Pulled up with a tire from my trailer in the bed of the truck. I drive a dually and as I pulled up, one of the guys started circling my truck checking all my tires. I got out and told him it was in the bed of my truck. Well, it turns out one of my back tires was flat and I didnt even know it. They repaired both of the tires in about 10 minutes, cost was $24. So impressed by them.

Impressive Honesty. Called to find a spare tire, which they didnt carry, but the guy on the phone said if you need it pretty quick, you could buy a Full Size tire, and get a wheel, and that Discount Tire keeps Universal size wheels in stock.Very impressed with the customer focused service here.

Stopped by to have some tires swapped out on my burnout car. The tires were off the car. They were pretty fast and super helpful. $27/tire for mount/balance/disposal fee hurts a bit, but I guess it’s the going rate. Overall, would recommend.

Do yourself a favor and come to this place should you ever need anything tire related. They fixed my run flat punctured tire in a heartbeat and I was able to continue my trip. Discount tire refused to service it and instead wanted me to buy new tires. If you want a honest, fair, fast, kind and reliable service, come here.

These guys are fast and friendly! I’ve been here twice and they were totally professional! Prices were cheaper than the chain Tire places in the area. They can get very busy at times but they really hustle to get the job done! I highly recommend !!!!

Couldnt find a used tire in Canyon Lake so they referred me to Best Deal in New Braunfels. I am glad I did! Make sure you check your tires before you leave! Their machine took a chunk out of one of ours on Saturday. No one said a word. We noticed once back home and unloading after they closed. Took it back today and they said nothing could be done about it. Just putting this out there for future customers, check everything before you leave cause they have zero accountability for their mistakes.

Ive already posted on review on Yelp but I have more to say. If I could Id give zero stars. My bf got in contact today and talked to them about our tire that legitimately exploded less than 4 days after we got it and we were told they would replace it for free. When he got to the place he was told that they lied to him and the best they could do was a discount. We will never be coming to this place again and I urge any one else not to go here. You potential run the risk of a tire exploding as soon as you leave and they lie to you as well

I had a huge nail in my tire. They plugged it and changed my tire for $12 in about 12 minutes. It was awesome. My kid and I waited on the bench outside, watching them change a tire on a pump truck. It was interesting but noisy. The staff was also very friendly.

There is no 0 stars so they get 1. Set an appointment on Friday for Sunday at 9am. I showed up to a bunch of people standing around and nobody in the office. I waited 20 minutes and no one said a word or acknowledged I was there so I scheduled an appointment for discount tire while I waited. Nobody even noticed I left. Seems like they have patrons they take care of but dont need any new business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this place.

Amazing service! I had a blowout on I-35 and they had guys to me within 20 minutes! I was able to buy a new tire from them, and they replaced tire roadside so saved me a towing fee. They even drove my car off the interstate, and to me in the parking lot I was waiting in. All for a great price!!

After waiting almost 3 hrs (with my family) for AAA to show up for a flat tire, I found best deal tire service on google. I called and spoke to JR who was awesome. He showed up in about 10 min and plugged my tire on the spot. In less than 15 minutes we were on our way to Houston. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are great. It was 1:30 pm on a Sunday and they were open. I thought for sure that in New Braunfels, TX I would have to wait until Monday morning. I had nails in two tires. No more than 15 minutes and I was out of there fixed. I even went back and tipped the two gentlemen that fixed them for me. Impressed!

Forget Discount Tire, these guys are legit. It was pouring rain yesterday and I needed a nail taken out of my tire and repaired. I pulled up and was able to stay in the car with the engine running and the removed the tire and fixed it withing 20 minute and I was on my way. I wont reveal the price, but it was less than $15. They will always get my business!

Fast and easy. No hassle. We had used fix a flat to help us temp and didnt give us a hard time! Some places get upset because it creates a mess. They didn’t even flinch. Patched us up and got us out. If your expecting conversations, don’t. They have a small location and busy. They do the job and get you out.

Had 2 new tires installed on the front. They dropped the car hard when they were done. Heard a bad noise mostly in reverse but scraping while driving forward. Took it back and they said it’s a bad ball joint yet we physically saw where the caliper had broken loose. Will never recommend, will never return.
