Unreal....My wife bought her 2017 Jeep Renegade from them new, it has been burning oil about a quart or more between changes. Brought it in for recall for oil consumption...they did not honor the recall...instead they lied...they will say anything to get what they want....sad part is the vehicle only has 35K on it.....and it sounds like a bag of marbles when you start it up....well, I guess thats why I have attorneys....truly saddens me...I use to love Jeeps....

This was one of the worst car buying is experiences I’ve ever encountered. This dealership has displayed just how they do business. Bought a vehicle with a couple of issues and salesman advised everything would be fixed. I take vehicle back that week to get the things fixed. After waiting 3 hours I am advised everything was taken care of. Before buying we noticed some damage on the hood and instead of fixing it the dealership basically did a poor job of a band aid on it and of course put the car on the lot. After asking and bringing it up to even management they finally admitted that they did have to do some paint work and pretty much that was the end of the discussion. They didn’t attempt what’s so ever to fix that issue for me at all. A few days later I take car to car wash and sure enough I have leaking in headliner and it as obvious that when I was there for 3 hours nothing was “fixed” . I notified dealership of the issue and was told the vehicle would be sitting for a week Before they can “look” at it again and without and type of apology from the sales man for the huge inconvenience it gave me. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed I couldn’t handle it anymore and was lucky enough to get rid of the vehicle. We will not be returning to this dealership in the future In result of this horrible experience. I sincerely hope others don’t get put in this type of situation like I did.

I recently purchased a gladiator there from Bailey Myers. Bailey was a fantastic salesman and was extremely professional and willing to work with me. I went to Bluebonnet Jeep because they had the best price listed online for a Texas Trail Gladiator and I was not disappointed when I showed up and was able to get the Jeep I wanted and was able to make it work within my budget. Bottom line is the issue I brought my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for, engine stop/start feature not working, was successfully resolved under warranty. Apparently the auxiliary battery needed to be replaced. However, it turns out that the service folks did not fully charge the new battery or test drive the vehicle after the battery was replaced. So, on my way home I noticed that the stop/start feature was still not working. When I called Bluebonnet the service advisor, John, was very polite, listening and responding to my problem He told me that the newly installed battery probably wasnt fully charged and it might take a few days of driving for the vehicle to charge the auxiliary battery in order for the stop/start function to work. I drove about 80 miles the next day and near the end of that drive the start/stop feature did indeed start working. The service department should have fully charged the battery and performed a test drive before returning the vehicle to me. I shouldnt have to request that the service department verify that a repair they made solved the problem but will know to make that request in the future.Well, a day later the stop/start feature stopped working again so back to Bluebonnet again. This time they replaced the main battery, under warranty. Now several months and a long 4,000+ mile trip later...no problems.Just took the vehicle in for scheduled oil change, tire rotation and annual inspection. In and out in about 1 hr...very courteous service.

My husband and I came in knowing exactly which vehicle we wanted, which James Alaniz assisted us the entire way. We have two toddlers and James was graciously friendly to them both and very understanding and patient while working out a deal with Bluebonnet and tending to our kids needs.The other staff were extremely polite and welcoming. I had my 2018 Jeep Wrangler serviced last week. The customer service was fantastic. The turnaround time was great! I would highly recommend to all my friends and Family!

I brought my car in for a software update. I got the car back worse than when I brought it in. I called them and told them.. Told me it would be weeks before they could get me back in(To fix the problems they caused). The next day, my car wouldn’t even run. I called them repeatedly. I was told they had my message and the service manager would call me back. Never got a call back. I see from the other reviews this is normal for this place.
