Highly recommend!! The TNT crew did a great job installing a 6 Rough Country lift kit on my truck. When it was time for the re-torque I heard a clicking noise and was hesitant to drive the truck. Louis & Eric came to my house to diagnose the noise. And although the issue turned out to have nothing to do with the lift kit installation, they drove the truck back to the shop and fixed it. Top Notch is above awesome I have bought trailers, bed covers etc. The customer service was spectacular. Went in this time with issues from tires I purchased at Big O Tires that Big O claimed was normal and could not do anything to fix it even after 4 visits to their store. I spoke with Top Notch they explained the issue to me. It took them about an hour to fix it and no more problems. Only place I will purchase tires from here on out. On top of that had a warranty issue on a cover and they did all the paperwork for me and even offered to install the cover again for me when it came in.

Disappointing experience. I was looking for a “go to” shop in NBTX. Decided to give TNT a shot with a simple Ranch Hand brush guard custom paint/install. They had it painted to my specs and ready to install very quickly. However, when I picked the truck up. The brush guard was dented AND the factory bolt covers were left off - exposing the new zinc/chrome bolts. They said the covers would no longer fit due to the Ranch Hand. However, it is common industry knowledge the covers need to be trimmed to fit back into the factory position. At best they are just lazy. At worst incompetent. Nonetheless I won’t be back.

Top Notch installed a grill guard, bed extender and level kit on my 2018 Ram. They are courteous, on time and perform quality workmanship! I will return for all my wants and needs! Thank You TNT!

This place is a rip off. Wanted to charge me $80 for a inner dually tire patch. $30 of that to move outer tire. Dont go here. They looking for suckers.

I have zero complaints brought my truck here to get gooseneck installed like that it fast and I had a great price . Although I will say when I called back a second time the following week they had quoted me a completely different price so be careful when you get price checks, and write it down and ask who you talk to because depending on who you speak with you will get completely different prices which is what happened to me . I told him of the price that I was called at the previous week and they said oh yes that’s OK we can do it for that price so they did it for the cheaper price which I’m happy with but at the same time it’s kind of weird that they’re able to adjust the price by several hundred dollars and not give her a reason for itBut that being said I am very happy with the work they did and they got it done fast. .

Purchased tires and rims from here about 7 months ago and come to find out they put my 295 tires in front and my skinny’s in the back. The whole time my tires were rubbing off from inside and cause me to blow out . Wasn’t going to leave a review about customer service but work very slow.

Stopped in while on vacation in New Braunfels. Louis was very helpful and took care of tightening my receiver/hitch after finding loose bolts. Wouldn’t accept payment and was done in 5 minutes out the door. Definitely will let everyone know to stop in for anything they need.

I honestly did not want to give them a 2nd chance but Louis took the time to explain to me the situation and worked really hard at winning me over. He understood my frustrations and took them very serious. It was brought to my attention that a scheduling error did happen on my initial appointment. Louis assured me that this was not their way of doing business, learned from this and will not let this happen in the future. I was wrong, customer service is a priority to TNT and I can speak from experience that I will be returning to give them future business. Louis is an asset to this company and really turned my perspective around.Old review-Unfortunately had a bad experience this morning and would not recommend. Called Monday 7/9 for a leveling kit, was told it needed to be ordered but they could install on Thursday(come to find out a stock item). Called Wednesday to confirm apt, was told to drop off at 8:30a and would be done by 12:30p. Seems reasonable, showed up to pick up and truck had not moved. I understand double booking and some vehicles take longer. When I had mentioned both times that I was coming from Austin since it looked like you had great reviews and did great work, don’t tell me it will take 3-4hrs to install if you need all day, I would have planned for that. In the end, Casey and team all acted stunned and just tried to find the sales guy who sold me on it instead of apologizing and trying to fix the situation. Pointing fingers to blame is not the answer and I would have most likely gave your team another chance but instead you walked away to your office and let me walk out the door. You may not have realized this was going to be the first of many upgrades to my truck that you obviously don’t need the business. Thanks for wasting half my day to drive down to be disappointed. My suggestion would be to focus a little more on customer service and scheduling as the parts and trailers will sell themselves. I don’t review much so a simple apology phone call or in person this morning would have prevented this review.

Javier at Top Notch Truck and Trailer helped me find the perfect 6 inch suspension lift, 22 inch tires and wheels, rear suspension air bag with compressor, and Rhino Liner for my new Ram 4x4. I wanted a smooth ride with killer looks... and he delivered! He was very patient with helping me find the perfect tires and wheels with the offset I wanted. He even held a wheel out of the showroom next to my truck so I could see what it looked like before purchasing them. His knowledge and experience with suspension lifts proved worthy now that I have a lifted truck that rides better than it did off the showroom floor. They took good care of my truck and gave me a much better price than two major 4x4 shops in San Antonio. I couldnt be happier with the end result. Go see Top Notch and ask for Javier.

Overall not too bad....some issues with the installation caused me to run back and forth and finally take matters into my own hands to finish it correctly. They were responsive to my concerns and helpful enough, but didnt install correctly the first time and didnt diagnose the installation mistake before I did.

First of all Im pretty cautious when it come to getting my vehicle worked on. But Im heading on a family vacation soon and my tires needed to be balanced and rotated. This place is located right around the corner from job. So I decided to come in after work on sat. And they were still open. The tire guy Abel greeted me with a smile and had amazing customer service. I told him what I needed to get done and the time frame that I had. And he jumped on it right away. Not only was he quick and professional. He also went over facts and details about my tires. Like tread life, proper inflation. And when is a good time to purchase a new set. Oh yeah and the general manager even came over to introduce himself and ask me if I needed anything else. Great experience. Will diffinetly be coming back with my other vehicles. Went here for my lift kit / wheels / tires. What a great place, took me about 6 weeks to decide on exactly what I wanted, they were both very helpful and patient. When I finally decided, I scheduled a install date and TNT knocked it out a day faster than the estimate. Price was great, and Calli & Louis were easy to work with. I even talked with the installer on specific install details. All around great experience, Ill definitely be back for future truck upgrades. Thanks TNT.

Have been in and had work done on a couple of different vehicles always had a great experience good quality work.

Dropped of truck last Friday to get bed liner sprayed, side step rails and front grill guard. They had truck all day. Obviously did not inventory supplies prior to using them. When we called about truck they told us incorrect brackets were with the grill guard. We came and picked up truck, personally talked to Casey, he told me he would call me Monday and let me know when the truck could be brought back, guess what, he never called. Relied on documented email traffic. He stated got late Monday, we discussed what time would be best for wife to take truck back and have the less amount of wait time. After discussions it was decided for today at 1 p.m. Casey said it would be a good time, guys come back from lunch and would get right on it. He should of said a guy would get on it, one guy, thanks for the minimal wait time. You would think if you already have put a customer into an extra visit you would be there to make sure it went correctly. Nope. Oh I guess you have to ask for no stickers to be put on your new vehicle. They do offer Military discount.

These guys did an great job with my 2017 Chevy Colorado. I took it in this past Saturday to get the bed coated with Rhino Lining. I dropped it off at 9 am and it was ready for me by 2pm. It looks awesome. Thanks a lot for the great job!

I stopped by the shop during a time that was not busy, after waiting for the guy at the desk to get off his phone, I told him I was interested in a cargo trailer. Without any acknowledgement he turned and started pulling out catalogs, he seemed put out that I had bothered him with a request about a trailer. I live inNew Braunfels and just wanted to use a local business, there are plenty of places to buy a trailer, so I won’t be back. When I asked to see the trailer he told me he would give me the number so I could check it out myself, I wanted to know the features and benefits so I could make a decision. Work on your customer service skills! This shop put some lights on my son’s truck a couple of years ago, and my experience was outstanding, now I would never go back.

The guys at TNT did really amazing work to my wife’s truck, and answered all of are questions and concerns that we had. The guys that put the new armor on did amazing job as well, they took the time and showed me and explained to me why and how they did every step. Over all 5 stars. Apparently sales are more important than satisfied customers

I learned of top notch from the salesman that our truck was purchased from. The staff is very knowledgeable in the type of cover needed for our. The pros and cons were given on each one carried. We made our choice and it was ordered. Arrived the following Monday. They calked and an appointment was set up. I am really excited about the one we got. Very sharp. The staff is outstanding in what they sell and the friendliness during the sell and after it was installed. Very satisfied. I would highly recommend this business.

Anybody can sell parts and equipment, but it is Service that really counts. It has been years since Ive seen a team of people who work so hard to take care of customers. I went to Top Notch looking for a trailer and came out with new friends. They had a selection in stock to choose from, then had all of the necessary equipment that I needed. Cassey took the time to answer questions, demonstrate equipment, and even school me in operation, etc. I was amazed! Louis showed me the stock of trailers and made sure I had the right one that I needed. Callie was awesome in getting me to the right person to handle what I needed. Great service!! I planned to leave early Saturday and found my trailer lights were out. I was at TNT when it opened and they got right on solving the problem. I have done business with this shop since it was one bay. It has grown, and continues to be one of my favorite places to get work done. I have nothing but great service here. When I did have a problem, I found the management very understanding, quick, and very responsive to my needs. I recommend this business.

I was going to go with this company even though communication seemed to be crappy. I was told to get one measurement, so I did. Now I need other measurements. When I brought my truck in this morning Louis still couldn’t give me a definitive answer, and was quick to move on to another customer when my needs weren’t met. What I was quoted on the phone was not also the price that I saw in store. To beat it all, he seemed willing to take my money, without really knowing if it will actually work. Furthermore, with my situation he said “we have the experience to work this out when other companies don’t know where to start”. Not sure how that can be said considering I asked him if something was made, he said no. Well I did decide to look at my other options and yes the part was made. One star for basically not playing nice with other local businesses in front of customers. Makes you look like a prick.

Ed failed to fix items on the trailer I asked him to fix.Ed completed work I did not ask to be done.Ed checked the trailer tires.They were not inflated to the correct PSI, three were missing pressure-gauge caps, and one tire nearly blew on our trip across country.

Terrible experience with this shop. Called and got a quote that ended up being over a $100 higher after the work had began. Also, was told that the work would only take 2 hrs which turned into 3days before I was able to get my truck back. When I did get my truck back the molding was not reinstalled properly so I had to make an appointment to bring it back in and instead of fixing all of it they claimed that they were not responsible and refused to make it right. This is not top notch work. The salesmen were rude andwere unconcerned with providing good customer service. My cousin had a similar experience with this company when he purchased a trailer with them. Take your business elsewhere. Top notch truck and trailer is poor choice.

Great quality trailers and hassle free transaction with the purchase of a trailer. They had it ready for pickup and just had to sign and hook up and go. Highly recommend!

Right now Im not very happy. After not getting the one I wanted the one that I got isnt working as described. When driving down the road the cover will not stay latched and will walk forward. I key locked the latch but that didnt keep it secured. After the third time to walked forward taking my new winter coat with it ( Im in Wisconsin with temps below 0 all week) I took the pull lanyard and tied it to the trailer hitch. I will come in and get it fixed (I hope) when I get back.

Where to begin... as a previous employee I have witnessed ups and downs at Top Notch.Mostly good and very few bad. After reading the reviews and some thoughts on the past, there seems to be some misconceptions on this place. First off the sales team really do go out there way and try to satisfy every customer that comes threw the door or calls for information or to make appointments. Now there are some customers that just wake up in a grumpy mood and have very little patience, keep in mind this is not a fast food restaurant. Lol. Second I personally have worked with most to all there shop techs and can say that we or them lol do not rush things and try there best to get the job done, in a timely manner. Team work is outstanding and the knowledge between the shop techs insures that no problem cant be handled, such as rusty bolts, muddy undercarriage, or poorly installed accessories. Dang near all the equipment is new and up to code. 3rd they are forgiving and kind but wont be harrassed, face it who would? Lol. 4th major dealerships bring there brand new vehicles with 20 miles or less for upgrades and accessories. No Im not paid or even keep in touch with TNT. The Truth had to be said. 5th the bads! Items sometimes dont arrive at the time stated when ordering. Not there fault but they take the heat and send someone to pick up parts so appointments stay on track. Got questions feel free to ask.

We are blessed to have the opportunity to get our airlift air bags put on our 2018 CHEVY Silverado 1500 it really does make a difference when we are pulling our travel trailer. We also purchased a tonnueau cover and are impressed with the key we only have to worry about the key to the truck it opens it. I also love the handle which makes it easy for a woman to open without getting both your hands burned by the Texas sun which can be around the 100’s. Thanks guys we will be going back soon for more cool items for our truck.

I went in to look around to spice my truck up. I was looking for a small lift and a grillguard. I had priced a couple other stores around New Braunfels and when I walked in I was happily and pleasantly greeted! It made it really welcoming. When they gave me prices they were lower than the other places I had previously gotten quotes on. I ended up ordering the grill and the lift...and had everything in the following day. Top Notch Truck & Trailer may not be the first place you think of when you need a front end alignment on your classic car. But the guy that does alignments is knowledgeable in alot of cars. So when I needed an alignment on my 72 Chevelle I took it to TNT and was extremely happy with the results. Thank you TNT and dont forget to ask for Eric when you need a front end alignment.

Bo was on top of offering what a brand new truck needs. We bought a 2018 Silverado last week and it will be a work truck, but what a pimped out work truck! We have a Westin front grill, and running boards that allow ease to get into the new weather guard tool box. What else did we get to protect our nice new truck? Sprayed in bed liner and weather tech solid floor covers. And then Nitto tires for driving off road, but still a comfortable drive on the highway. Bo thought of it all and now I feel like I am completely covered. I have a fabulous looking truck that will work hard. Great price as well! Happy and will recommend TNT.
