My trucks water pump failed an hour north of their shop and I had a myriad of electrical issues that needed to be tracked down & fixed, while I was 1,000+ miles from home. Rather than pay a ridiculous amount of money to have it towed to their shop, they dropped what they were doing and sent a mechanic to my truck to repair the pump in a parking lot, so I could drive it to their shop for the electrical repairs.The work performed was very professional & very fast and allowed me to get back on the road and safely and confidently begin the 1,000+ mile journey home to see my family.
