Was looking at getting a new Motorcycle helmet. The staff was very knowledgeable and they helped every step of the way!

This place has been on my list of places to visit since I was a child. On the last trip from San Antonio to DFW, I finally had some time to stop by and it was really great visit. Aside from just wanted to browse and maybe get a tour, I also needed to get two Hans devices recertified. One could not wish for nicer people. Special thanks to Mimi (sp?) And Barbara for getting the Hans certs taken care of so quickly.

I love their helmets! But I guess I have a problem with how they advertise them...I just ordered a ponyboy though and its advertised with a gold shield. Yeah at the bottom details it says it comes with a clear. I guess I should have done more reading but I really feel like if youre going to advertise it with a gold shield, sell it with a gold shield. Now I have to either wait another week and spend another hundred dollars for a shield or go without. Im super bent out of shape about this.

Ordered the wrong size, made some calls, and I now have the correct size on the way before my old one has even left. On Thursday January 11, I got a second chance at life, thanks to my Simpson Helmet! Im wholeheartedly appreciative to be alive after totaling my motorcycle after striking some loose livestock on the road. After the accident, I laid unconscious in the road until help arrived. It wasnt until I woke up in ICU that I became aware of all of my injuries and just how lucky I was to be here. My 3 children can NOT thank team SIMPSON enough for saving their mothers life.

Never have I experienced such personalized customer care, as I have from Simpson. When Simpson introduced the Mod Bandit, I decided to replace my Ghost Bandit, but I decided to make a day trip and buy direct from the factory in New Braunfels, Texas.When I arrived, I was introduced to their Customer Care Specialist (and all around expert in everything) Ms. Mimi Fields. Ms. Mimi brought up various sizes for me to try on, since the Mod fits slightly different from the other models. In the end, I was so happy I went in person. I was able to wear various sizes around the showroom, until I had found the absolute most precision fit possible. Mimi insisted I not rush the process, and she was SO right. When it comes to such a critical lifesaving piece of gear like a helmet, precision is the goal, and precision is what I got. This is the lightest (Carbon Mod Bandit), best fitting helmet I have ever owned. I am a Simpson (and Mimi Fields) fan for life!On going customer care at Simpson is unreal! I have emailed Ms. Mimi on several occasions to inquire about random tech specs, engineering choices, and recommendations regarding comm units and such. Very courteous and professional staff, great products, quick and easy to get what you need. They accidentally charged me twice for a helmet shield, so when I went back and told them they fixed it without hesitation. Its nice to be able to pick up a helmet, or a nomex racing suit, or even a cool hat or t-shirt directly from the manufacturer.

This is the headquarters. So, yes they have a small store area to purchase some products, but the main purpose of the facility is management and manufacturing.
