Okay enquiring minds, at this time. Im going to give Walker a 5 star. I called them about car repair. They told me to come on over. I was there in 15 mins. Everyone was extremely nice. Reviewed the damages to my car, gave me an itemized list within 15 mins. It was less than 1/2 the amount for other places that I had called.Take my car in on Mon 21st., pickup on Wed 23rd. Will follow up with the results. At this point, I was grateful that they were polite.

Took my 2012 Kia Soul to Walker Collision Center to get repairs from a collision near the end of February. Staff was very friendly and I felt confident that they were going to do whatever it took to get the job done right. The of the repair makes it look like it is a new car again. I was so impressed with the quality and efficiency I had to get a job there!

These guys are honest dependable knowledgeable and very friendly. I had a teenager rear end my 2016 jeep Cherokee at a stop signal ouch. I did a little investigating on my own. I wish I would have got into this trade instead of paintinghouses..after shopping around at 3 different places. I now know who does the highest quality next to perfection restoration on cars .ITS WALKER COLLISION CENTER IN NEW BRAUNSFELS TX. IT LOOKED BETTER THAN WHEN I TOOK IT FROM DEALER. AND THERE PRICES ARE UNBEATABLE. I THOUGHT HE LEFT A ZORO OUT OF THE TOTAL PRICES. HE DIDNT. THEY ARE THE ONLY COMPANY ME OR MY FAMILY WILL EVER USE AGAIN . should the need arise thank you again

We were doing some work for these guys and saw what kind of quality work they put out. The employees seem knowledgeable about vehicles and are nice guys too.

My experience with this place was a total diseater. I wish there was 0/no star rating. I had so much problem getting my front bumper cover repaired at Mr. Walker Collision that got paid for incomplete job, I eventually had to give up on this place. I decided to bring the car home and park it in the garage until I find somebody who knows how to repair it. Not only there was a large gap between the bumper cover and the headlight cover, the bumper cover was not aligned. I have learned my valuable lessons from this place: Do not take your car to just anybody/Mr. Walker Collision before you educate yourself, especially if you are a woman who doesnt know much about cars.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SCAM ARTIST! The first car I took there, they called and said its ready. My hood was crooked, you could see a huge gap on the left. And my bumper was crooked. So, they corrected it. I went to pick up my car a second time and there was a huge hand print in the paint! My second car was taken there by mistake by my husband, BAD CHOICE! He told me and the insurance company did an alignment, but he did not have a receipt. Funny how when I took it to Precision Alignment they said IT HAD NOT BEEN ALIGNED! INSURANCE FRAUD IF YOU ASK ME! He had to pay for them to fix, but my car still does not drive right. SCAMMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
