He also was very knowledgeable in the product and spent a lot of time showing us the features of the Rogue. He also stayed late for us to finish paperwork and got our car cleaned and gassed up. Had a horrible experience with a different dealer earlier this year, I was very cautious when I walked into this place. To my surprise, not only is this place bright and spacious with modern interior design that looks very pleasant, the salesman, Colton, is very straightforward and easy to work with. He made the purchase experience almost flawless, if the 2k manufacturer incentive didn’t go away between I put down the deposit to the vehicle was delivered and ready for pick up. With that being said, it’s still the best experience I have had with car dealers.

I would have liked a little more attention, care, and follow up on their part. While they claim to be busy, when I went in I saw at least 6 employees either at a station or walking around not tending to customers. In my opinion, not very efficient or proactive. However when I was able to get in contact with sales and financing, they did follow through with their promises and did not attempt any dishonest behavior.

I came here to help my parents buy a new Nissan Leaf. We were satisfied with the overall experience, although we encountered one small problem which I mention at the end of this review. Colton was our point of contact, and he was friendly and helpful.When we went in, we found out that the car we looked at on their website was in transit, meaning the dealership didnt have it yet. They let us put down a deposit to reserve the car. As soon as the car arrived, 30 days later, they let us know and we went back to the dealership to sign the papers and drive it off the lot.In the current car market, its nearly impossible to buy a new car at a price close to MSRP. Fortunately, Nissan of New Braunfels did not add a market adjustment fee to our car, but they did add $2,099 of mandatory dealer-installed accessories including paint protection film and window tint. Although we wouldnt choose to add those accessories ourselves, they at least provide some value; after all, market adjustment fees dont give the customer any benefit at all. All in all, the total we paid was still better than comparable cars at other dealerships we looked at by about $2,000.We did not encounter any high-pressure sales tactics or aggressive upsells for extended warranties or other subscriptions. We also did not find anything unsavory such as telemarketing opt-ins in the paperwork we signed. We appreciated the lack of these unpleasantries.We encountered one hiccup during our transaction. Between the time we put a deposit on the car and when it was ready to pick up, a $2,000 manufacturers incentive expired, and although Colton initially told us that as long as we had a deposit down he could lock in the deal for us, he was ultimately unable to do so. Colton didnt point this out to us proactively – we noticed the discrepancy and had to ask for an explanation before he acknowledged it. After some back-and-forth, Colton talked to his manager and offered us a $1,000 discount out of the dealers pocket, which we accepted.This was not a deal-breaker, but we would have felt better about it if Colton had told us about the expired incentive without us having to point it out. As with any large transaction, you should pay close attention to anything youre signing, especially when there are dollar signs on the page.
I originally bought a car from Nissan of New Braunfels last year and was not impressed. However, upon learning of new management I decided to give them another go. They gave me a way better deal than Ancira where I felt kind of pushed and pushed into a deal that I didn’t like. Jose my salesman was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable when it came to the vehicles and showed me EVERYTHING! Was not pushy and gave me time to think things over. Listened to what I asked for and answered ALL of my questions. Even came to my home to have papers signed. Also, to my amazement one of the sales managers or maybe even the head one, Justien(sp?). Came out personally introduced himself and assured me I would have a much better experience this time given the chance. He went to work right away for me and was super quick. When it came to finance, Garrett hit it out of the park with me…I was told one price range and he got my payment lower than expected. Super nice guy, friendly and comical. Cynthia with loyalty was really nice and friendly and assured me that anything I needed she would help with. All in all I only needed to put 1k down instead of 4k. They gave me almost 17k for my trade (2020 Sentra S with 55k miles) instead of a firm 15k at Ancira. I walked with a Nissan Kicks SV which was better than Anciras Nissan Kicks base level with no tint. I would highly suggest anyone in the market for a car go there.

Brought my 2005 Nissan armada in to have them check on the ABS system. Multiple lights on the dash were on. Found wiring damaged by rodents, and instead of charging me an exorbitant amount for a new harness right up front, they suggested a repair which worked perfectly and saved me a lot of money! I really appreciate that, and it will always bring me back to this dealer for service and repairs.

Dont sign contracts on vehicles you dont have. Simple.In response to dealers response:Im not suggesting anything actually. Im simply saying that you should NOT sign a contract on a vehicle that you do NOT have, especially if you already sold it to someone else. Thats what you did with me. We did the paperwork, I gave you $2,255 down then was assured you would have the vehicle the next day. That didnt happen. Its pretty simple.

I didn’t think I’d get approved anywhere with a fresh bankruptcy but Nissan took care of us! We received the best customer service from Erika. She worked really hard to get us into a vehicle that would be suitable for three kids. Erika was professional, attentive, and really cares about her customers. Nissan also has a kid play room which helped keep the kids busy and the buying experience easier.
I came in on a Friday in May and met Chris in sales who did a fantastic job showing me around and looking for a car that fit my specific wants/needs. I was looking at the 2021 Nissan Vogue and Chris showed me all the different electronic features, which were pretty incredible considering the Rogue is not a luxury car. The only thing I didn’t like was the color and trim, so Chris showed me an SL premium model that had just come off the truck. I was immediately sold on it but it was a little out of my price range. Chris worked hard to give me the best offer but I tried to play hardball and see what other offers I could get in the San Marcos/San Antonio area. Well it was wasted effort because no other car came close to offering what the Rogue did at that price, and no other sales representative could match or beat Chris’ offer, so I came back and bought it and have been extremely happy with it since!

Dealership was a disappointment. Salesman was fine, I got what I wanted for my trade, I didn’t fuss back and forth with them on MSRP, even though they jacked it up above sticker price, and finance was quick. What I am disappointed in was the extra 4 hours after I bought the car that I spent at this dealership waiting for them to prepare my car for departure. I was shuffled from person to person, given multiple excuses as to the reason of delay. I understand things come up but they should of been honest with me on the hours I would spend waiting and I ended up driving away without any detail or clean car because after 6 1/2 hours at a dealership I had enough. Came back the following weekend with an appointment to get my detail and repair of the sloppy job they did on the clear bra protection and the person was in a meeting, so someone else was kind enough to assist, but it still shows me this place needs improvement on customers service and following through with customers. I got my detail done, but they didn’t fix my clear bra protector or bother to address it, so instead of waiting longer for someone to help, I left once again disappointed in this dealership and won’t be back!

I honestly have always hated buying cars, it’s stressful, intimidating, and hard to do with young kids. Our experience here was absolutely perfect! There was no pressure to buy, every question we had was answered, and every single person at this location was amazing. Our sales consultant Gerrel was absolutely amazing! My kids are definitely a handful at times, but it was not an issue for the Nissan team. I was able to take the brand new Nissan Rogue on an extended test drive (which has never been offered to me in the past at other dealerships) and absolutely loved it. I enjoyed talking with the loyalty manager, Cynthia, and look forward to future services there as well. I took my 2015 Nissan Sentra into New Braunfels Nissan for a check up because I started having some small issues(so I thought). I had already had it looked at elsewhere and wanted a second opinion. Ryan from service greeted me and I explained my problems I was having. I had not had any issues since I rolled it out of the showcase room in 2015 in Crystal Lake, Illinois up until now. Ryan took it in and exhausted all his expertise on trying to salvage my spirits from crushing. It was then repair it which was gonna cost me an arm and leg which couldnt spare either one of them(lol) or trade it in. He gave me my options and promised that if I decided to trade it in he would set me up with an experienced sales person and this is where Kash came into the process of giving me options. I sat in a 2021 Nissan Kicks and had to look no more! It was very reliable, and perfect for my daughter and I. Wont be stressed anymore for awhile about car problems. Im very thankf for (sorry dont remember your name of hand) the finance gentlemen also who worked miracles to get this approved and the gentleman and the end who made it legal at the closing with all the crossing the ts and dotting the Id. Thank you Nissan of New Braunfels for helping me with this transition and getting me back on the ROAD and my life back to normal!!!!

My wife and I were in the market for an Armada and the midnight addition, we first started speaking with Ericka and it seemed as if she was not into helping out more then just getting someone in the door. I came in on a Saturday with a def error on my truck. Your service people got me back on the road so i could finish out my plans to attend my daughters Graduation party. Even though it was not repaired i took my vehicle back on Monday and they had it repaired by Wednesday. I am from out of town and have not had good luck with my local dealer. You guys have proven to me that not dealers are the same. would for sure use and recommend your dealership.

I brought my vehicle back in January for 20k service and did the brake fluid service. Today I went for 25k service and was offered the same service performed back in January 2021. I didn’t know I had to change the brake fluid every 5k. I believe that is being dishonest.

It was great. Theres a lot of hurry up and wait involved w/buying a car. As soon as that gets eliminated, car shopping will be sublime. My salesman, Jose Ramirez, was great. Even the finance guy, Robbie, made paper signing fairly painless. Im told a Cynthia Pina will be contacting me re. the installation of the tow hitch but I havent heard from her yet. I sent an email yesterday afternoon. Maybe she is out of the office and hasnt had a chance to return my email or call me. I was going to give her another day and then would attempt contact again. The New Braunfels location is so much better than McGavock Nissan in San Marcos. Ill be curious to see how things go when I come in for my first service visit.

My wife went here without me while I was at work with our two children( 4 and 2 ). Gerrel Freeman was the salesman working with her and boy did he do a fantastic job. My wife had nothing but positive things to say about them as well as them letting her take a brand new rogue fresh off the truck to take home for a extended test drive. Hearing the experience alone almost had me sold. When I arrived and met them for myself I was more than pleased. Gerrel and the rest of the Nissan team our exceptional at what they do. They’re very attentive and not pushy. Accommodated us on our needs and worked with what we were wanting. Ive been to many dealerships service department from Calif to Texas. And this one is the far best service department I been too. The waiting area has everything you need, from free snacks to coffee and waters. Very clean and with wifi. Great experience. Ill definitely be back.

I was told I needed brakes and I didnt. They were just trying to take advantage! Paid a $100 deductible to have radio replaced. It still does not work the way it should. Why wouldnt they check it before giving it back to me?? Very disappointed with service!

I (reluctantly) brought my car in to be serviced. Reluctantly because I’ve had awful experiences at other Nissan dealerships, and this is my 5th Nissan so I’m no stranger to them. However, from the minute I met my service advisor, Pete Hernandez, I knew I would be ok. He was awesome! Kind, patient, answered my questions, kept in touch via text/phone, and made sure everything went as smooth as possible! I will definitely be back to the service center and will be buying my next Nissan in New Braunfels!

I just traded in my 2016 BMW 320i for a 2020 Sentra SR. I havent made such a good decision in quite some time! This car is stunning, the interior is phenomenal and the price was surprisingly good. I cannot possibly express how much nicer this is than the BMW, especially considering the cost difference.The speed is amazing, the tan leather is a slick design and the speakers rock. I honestly cannot believe how much better I rate this car than the BMW.What made my day wasnt just buying a new car. My sales rep, Ben, was polite, funny and spot on. Honestly, it was like he knew where my mind was going before I even said it aloud. He was training a new rep and treated her professionally. As a long time sales manager I saw him performing a way I would have begged my staff to learn from. Management, you are lucky to have him and I will send as many folks your way as possible.Thank you!

The service itself was excellent. The scheduling not so much. When I called about my 30k mile checkup and the ABS recall I asked explicitly whether it could get done in a day because I live an hour away and could not come back the next day. I was assured it would be done. When I arrive I am told that it cannot be done in one day. They offered a loaner but I couldn’t come back the next day. So...recall item will have to wait. I already spoke at length to the dealership about this so no reason to contact me again.
