately took responsibility for the $ 300.00 repair without any question. It is refreshing to find an automotive repair facility that is honest and holds the highest level of integrity and professionalism. I am here again to get an oil change on Sunday morning and they took me right in. They are also open on weekends which is so nice for those of us that work Monday through Friday.Thanks to the crew at national City Firestone. They have a satisfied customer for life.

Worst place ever. I came in for a flat tire and I have been waiting for 2 hours and the car still isnt ready! Horrible! Every time they take so long to get anything done.

They always treat with respect, and they tell you exactly what your vehicle needs. No bull, they have excellent services.

They lied about pricing and wouldnt give back the keys unless we signed electronically saying wed pay more than orally agreed upon. Not, the experience you want, would never recommend. Lying and cheating people out of extra money than agreed upon, is what they do best. Never go to this Firestone.

My truck is in the shop as I write this because they installed the wrong oil filter on my Truck . Not even worth calling and complaining obviously they don’t care enough to install the right product .

Wow! Everything was great! From the ease at getting an appointment, to the fast fast fast service. I was in for a brake repair job (that another place failed to fix after 3 visits), and it only took 3 hours from me walking in to me driving happily out. Sales Rep explained clearly what was going on and showed me the part that was supposed to be put in (and showed the product description that clearly stated it was the correct part for my car). I really like being assured that the problem was going to be fixed and that everything was explained clearly. I was kept informed on what was being done, Happily, the work was done sooner than originally stated. The place was clean. The other patrons inside had said they had come to this Firestone before and were very pleased. So, first hand experience and hearing others praise this place made me feel GREAT that I picked this Firestone. THANK YOU!!

Bought tire here for the life of the tire and road hazard. Now they say that my tires are bad and they will not honor rotate and balance. I do not recommend this place at all. Bunch fed up lier and wating people time

Ive given this ship 2 chances to get their service right in the past. Now I always go to the one by highland. All they care about is revenue here. Forget customer service. Go to highland ppl. The guys there have been there for years and customer service comes first without pressure. I trust them and will avoid this location from now on.

Dont take your vehicle here unless you want to get scammed out of money. I bought my car in because the brakes were making noise & they told me that I needed new pads, rotors, and calipers which was going to cost me $900. Thankfully I decided to get a second opinion before agreeing because it turns out my car didnt need ANY OF THOSE REPAIRS. My rotors and calipers were fine and the break pads still have half of their life left. Save your money & go somewhere else.

Bad customer service, lack of training.

This place has always taken care of me when it came to repairing or getting new tires. Havent used their other services they offer. They are quick on repairs where Im not there any longer than an hour. I prefer coming here over some other tire services.

They are always busy so make sure you get in before you need to! Other than that they are very kind and can usually fix whatever problem your car is having at reasonable prices. I have compared them to local competition and I end up choosing them each time!

I go in for an alignment and tire rotation. They noted that I had a nail on my tire and was sent off. Im upset because I bought tires there with warranty! The nail was not removed! Now I have to get it fixed! THATS JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG!!!!!!!

Trash dropped off my 2 hours later car is ready, picked it up on my way home notice that the steering wheels off took it back, they fixed it, drove home pulls left, and they drove my car too put like 5 miles on it and cant even get it right whats the point of driving the car then, i payed 200 for this lifetime alignment. I rather go to beeline.

I scheduled an appointment for an alignment, the guy over the phone said he had me down with my phone number, never asked my name or number, I thought ok, he had via caller ID, I show up, check in, the guy says “ you don’t have an appointment, but I’ll squeeze you in, I’m already upset due to their I’m un professionalisms, then he has me sign, so I do the I take a seat and read it and he had me sign where I rejected vehicle inspection, but then again he never offered it or said anything about it, then when I asked him why he had me signed something he didn’t offer he said cause he was too busy and they were not going to to be able to do it, oh but he had me sign “ i rejected inspection” no happy at all

This place is terrible, I only went because I thought it was still a Goodyear and my car needed to have the tire changed ASAP. They didn’t even give me options on what would be cheaper. They just told me your tire will be $200...FOR ONE TIRE ON A FORD RANGER!! This place is terrible and they are worse to women. They will just tell you to replace, Firestone apparently can’t fix anything, they only have you buy a replacement.

You make a appointment and for a oil change and the watting time is 2 hour or longer to be done,i think its to long ok.

I went in for a simple tire rotation my car was working just fine when I got the car back and noticed it driving sluggish later on that day the check engine light came on in the traction control light came on the manager Ron D Was very nasty from the get-go I dont know what they did to my car but I will find out and I will let everybody know the power of the Internet is very strong
