Shout out to Ray Luna, Service Advisor. I am a 1st time customer at Bluebonnet Ford Service. Bought my Ford truck before we moved to Canyon Lake, so I needed to find service close to our new home. I will definitely be returning to Bluebonnet, as Ray provided 1st class service. He was friendly, had a great attitude, and treated me like a long time customer. In my book, that makes all the difference in the world in terms of where I want to do business. I will definitely be returning to Bluebonnet Ford. Thank you Ray Luna for an excellent customer experience!

Our vehicle broke down and was towed there for diagnosis. Over the course of the next 15 days I tried to get in touch with anyone in service who could tell me the status of my vehicle. It was constantly promised “the next day”. I was told that I was at a certain spot in line only to be told two days later I was further down the line. Finally after two weeks it was diagnosed. That’s correct over two weeks just to diagnose it. I came on to pay the bill for diagnostics and take my car. I was billed over $220 just to check it out it. When I asked questions about the bill they instantly changed it to $145 with little explanation. Buyer Beware!!!! If anyone from management would like to talk about my experience I would welcome your call.

I came to this service department to get my first oil change on my new vehicle. I was pleased with the lounge area and the quick turnaround to get my vehicle done.**Now for the not so good news.**Not only did I not get any explanation on the work that was done on my vehicle, but I did not get any information on when the next service would be due. My biggest complaint is how I had to go search for my vehicle. Prior to the search I asked the man at the counter where to pick up my vehicle and he stated,It can be anywhere. It can be parked out here in the front or it can be parked somewhere out on the side. I had to walk around the front of the service area to see if my vehicle was outside and I couldnt find it. I had to then proceed to walk to the other area on the side and walk all the way to the back section, in the last parking spot past the Parts section to find my vehicle. I do not understand why it was parked all the way back there when there were empty slots near the door of the service desk. I feel I should have been given adequate information as to where my vehicle was, and what was done to my vehicle. I drove an hour to get here from my home to get this kind of treatment. Never again!

Arrived at noon. Oil change was completed in a timely manner. Lincoln got washed and vacuumed in timely manner. I was told by Jose my service advisor it would take 1 to 1.5 hrs. I drove off lot at 1 hr and 15 min. from arrival. Expectations were met & no issues.

Service department is a joke. Each of the last 2 times my car has been returned the check engine light came on well under a week after having it. Over priced parts. They completely bs any of their online help. Upon receiving the car the last time I received a text asking for feedback on how it was. Automated text im sure, but I replied and mentioned the check engine light was already back on.... No response until a couple days later I received a text saying theyve emailed me a survey to fill out on how their service was. Yet I never got such an email.

I went to Bluebonnet to service my ford. I had a broken window regulator and dropped my vehicle off. I asked them to provide me a quote and if the price was good I would tell them to proceed. They wanted $470, which for me is a quarter of my monthly earnings. I declined and they told me I owed them $130 for plugging in a diagnostic machine that confirmed what I had already told them. This is robbery. What a shady business.

I got my car fixed there and just picked it up today. I noticed my $8 reusable air freshener from bath and body works was missing. I checked my whole car and didn’t see it anywhere. I know I dropped my car off with the air freshener in the front ac. Someone stole my air freshener at the dealership and I know it shouldn’t be that big of a deal but how would they feel if I stole something of theirs.

Have tried 3 times to get my vehicle here since they’ve done service on my vehicle before and treated my girlfriend nicely when she bought a car there but every time i go I’m turned away and given a ridiculous timeline. First time i tried to take it in for blind spot malfunction they said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could look at it and they do first come first served so I couldn’t book an appointment. The most recent time i took it in (may 7th) to get an oil change and investigate a coolant leak and again i was turned away and was told they wouldn’t be able to look at it until the end of June... seriously?! For a simple coolant leak and oil change?! Never buying a car or using their service center again.

Bought a used 2014 Toyota Tundra on Wednesday. Only to find out, every time you try to use the Bluetooth, the head unit restarts and zero of the doors lock. Never really think to check the Bluetooth or if the doors lock. The carfax report that was shown to us looked fine.Tried telling the salesman, but he was more concerned about us possibly losing our HydroFlask at the dealership (which we did not). Haven’t received any word back if they would fix the problems. Do NOT buy anything from this place.

I would never recommend this place to anyone EVER!!! I took my vehicle in on friday telling them it needed to be looked at and fixed by 2pm that following monday...it sat there all weekend...GRAY one of their service people said my vehicle would be done by the time i request. Just got a call monday at 11:40am... Apparently they havent had a chance to even look at my vehicle. And it is waiting on another vehicle who was a drop off this morning... Never ever use them. They are trash

Booked an online appointment 2 weeks prior. I took my truck in and the service advisor said that they dont look at the online bookings, and that he didnt understand why they as he said were still allowing people to book online. First of all they is you Sir! You are part of that problem. I would have been less frustrated if he hadnt given me an attitude, but he acted like booking online and coming in to try to get services done was all my fault.On top of that he said they dont do appointments at all and its a first come first served basis. Who runs this business?! He also said that the AC guy wouldnt be in until next week. They couldve at least called me to tell me that the AC guy wouldnt be in. But how could they if they apparently dont use the online appointment system. Hello?! What decade are you in Bluebonnet services?! Its almost 2020. Too bad... I was actually thinking about upgrading my truck and getting a newer one from Bluebonnet. Not anymore!
