Well lit and extremely clean. Unbelievable selection including hard to find and specialty items. The bakery and prepared foods areas are very impressive. I had a birthday cake prepared here and it will make an 8 year old girl quite happy.

Visited the food court inside the store for lunch after a Drs visit. Great variety and most items were delicious. The food bars werent fully stocked, but that could be because of either availability or lack of staff. A little pricey but enjoyed most of it. Went approximately 12:30pm and a couple items looked dried out. Still the variety of what was available trumped the negatives. Will try again when in the area. As for the store part its very clean and well stocked. Much more on the shelves than other grocery stores are lately. Staff is the friendliest youll find anywhere.

First time at a Harris Teeter.. and what a delight. Well stocked, organized, clean and such a variety of options and selections. Prices are fairly low (with your Harris Teeter Rewards Card.) Employees were attentive always ready to serve you. Recommend Harris Teeter for your essential and nons whenever in need!

This Teeter is amazing. Theyve brought back the food court they had the carving station with Prime Rib for $9.99 a pound. Their smoked fish and meat is fantastic. The aged Beef is a real treat. You wont regret shopping here.

So Im not going to lie here alright, but if you go during like 5-6 ish theres a ton of super good looking ladies who just sip on wine here. All you young Marines who are looking for a wife yall need to catch an Uber and get you some wine lol.

I always feel safe there pandemic-wise. Clean with room for social distancing. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Good sales with VIC card. Usually well-stocked with good quality products.

Very nice store. It is HUGE but has an awesome selection. Lots pfhot food Togo options and even a bar right in the middle of it if you want to enjoy a beer or wine while taking a break from shopping.

My experience here has been all around nice but recently a young man (I can’t remember his name!) went above and beyond. I’ve seen situations where others have pretended to not see things but this person was so quick to offer a helping hand. I truly wish I remembered his name, it left such a good impact.

First time having a cake made from their bakery and I tell you I was beyond pleased.

I realy like this store.I can find there a lots of good sale, not mention good produce and grocery that you cant find somewhere else.This store have a friendly people in produce department,meat department and all other departments. This store have friendly stuff to help a customers if needed. Idea of collecting the points for gas is also nice,and i am use it often.I enjoyed shop often in this store and I am happy to have one in New Bern near my place.

I shop here once a week specifically because I buy fish at the fish market they also have an excellent selection of sushi.

Where that electric they have a good deal on Thursdays is senior day and soda was 2 for 8 pork tenderloin whats 297 a pound

This store is so large, its a bit overwhelming. I still need to learn where everything is. Their fruit trays, salads and shrimp cocktail tray was delicious! The cashier was very nice!

Oh boy the best Harris Teeter Ive ever been in Ive actually sat down in this Harris Teeter had a couple of glasses of beer, set down eight sushi being freshly made at the sushi bar. 1 enjoyable visit. The many things going on in this Harris Teeter from the Burger Bar, to the Hot Wing Bar, the pizza bar, Fried Chicken bar, beer and wine bar, and lets not leave out the salad bar, the Asian food bar. Etc etc this is the most awesome Supermarket that one could ever visit.

The New Bern, NC Harris Teeter is HUGE! -- its the most amazing H.T. Ive been to. They have EVERYTHING ! They are super clean - there is always someone wiping down carts. There are always staff walking around happy to help if you need -- and the cashiers are really nice - always quick and efficient. Also we love their app! -- I can log into their app while in the store and look up an item and the app will tell me exactly which aisle and where to find the item! I can get sushi and a beer, tons of ready made meals in their hot food/bakery section, Boars Head deli meats, huge wine/beer selection, nice pharmacy -- my favorite grocery.

Beautiful store but its just too big and its too expensive with Aldi and Walmart I cant justify making it a go to. I miss the old location which had a real home town neighborly feel. The bread kiosk was great and I get that there is covid but I have to say I think it was a mistake to get rid of the bread kiosk altogether.

Nice clean store..the prices a little high..Only brought 1 🍎..2 banana..one bag of fritos corn chips $3.99 small bag. and box of m & m movie box..couldnt buy too much..would have went bankrupt 🤑🤑

I always love the smell when I first walk in to Harris teeter I always go look at the breads than I make a dash for the crab legs that crab I had before was very good. But anyway enough of me how are you two doimg are you stayimg out of trouble???? Are things going well.

The world’s largest Harris Teeter! Complete with multiple food bars, including sushi, pizza, wings and Asian inspired. It also has a salad bar and a wine and beer bar. Plenty of parking and also includes a Starbucks. I recommend the poki bowl from the sushi train eatery. The employees are very friendly and quick service. Enjoy!

The largest Harris Teeter store. Great staff in all departments. If you cant find the product you want, you dont need it.

Harris Teeter in New Bern blatantly does not enforce masking. They have no one at the entrance asking people to wear masks to enter, and they dont require masks for check out, so the store is continually filled people not wearing them. Somehow the other grocery stores in town have figured out how to enforce it but Harris Teeter doesnt seem to value the health of its customers or its employees.

Loved the New Bern store. Will be great when pandemic is over all the food bars are open.

Cool store, prices are good if you have a vic card. If you dont have one they use the general store card number. Also,Im a big on hiw the employees treat you. These folks are giving 110%. They are the nicest of any store I have been to.

Biggest Harris Teeter Ive been in. It has a bar so we grab a drink while we shop. Giant fresh food department with a ton of produce, hot bars and deli. Get something to eat and into the seating area infront of Starbucks. There is also a restaurant.

Most magical places Ive ever been to. There is so much to see and marvel at in the store.

I’m pretty sure this is the biggest Harris teeter in the world and I really like it a lot and there is pretty nice people and quality food but a little on the expensive side but that’s ok for the quality!

This is a huge store and it has a lot of food, but some of the organization of the products doesnt make sense and you can spend a lot of time just wandering trying to find what you need (there are two aisles that are labeled tea for instance). The sushi conveyor belt is pretty cool.

3rd time coming here. I live in Carteret County. I am totally addicted to the Wing Bar, especially the Old Bay seasoned Wings. Never expected to see so many hot food options in a grocery store.

Higher end food products, plus they have their own wine bar, sushi bar (if they dont stock it in the case, they will make it right before your eyes), and a selection of wines that rival any liquor store. Am new to the area, so was checking out food selection. Large seafood section, well-stocked, and the staff knows about the seafood they carry and that which are on order. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program for extra savings.

What a very pleasant visit. Found everything we were looking for and some we werent. Store must be New. The overall floor plan promotes movement and a desire to see the whole store. Good sale on supplies and treats to watch the Super Bowl this weekend.Very impressive retail grocery store!!!

HT is my favorite place to shop for groceries. The one in New Bern is the largest one in the world. In fact, its so large that it sometimes has live music, and theres a bar! You can have a drink, then shop. That should account for some interesting items in your shopping bags when you get home! But seriously, if they dont have it, you dont need it.

There seems to be a shortage of unsweet tea in town. Not here!!

I love this place! I plan to retire here because of the great community and people in general. Harris Teeter is a big part of that decision. Sushi bar here is great for everyday or dates even. Beer on tap and wine right next to it. I absolutely love this place. Even has Starbucks on the way out. 10/10

I enjoy going into this store. They have a wide variety of goods. The folks at the Butcher Block know their stuffThey always have some good advice on the meats they have. Bakery/Deli folks are very friendly and helpful.

I love Harris Teeter! There are always associates available to help you and the service here is insanely good. Prices may be a bit higher than other stores, but the service and selection are amazing and their sales a fabulous.

The only grocery store in town where we’ll shop! We can get out Starbucks fix, sushi fix, wine fix... it has it all. It is clean, I love the employees, and it has become a nice spot for a quick dinner. We love our HT!

No matter what time of day, even on Senior Citizens Day, the folks that work in the store seem to care about your shopping experience. I have shopped around at other HTs and Im a bit bias because mine just of Chelsea Road is the best. I know from experience to check the flyer on Wednesday, and the EVIC. Promotional on Friday. There are some real good deals. The store is neat, I do think when you have a e-vic. For Jimmy Dean breakfast bowels for a good price, you should have more than 1 on hand, when its only 09:00 AM.

Today was my first use of ordering online and curbside pickup. First of all,Bill( usually a Chef for them ) delivered my groceries to my car. He was absolutely fantastic. Very gentle with my bags and extremely helpful!! Hes definitely a necessity to this store!!! My groceries were very well bagged accordingly and I was emailed beforehand of any modifications.This was a WONDERFUL experience!!!LOVED the whole experience.

Whats not to like about this top-flight grocery store? Shopping here is a real joy. I always find everything I need at Harris Teeter.

I still think its expensive but if you shop the specials and in-store bargains you can do very well. Ive saved over $2,500 in the year 2020 shopping at Harris Teeter. Another big improvement is with the associates you actually become much more friendly including the management staff.

By far the nicest grocery store i have even visited. Huge selection and prices are comparable to other stores with comparable customer service. No long lines, great associates, and overall great experience. Also has indoor dining options!

Friendly staff, excellent selection of food and clean, well stocked store. Except for sale items its a bit pricey, Fuel rewards program is excellent.

Most congenial grocery store Ive ever shopped at. Pizza is good too. Bartenders are exceptional.

The prices appear to be much higher than others but the meats are about the same but the freshness over does the pricing making this the better overall value. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Both employees and customers not wearing masks. I understand they feel it’s their right not to, but it’s such a simple way to keep people safe, when so many people have died. Do not shop here during the pandemic if you are immune compromised, have diabetes, heart risks, COPD, or any other condition making you vulnerable to Covid. They don’t care about your safety.Aside from morality, they’re breaking the law, if you care about that. If i could give 0 stars, i would.

Changing my 5 star rating to 1. Very disappointed with quality of customer service received, will shop elsewhere from now on. I expected better. Publix is better.

Friendly staff, clean store, and nice variety. Downside has been there doesnt seem to be any enforcement of mask usage during a pandemic while cases are rising in our area. I see their own staff wearing masks incorrectly and others coming inside without a mask at all. I feel they should put some focus on the importance of their own staffs health and their customers.

Busy at the store today with all the holiday shoppers. There were lots of cashiers and everyone could get what they needed quickly.

This is a great store! But if you say you close at 11, and lock your doors at 10:40, then you don’t close at 11, you close at 10:40. The hours should reflect this.

Great, fresh selection of meat, seafood, produce, deli, bakery, frozen foods, floral, and grocery items. Their prices are higher, but they always have what I need. I don’t have to travel all over to shop. Great customer service and only a couple of minutes from my house. They are doing a great job of sanitizing the store during the pandemic. It is huge and has everything we need.Lots of things have changed because of the pandemic.It is not the cheapest but has great discounts for their card holders.I love the deli section. It has everything I like, most of which, of course, my dietician tells me to avoid.

Wonderful place for groceries, wide selection, slightly higher prices but fresh. I like uing the pharmacy and find them very reasonable and handy. Strict CoVid precautions and friendly businesslike atmosphere throughout.
