Please make sure how much your car is worth before trade in. Base on Kelley Blue Book my car market value is around 25k-26k, so they undercut and offer me 20k for it with a straight face. At that point its not even about the low offer, but just straight up disrespectful. Their customer service was great, but your best interest isnt on their list.
I would give them 100 stars if I could! We felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Fred took great care of us during the whole process. We had a positive, no hassle sales experience and were able to walk out with a new vehicle that met our needs and our price range.Shout out to Ricky in management, who sold me my second Hyundai, years ago. Went in for a recall and the service was really great. The scheduling was easy but I was bit disappointed that they didnt have all of the parts on hand. I figured since they knew I was coming and knew what I needed to get fixed they would have all of the parts. I will have to go back some time and get the rest of the recall finished. The waiting room is really nice, the coffee is good and they have water bottles. If you need your Hyundai fixed this is a good place to go.
Customer Service was superb in taking care of business with the situation on our vehicle. Unfortunately, the maintenance shop were not able to return vehicle in time due to parts were not at location. They had to request parts from another location, returned vehicle almost a week later for pickup. It might be a pain not having vehicle back on time but I know the vehicle is in good hands that I wont need to return for additional repairs in the future.
We took my 2013 Veloster after I let the service department receptionist know, we were going to drop the car off the night before our scheduled appointment for 3:00 the next day. I told her I didnt have a ride home if I dropped it off at 3 the next day. She said that was fine they have a key drop box and to just fill out all information on the from of envelope for key. I explained problems I was having with my car she said she would let technician know. I also wrote problems on envelope with key.it was 11 days today 10/5 since we dropped off my car, no one has called us to tell us what problems were and estimated cost. I call yesterday and spoke with service department receptionist and the service department said they would assign a technician to look at my car.I hung up then called back and asked for the Service Department Manager. He did not answer so I left a message that my car has been there a week and a half and no one has called to tell us what issues my car had, the estimated cost. No one called to say their dept is super busy its going to take longer to repair car,... no call !!Today the service manager called me and said he was going to speak with the technician and would call me back in a few minutes with answers to my questions. A few hours later he called and gave me a list of numerous things that needed to be fixed. Im nervous on the repairs and pets they are going to replace. I can only pray they are honest and do the work in needs with new parts. When I bought the car from them a few years ago we had issues with the sales persons. We want the dealership to fix our car not a mechanic. Ill post another review once our car is fixed as to how their service and repairs come out.They definitely need to improve their communication skills between customers and keeping them informed of time frame of repair, estimate or repairs, and parts. Im just praying their honest. I love my car. We just had one bad experience at the Kyle dealership where we bought it. So well see.
This was by far my best dealer experience Iβve had. Being in San Antonio, there are two local Hyundai dealers. One didnβt have any cars and pestered me to no end. The other was completely nonchalant and lacked any knowledge of the vehicle I went to see and wouldnβt appraise my car. So I got online and messaged Roger Beasley about 40 minutes away. They responded quickly, but without pressing too hard. Dealing with Tim Burns, I got my questions answered quick. They did a basic appraisal of my vehicle using pictures and details I gave them. Before even going to the dealer I had a solid offer on my car, pictures and videos of the car I wanted, and overall solid service. I drove out that evening and met with Wesley Hewitt, who was exceptional. Wes had the car pulled around for me and was knowledgeable and conversational. Never pressed me once. Best salesperson Iβve ever dealt with, hands down. 90 minutes later I was driving off in my new 2022 Tucson, paying a fair price and getting an even better deal on my trade. My girlfriend will be in the market for an Elantra-level vehicle in 2022, and I know just where Iβll be taking her! This was my first encounter with this dealership since I just moved from CA. I was pleased that the wait time was not as long as I have had when going to my dealership in CA and the customer service lady was very friendly and nice. But I am going to reserve judgement until next experience because when I was driving home I noticed that they did NOT do anything that I could tell with my tires. Pressures were the same odd ball pressures, not all matching as if air was checked and put in. I know this because I have a slow leak in a tire and it was the same AND no rotation was done like stated on my service invoice because that same tire was still in the same place. Now I wonder if any of the other items were tended to as stated on invoice. Maybe thats why it didnt take as long? I dont like leave this kind of review but I really feel like I was duped.

Just had a car sold from under me! Completely unprofessional and such a waste of time! I even scheduled a appointment and drove all the way from San Antonio. I went on a test drive after the last couple said βnoβ to the car. Everything checked out and I couldnβt have been happier but on my last turn I was told the car was just finalized and sold!?! You would think if your given the opportunity to a test drive you would have priority on the vehicle but NOPE π I found out a couple from earlier in the day came in and NOW decided they wanted it. Any honest dealership wouldβve told them respectfully that they had their opportunity but another customer is now on there test drive and could possibly be a buyer. I wonβt be back to Hyundai to get my hopes up on a car that will just get sold while Iβm on my test drive π Slick little sales tactics they got going on! Keeping people lined up!

Dealership was GREAT to work with when looking to purchase a car. We ended up buying from another dealership because we got a much better deal. Took our car in for two warranty issues (steering wheel button stopped turning the volume up and there was a popping noise coming from one of the wheels) and was told there would be a $70 diagnosis fee for the wheel issue. My car has only 27K miles and is still 100% covered under warranty (except maintenance things like oil, brake pads, tires, etc). Of all the cars Ive taken for warranty work Ive NEVER been charged a diagnostic fee for a warranty issue.

Overall we had a good experience and we are happy, despite living just over 4 hours away.We did have to fight a bit and almost didnβt do the deal just to get a couple bucks off. Manager called back within a few minutes to save the deal, so we then made the over 4 hour drive each way. The only 2 complaints I have are, first the make ready team that details the car, really did a pretty poor jobβ¦ car was Iβd say car wash clean, nowhere near detailed clean!Second, I had asked that they please have everything ready to go so we could get in and out as fast as possible, as we had to turn around and drive 4+ hours back home, which they had over 4 hours to get it all ready. When we arrived the car was out front and ready for a test drive, sales guy greeted us very friendly and right away, test drive went great, but when we headed inside to sign the paperwork, it was not ready and took well over an hour to complete. We finally got it all done and headed back home, we love the new to us car and again are overall happy, just a couple small hiccups.

We bought a used vehicle from here. The day after we bought it we realized the air conditioning didnβt blow cold at all. We took the car back a day later and they first said that they could not fix it because we didnβt have a warranty! After a long talk with the head sales director he agreed to fix it. We left the car with them for two days. They called me and said it was ready for pick up and that it was fixed! I went and picked the car up and started my drive home. As soon as I turned on the air conditioning, I realized that it wasnβt fixed!!!! I took the car to onion creek vw in Austin to see if they could tell me what the issue with the a/c was. They knew about my car and even mentioned that Robert Beasley Hyundai called to get a price on a new compressor assembly for it. So long story short, Robert Beasley sold me a car with the air conditioning not working and lied to me about fixing it when they didnβt fix it at all!!!!!!! I went ahead and let a shop that I trust from out of town fix my air conditioning because there was no way I was gonna trust Robert Beasley Hyundai with my car again!!!!!! Especially after I was treated the way I was treated!!!!!! By the way my repairs for my new compressor was $1300!! I didnβt have to pay labor but I had to drive it all the way to my buddies shop in Waco to for repair! This dealership cannot be trusted!!!! Especially the used car sales and service dpt!!!!!!!!

The buying experience was very simple and free from pressure. Even before I came in to the dealership, I received in an e-mail the total cost of the vehicle with all Sales Taxes and Fees. There were no hidden charges. This up front quote provided me peace of mind. I had an issue with connecting my phone to Android Auto and they worked non stop to find out why the connection was not possible. In the end, the cause was the cable I was using. I am very thrilled by my experience and I will not hesitate to buy a vehicle from them. Kudos Roger Beasley Hyundai of New Braunfels.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.....ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! Our 2021 Santa Fe had 13 miles on it when we left the lot. $29k cash. The AC blew cold for 2 weeks. 2 months later, Im STILL driving my kids around in a vehicle that blows only HOT air on any setting. We finally gave up waiting and found another dealership that can get it fixed and has nicer customer service.

Went to every dealer within 30 miles radius plus one on the west side of San Antonio.I was impressed with the ease of buying a car at Roger Beasley. I have never had a bad experience at Beasley Hyundai. My last visit was expected to be almost 3 hours and it took 2. They kept me informed about the progress of the various maintenance work I had requested. They made recommendations and showed me how they had inspected tires, battery etc. Michael is a very adept people person and is quick and willing to help in any way you need.

I wanted a Palisade, which are flying off the lots, and so as soon as one was available, they let me know and we wrapped up the deal that day. They worked with my lender, handled my paperwork quickly, gave great customer service, and I would recommend them to all!

I needed to get my car in quickly because the splash guard / kick plate underneath my Genesis had come off and was dragging. I called an was sent to parts so the parts could be ordered. I was quickly helped and the parts were scheduled to come in two days later. I was transferred back to Service and although the next βregularβ appointment was not for 9 days (that is still a problem with this dealership) they told me to bring it in and they would get it into a bay and get it done as soon as the parts came in.They did in-fact get it in when the parts arrived and called me that afternoon saying it was done. On a previous visit (which was a disaster) they were supposed to fill my gas tank and hadnβt - on this visit I didnβt mention it but they filled up the tank anyway. They also washed my car for me and didnβt charge me any labor for this visit.This visit was 180 degrees better than the previous visit. My vehicle was timely repaired this time; I was called about the status of my car this time; they went above and beyond this time. Kudos to GM Brett Hill - after my previous visit he clearly had begun working to correct previous service Dept issues.The gas and wash aside (I certainly donβt expect that each time) if they can continue continue to service vehicles like they did this time (as opposed to the previous time) they will be a top notch service department. This service visit was excellent.

The smallest dealership Ive seen. Visibility from frontage road can be challenging. Signage in the parking lot looks like its only for used cars, but it sells new and used. The sales process was efficient and high quality. No dealer adds and no pressure. The finance process was also efficient and no pressure, however they expect you to sign two blank forms to make it easier to correct titling mistakes later, if theyre discovered. Thats a terrible business practice although the finance mgr tried to make me feel like I was the one with the issue.

Iβve called multiple times over the last several weeks because the temporary tags I received have expired. I was told they would check into it and I will receive a call back but I never do. I asked for another temporary tag until the permanent one arrives but no one can seem to to that for me. My tags expired two weeks ago.

All in all the service was very satisfactoryMy only concern was that it took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and a check of the car, with an appointment.At another dealership with another Hyundai, my normal services were completed usually in 30-45 minutes, without an appointment.In the future, I will ask how long the service will take.
Sept/0ct 2019, I contacted Roger Beasley and met Megan. Megan worked to find me a vehicle that was a perfect match for my specific mileage heavy job and was able to secure financing under some daunting challenges due to my job. When they handed me the keys I was speechless. A spotless older Sportage, looking and driving just like new, was waiting for me. Today was the day to go in and discuss trade-in. Once again, it was a seamless, almost perfect transition to a new car. I have to get a little extra info, but Megan and her manager are better than ever. Bought a 2021 Hyundai Elantra Limited. Extremely knowledgeable salesman Wessley who took the time to show me a couple cars before I decided on the Limited. Manager was upfront with pricing and I left with what I thought was the best price. A little out of the way for me but well worth the trip.
First and foremost call the day before coming over showed up over here everything that I was talk to him about ahead of time they didnt tell me to bring certain parts of information that needed to be in paper form not just on the internet second and foremost it says average of an hour and a half to two hours Ive been here for almost four and yet theyre still not even close to being done with the financing customer service satisfaction is about zero right now well see how long I have to wait before they come out to pick a car definitely the worst customer service ever at any Roger Beasley Mazda. And yet the general manager who came up to me said oh itd be a couple more hours before the bank response back if its a 4th of July sale shouldnt be waiting this many hours second of all its not busy at all the place is dead very disappointed and depending on how long it takes I might just say no to the car

Had a great car buying experience at this location. Drove from San Antonio to New Braunfels due to the inventory they had on the lot and online recommendations - and it was worth it. We made an appt so they were prepared for our visit - the car we wanted to see was pulled up front plus we had received 3 emails with videos, photos, and tons of information before our appt. Preston was our salesperson and he was attentive and funny - provided excellent information. He was enthusiastic about the cars and it was fun talking with and learning from him. He and his mgr Ricky were patient with our questions- the whole process with them and then the finance team was very smooth - and moved pretty fast. Definitely worth the drive for folks from San Antonio!
Everyone was super nice, helpful, and honest. No sneaky doings, no catches just super up front about everything. I do however wished they helped with setting up safety features on the vehicle as I was promised at another dealership when wanting to purchase one of their vehicles.
Went in for our complimentary oil change for our 2021 Tucson. Told them no filter change, etc. when I was called that my car was ready, there was a $22 charge for a fuel additive. I was busy on a conference call so I just paid it and left. The receipt said I okβd it. I hadnβt. So please check your bill before you leave. Otherwise, the employees are friendly and do a great job!

They sold me a keyed car, and lied about it when I asked repeatedly if there was anything wrong with it, or if it had exterior damage like the other cars on the lot. Someone had come by the night before and keyed a bunch of their cars. (Now I understand why...)Repair quoted at $1800.One of the reps even came in and said, Its like all the others... to his buddy. Alarmed, I asked, Whats like all the others...?Oh, you get FREE OIL CHANGES!Okay then.Crooks.Edit: Currently in the process of getting my $1,800 by way of the BBB.

Scheduling my appointment was fast and easy. Checkin was prompt and service and repair didnt really take that long. Emily, the person that checked me sent a text showing me the progress of my vehicle. I purchased this vehicle last year right before the pandemic started and so I hadnt put a lot of mileage on it... was no where near the estimated 7500 first-year but Emily was able to get the service I had done covered to where I did not have to come out of pocket for visit. She went above and beyond on my service visit. I highly recommend this dealership.
My husband and I were in a pretty tricky situation credit wise due to a previous totaled vehicle, but Ryan took great care of us and was able to get us sorted anyways and now weβre in a great car we love, With low miles and low price, and still has all the features and looks we wanted. Super impressed and happy he was able to figure us out! We were super comfortable the whole time and never felt pressured to do a thing, and he explained everything and every car perfectly for us. Our sales representatives did a great job answering questions about the vehicle and were very open and honest about the pricing. I got a fair price for my trade in as well. For the first time in my car buying history, I actually enjoyed meeting with the finance manager. Again, the conversation was open and honest and I never felt pressured into taking options I wasnt interested in. I will definitely consider visiting Roger Beasley on any future vehicle purchases.
Dylan and Ricky are the guys to go to.After a long day of driving between dealerships, getting lied to by different salespeople, having our time wasted, and just being tired from it all, we decided to go to RB Hyundai as a kind of last ditch effort.We had basically given up.We didnt walk in thinking wed get someone who respected our time or understood what we needed but Dylan did. We didnt walk in expecting a good deal but Ricky hooked us up and made it simple. We didnt walk in expecting to leave happy but we did.
