Had an excellent experience with Matt, the owner and operator of the auto body shop. After having to have both my front and rear of my car repaired, I couldnt be happier. Matts quotes for both price and time to repair were spot on. Like most repair shops, I was worried about the shop trying to fix or sell me things I didnt need fixed. Matt and Brauntex didnt try that with me thankfully. I will definitely use them again if I need any body work done.

I rear ended a car with my front right side of my 2018 VW Passat. Brauntex was recommended by my father-in-law since theyd fixed his Ford Explorer and his youngest daughters Land Rover previously. They were incredibly easy to work with. They gave me an estimate for the work before my insurance adjuster even saw it and they were within 5% of what the insurance adjuster quoted even before they took the car apart. They worked hard to find OEM parts and broke down options on OEM New, OEM like new and after market. They were able to get everything within the budget provided by insurance even though, of course, insurance quoted all after market parts pricing. In the end, they wrapped up the project on time, within budget and secure OEM parts for the needed items (like the headlight) so the car looks 100% good as new. They even painted a little further than required to make sure there was no noticable difference between the original paint job and the newly installed parts. I cannot recommend this group more if you ever have repairs needed. They really work hard to get your part of the repair as low as possible, especially when paying out of pocket, but also work really well with insurance companies.

My girlfriend got her car fixed here. I wasnt even the customer, but I was so impressed that I had to take the time to write a 5 star review because he deserves it. I forgot his name, but the bottom line is he cares about the customer and about quality. She got damage fixed to a fender and headlight on a Subaru Crosstrek and this guy took the time to make sure the vehicle looked original and pre-damage condition and he succeeded.If I could offer one LITTLE piece of constructive criticism is to under-promise and over-deliver on the time period estimate of the repair. For example, if you estimate the repair will take a week, go ahead and say two weeks. Then, if it does take one week, the customer will be pleasantly surprised. If you say one week and something goes wrong like parts orders problems and it ends up taking two weeks, then the customer might be disappointed. We werent disappointed. By no means would I deduct a star for that.I fully recommend this shop. I am the one who washes and waxes her car, so I notice very specific details and the work they performed was above and beyond excellent work. I also want to mention that he perfectly worked out the exact cost correctly so there were no surprises when it came down to settling up on the insurance claim. This shop deserves your business.

Matt at Brauntex Auto Body is the kind of auto body shop owner and tech that are few and far between! My wife and I had our 2015 Equinox repaired at his shop after a skirmish with a rather nice 6 point buck! Buck didnt fair well but Im pretty sure he won. Matt covered our deductible and not only repaired our car to what Im certain is better shape than before the incident with said buck but also out of generosity fixed some issues with our paint that were not even part of the incident. During this time my wife was almost due with our son and he was born while our car was still in the shop. Matt was very communicative through the whole process and the car was repaired faster than I would expect any dealership to accomplish, although we were in no hurry. On top of all Matts hard work and time invested in our car, when we came and picked up the car and introduced our baby boy to Matt he blessed us with a generous gift! Matt thank you so much!!! I had a fender bender to my left driver’s side of my Toyota Corolla and took my car to Matt for repair. My damage was estimated by the insurance company at $2800. Matt was knowledgeable about the claims process. He repaired my car according to the insurance recommendations and was able to do it for less than the estimate, saving me my deductible money. He went over the estimate and his repairs with me and showed me specifically the places where he either used cheaper parts or repaired instead of replaced. He even put new tires on my car because my old ones were threadbare. And he got the work done before I even received the insurance money. I was shocked at the quality of work for the price. Matt explained that since he does all the work himself, he keeps his overhead low and is therefore able to keep costs down. I highly recommend Matt and Brauntex.

Wreaked my car back on August 30, 2019 and started looking up reviews for some good body shops and I found this one (Glad I Did). I had the opportunity to work with Matt and he was extremely nice and very helpful. I worked with Matt throughout the entire time of him having my car about a week in half which was excellent service timing. Matt walked me through the whole process with my car and the insurance. When I left my car with Matt he gave me a ride to pick up my rental car, and then he gave me a ride to take back the rental car, while he drove my car and then I drove him back to his shop lol. Matt went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that. (He saved me lots of money too)! Most importantly he was also able to waive my $1000 deductible hallelujahhhhhhhh! My car looks like if it was brand new still! This is a small shop but if you work with Matt you will not be disappointed. Matt do wayyyyy better work than those big shops. I got some expensive damages done for free on my end and still with great work. However, always remember that every situation may be different. I will go back to this shop again.Thank you Matt for your awesome service.

Blown Away by the service delivered...vs what I spent. I did body work for a living several years ago, so I kind of still know the business a bit and what things should cost. To a certain extent, you get what you are paying for...prep work...quality of paint, etc. But not necessarily in very few experiences....this was one of them.I inherited a truck from my father (2008 Z71 Silverado) that had a salvage title. The hood, drivers fender, bumper covers, and drivers door had cheap work on them...paint peeling, etc. This is common practice for cheap car lots that do a quick turnover. Mike gave me a quote that was way, way below any other quote from ANY competing business. Almost to the extent of...hmmm...whats the catch? Went to the shop and talked for about 20 minutes...I was sold...there is no catch. A guy with many years experience trying to start/maintain a successful business of his own...where you get more than you pay for.When I picked up my truck (on schedule I might add...not the norm for most body shops), I was blown away by the quality work that had been done. I never needed perfect for damn sure, but damn. This work greatly exceeded what was required and paid for. Granted, I needed no major dings fixed. But there was still a lot of peeling clear coat, etc, that needed addressed. If I could give 10 stars I would. Small shop...HUGE savings...and on time. This folks is what defines a great small business!!!!Im thinking about how many folks out there have a great car/truck that got hit, etc, in a parking lot and the driver just drove on. Maybe just that annoying scratch. But the local shop quoted 600+ bucks to refinish a very minor repair...weve all been there. You cant file a claim because your deductible is much too high.Do yourself a favor and call...look no further. This is NOT a canned response to boost someones star rating either.
