Love this place!! This is our go to spot for anything we need for our vehicles. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable!! Went today as always we were in and out in no time, super helpful Robert changed the battery we got quickly on the spot and we were on our way! Cant say enough good things about coming here!

Great Job guys! Tonight I bought Griots Garage Ceramic Speed Shine and Pro-Elite ceramic detailing towels and Pro-Elite Super Plush Finishing Towels ( w/ Military discount) and detailed my car in the parking lot nextdoor and 40min from the time I bought the products I had to drive back and show them the results! They have served me with a smile in the past and wanted them to know how good some of the products they sell are. If you look close you can read the Auto Zone sign in the reflection! Yup did the window as well! Flipped the picture to show the sign btw! Sgt. USAF Vet.

My girl went in to get a window regulator for a dodge caravan, Jesse said she needed to buy the whole door since he couldnt find it in the system. The part is listed on the website and can be found in second, so she called me and I found it cheaper elsewhere and just told her to leave since they dont know how do a basic inventory search.

Had what was needed. Of course a waiting line. It was a busy day for them. Good service though.

I came in for some wipers and it turned out to be a not so easy job. Eric and Paul were fantastic and spent about 20 minutes making sure my wipers were on right. They went above and beyond for sure!

My visit was to replace my 95 truck battery because it was dead then got it replaced...but when I tried to leave, my Mazda wouldnt start... lo and behold that battery ended up being dead as well. Coincidence? Having warranties on both batteries I was able to get them replaced at no charge.

Great stuff they may not have some stuff but it’s still a place to go to when you need parts for your car.

They almost always help me w my needs w occasions where they havent been real helpful. But Im thinking thats any where you go or any business.

I wont say the employees name because I am not sure if he would get in trouble but I was driving home to Canyon Lake and my car was shaking. I stopped in at the Autozone off of Walnut in NB and asked them what that could be. One of the guys came out and showed me how my tire was falling apart. It was at night and tire shops were closed plus I had to get home to my dog and didnt really have time for my insurance companys roadside assistance which takes a while. I had not yet had a flat on this truck and I didnt even know where the spare was. The gentleman was really kind and patient with me. He basically figured it all out and changed the tire for me. I am extremely grateful that he is who I encountered as it could have been someone who would have not gone out of their way and taken the time to come out and detect that it was something really dangerous that I needed to address right away and I might have just kept driving which would have been bad. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my truck when you didnt have to go out of your way like that. My puppy thanks you too.

Guy knew what he was talking about. He was straight up and he was knowledgeable about the truck I am working on. I am a ase master mechanic and I know if I am taking to someone who has a good idea of what is the best way to get a car or truck fixed. I dont see this type of knowledgeable person at autozone everyday. So I would recommend this autozone to anyone

Came in to get a new car battery. Staff was very friendly, everyone masked up by city policy. I appreciated both.Maria, one of the managers, took care of me. She installed my battery in the 100 degree heat. Despite the heat, she was very friendly and we had a nice conversation.She kindly pointed out my coolant was low. I hadnt noticed but it before but it was at the very bottom of the safe recommended level. We went back in, made that purchase too. Then she came back out with me to pour that in as well.I was very impressed with her efforts at customer service. This location has always been friendly and helpful in my experience. My family will keep coming back for years.

Car wouldnt start so I came to have the battery I bought from them less than one year ago to have it tested! Turns out it was a bad battery so I was given a new battery. This time, Im assuming because no money was being made today, instead of changing out the battery for me and taking the old one back the dude says here..... Heres the battery and heres the tools you can change it out yourself. Then have the nerve to ask me to bring the core battery back inside. Do not go here, very rude and unconcerned with others problems. Thats your JOB! The next ones going to corporate

Was having trouble with my battery so went to Auto Zone on Walnut Ave. What a great experience! Paul V. helped me, tested my battery, alternator, starter and then helped me select a new battery. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I also talked with Maria, I believe the manager, and she was great. She even installed my battery for me. I appreciate stores that go above and beyond for their customers. I will defiantly go to Auto Zone for all my auto needs. :-)

I’m a regular customer here at this location and these guys really go out of their way to help me out with parts. I’ve ordered parts for delivery and get them sent to my shop, if they don’t have it there at the location they’ll order it for me or go pick it up when they can from the HUB. There’s several people I want to say thank you to and I may not say everyone’s name but if your part of the crew on walnut you’ve probably helped me before. Scot, Paul, Maria, Selena, & Jaime are the ones I can think of right now but definitely a good group of people to work with! Thank you guys again, I really appreciate your help and what you guys do for me.

They almost ALWAYS have my parts, whats not there is ordered and I get it same day or next day.They answer all of my questions, VERY helpful!Downside... Some things are way overpriced. Turn signal bulbs for my vehicle are $2 cheaper at Walmart.A lower, very basic radiator hose for $39?!? Jesus!! The reward system to get $20 off is a joke. I literally spent over $700 over time just to get it.Get all your vehicle fluids and bulbs, whatever you can at Walmart.Look for deals on the Auto parts dealers apps b4 buying anything.Most will ship right to your home

Poorly treated and did not honor warranty on a battery that I had go out after less than a year. Staff mocked me as I left the store. Will never buy from Autozone ever again. At least not at this location.

This branch been good to me. But today... Today is the day.. Waited for a specialist to help me woth my curbside pick up. I understand its busy and i get that took 15min and 2 phone calls to get me a specialist to tale care of me if i didnt do my 2nd phone call i wouldve been there the whole night. 2nd specialist help me out took him 5min but thats passable. Even call center agents checks on there customer every 2-3 min when on hold. My suggestion is on a busy day have a strategy to take over your curbside order customers.

A B O V E. & B E Y O N D.2020 has been quite the year for us; all in different ways but when an unexpected blessing Like a Good Samaritan, happen it sure makes such an impact.Currently, i am in the process of relocating to a different city and being that most driving is done when I am not working - my headlight that had been out was a bigger hazard than it may normally be.A large pile of 2x4s on 1604 almost sent me into the median. They were positioned right in the shadow of the curve to where I didn’t see it until it was too late.Tonight I stopped in an Autozone near my current home and no complaints- service was great, except i was told they were not able to help install the headlamp.Out of all the auto shops, AutoZone is always my go- to and I thought id make a call.I made a call to the Walnut location in New Braunfels and spoke with James.He told me he’d at least take a look to see if he could help.Darius and James both spent about an hour helping get them both replaced. No complaints, they were happy to help and during these times that is few and far in between.I didn’t have much cash on me so I offered to buy dinner or a beverage but they wouldn’t accept it.So the very least I can do is give them both the recognition they deserve. Yes it was “just” a headlight, but sometimes that’s the tip of the iceberg.Thank you to the both of you.God bless you James & Darius.

I definitely want to give a HUGE thanxs to Paul V. My battery on my vehicle died tonight at work so I walked to auto zone to buy a battery didnt have a clue how i was going to get the battery back to my car let alone change out the battery. Well long story short my nurse came and got me and the battery and Paul went the extra mile after hours to install my battery for me!!! Im absolutely grateful for all his help as well as the other associate Mel. This store definitely had great customer service as i walked in 10 mins before closing!!!

Getting 4 out of 5 stars only because they didnt have the part I needed in stock within 35 miles of my area, but I went and ahead and ordered it and it was there at 730am the next day when I got there. Other than that they wouldve gotten 5 out of 5 from me. Customer service was fantastic and very helpful and everyone was super nice.

Went in for one purpose. To buy a wrench that is specifically to change the master cylinder of my 95 Toyota. The gentleman that helped was very perceptive the way I described the tool that I needed. Really great auto store. They have the typical selection of this chain but the staff are great. Really friendly and every time I’ve come in, if I don’t grab what’s on sale, they make sure to tell me of what’s on sale before I buy to make sure I get a good deal.

Its not the store. its the location. I prefer the loop337 location when it comes to convenience.

This is the second time the men here have sold me the wrong part. But will jump at the opportunity to put oil in another womans car and walk away from me, a woman asking questions. I should know better than to stop here. Will definitely go someone else next time.

Im new in town and left my family back home for work. As lonely as I am, making friends and trusting anyone isnt easy. The crew at this Autozone location not only gave me a good deal on wiper blades, they installed them...while it was raining! The staff was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. I went in to get a car battery, they had it for a fair price and with a warranty, they brought it out quickly, and I was on my way. What more can you ask for?

So I go in to get a radio install kit, they guy was like you can find it somewhere on aisle 5. Then I asked a different person about a part that they should sell because you need it with the install kit and he is like we can’t even get it. And just shrugged his shoulders and walked away! Won’t come back here and do business with them at all!

This was the last straw this store needs a serious attitude adjustment, businesses need to learn to contact customer when they are out of a product ended up waiting almost 2 hours for an online order 3 items oil and a oil filter can pull money out of my account within minutes yet I have to wait 5 business days for a refund this is ridiculous....never again taking my business back to Oreilly’s!!!!!

Personal service given our stranded teenage daughter needing a battery and alternator was exceptional. They even put in the alternator on a holiday weekend when no repair shops nearby were open.

The selection is always good here, however there always seems to be a line and not enough people to meet the amount of customers that are in the store at one time. This seems to be a reoccurring theme when I go here, but no matter the wait, they usually have what I came in for

Hadn’t been in 10 years due to a power steering pump failing (from AutoZone) and destroying my radiator. Luckily it had been professionally installed because the manager refused to file my claim stating I was lying. Went over his head and got it handled.Jumping to today. I needed a hub for my 2012 Ford Focus. The cashier tells me they only sell the “hub assembly” including the bearing. I’m like okay I’ll take it. Takes 3 days to get in so I make an appointment with a local shop to have it pressed in. Go this morning to pick it up and it’s only the bearing. The manager states that’s the only way they sell it and I was wrong for making the order???

I wanted to thank AutoZone and Ziller for excellence service today. I was in town from Dallas visiting my daughter and son in law and our new grandson. My car battery died on the day we were driving back to Dallas. I found AutoZone zipped in and Ziller made a recommendation on a battery and installed it. He even went the extra mile and brushed of the corrosion on the old battery. Thanks Ziller! Got me back on the road quickly.
