Gabriel is exceptionally amazing at his job! He is so helpful and kind enough to help me after hours! I really appreciate him and I hope he gets a raise! Don’t ever let go of him, there are not many customer service experts as good as him! I was very satisfied with my services and the help of Gabriel. Ask for him when you go there to get the most amazing expert experience!

We had a car battery that stopped working which was still under warranty, so we went to get a replacement. They were helpful and switched it out no problem. We were disappointed that the employees were not all wearing face masks, because due to health reasons we are in a high risk category. Just a heads-up for others to be prepared.

They have car, truck and tractor parts and if they dont have it in stock theyll have in a doy or two... hard to find parts theyll have it or can get it in a day or two...

Independent -would not let me return the part that I bought in San Antonio. Even though I had a receipt apparently they do not offer that service. I will just pick up my Needed parts around San Antonio NAPA stores at least I know what I’m going to get

I have done business with this particular Napa store since before I could drive and have yet to have a single problem with them or their products. They are the best parts store in New Braunfels hands down.
