Best car buying experience ever. The staff is very professional, and knowledgeable. Not only was the sales experience amazing, but the customer service department was also very professional, and prepared to take care of an issue I had with the truck. My right rear tire had a leak, turns out the rim was cracked. Echo Park replace my wheel for me at no cost. Not only that, the rim came in two days later, and they replaced it that day! Great place, great team. I would recommend this place to anyone in the market for a used car. The prices are spot on as well. I did my homework, and this place had the best prices. They also gave me a great deal on my trade in.

Very nice people to deal with. No pushy sales. They were willing to go the extra mile for our purchase. We drove our nee vehicle home after they stayed late to get it all done. Only issue we had was when we returned for our scheduled appointment to get the tires replaced and a large scratch buffed it took over 3 hours and only got the tires on. We still have to go back after rescheduling for them to complete. They have a very nice waiting area and looks great but there were several other people with complaints about the service department. Maybe a little less money on looks and a little more on mechanics and functionality. But overall happy with our vehicle thus far.

Ive been through car sales training and was happy to see none of the high pressure tactics in use here. It may be a minor detail to some but we didnt have to sign our final paperwork in a stuffy finance managers office, but out in the open area with our salesperson where we started the process. What can I say that would make you want to buy a car from here? Thats an interesting question, but to answer it, youd have to know a few things about me. First of all, I dont really have a problem with the way cars are sold traditionally. I understand that people have to make money and I understand that sometimes, it gets a little bit messy. Ive bought 4 cars from traditional dealerships and never really had a problem or a nightmare scenario with a pushy salesman.Echo Park, and Kalli specifically, made me feel that no longer had to others in this way. Easily the best and seamless process here at not only this location but all echo parks. These guys get it right. Had to bring in our van for paint correction. This location is the only one with a body shop so I had to drive a little over 30 minutes but I was out in under an hour. Quick job but done correct. I will be buying and servicing all my vehicles at echo park from now on.

I was disappointed by how my wife and I were greeted when we walked in the door. I approached the front counter and explained to a salesperson that I had been speaking to Kelli at that store and gotten approved for a vehicle, he said I was more than likely speaking to a call center rep. I told him I was there to purchase the Chevy Volt that I had an appointment, another sales rep said that he’d have to check to see if it was still there because someone else had been there earlier to drive the vehicle. That didn’t leave us with a good first impression. Eventually my wife and I were shuffled around until our salesperson came out to meet us. He was good, he guided us to our Volt and let us take it out for a spin. When we were done he went over the options for the warranty. He pressured us a bit to take the warranty since we were buying an electric hybrid vehicle and warned us about the maintenance and repair that would come with owning such a vehicle, which honestly gave me some concern about buying it since he was making it seem like the car wouldn’t be reliable. When we declined, he pushed us to take the warranty if he could reduce the cost and seemed to guilt us over declining. This is where he lost our trust and gave us a bad impression. I understood the risk of declining a warranty and I would have appreciated him backing off once I told him “no” the first time. Once I told him no thanks about three times, he grabbed the keys from the desk swiftly, I’m guessing out of frustration, which I also didn’t appreciate. The process from that point dragged on for more time than we were told initially. He said it would take 45 min until we were done but it ended up taking over an hour. He was gone for quite a while, only checking in with us sparingly. Another salesperson came out to meet us and tried selling the gap insurance, which was fine. When I told him no, he swiftly acknowledged it and thanked us for our time, which was appreciated. Eventually we were given the papers to sign and we were on our way. My first experience with Echo Park in San Antonio was much better and they treated us with much more appreciation for our time and business. The New Braunfels location didn’t live up to our expectations unfortunately. I would still recommend Echo Park but not this New Braunfels location. 3 out of 5 stars.

What a waste of space. Theyre trying to take the Carvana business model but they execute it poorly. Made the drive from out of town to see a vehicle they listed as a Lariat. 1FTEW1EP7KKD70353. Great price I thought. Only its not a Lariat. Based out options. Not sure if they know this and use it as a tactic to get people in the door, or are just incompetent at trimming out their vehicles. Theyre true to their word on their advertising. Great quality if you lower your expectations on what quality actually means.

This was a stellar experience from beginning to end. My daughter wanted to trade in her vehicle for one with lower mileage. She found the exact car she wanted and called to see if it was available. When we arrived it was parked out front and Cliff greeted us immediately. She wanted to get a certain amount for her trade which she did and financed the remainder with one of Echo Parks lenders. While they do not allow outside financing (which we were prepared with when we arrived), their financing was easy. The whole experience from test drive through purchase was about 2 hours, which was fantastic. I would highly recommend Echo Park and Cliff for a fantastic buying experience!!

They will not finance through a credit union only their large bank trusted partners. I called ahead to confirm the vehicle was available, discussed the price, set up an appointment, and drove from Houston to purchase a vehicle. Only then, once I was in the door did they tell me that they will not take outside financing. They wont care if they lose your business, because they dont need it and will make sure you know that.Upon checking their website to see if the prohibitive policy on financing was posted anywhere the only available information was Why do 80% of guests choose to finance through EchoPark? Its because our guests save an average of $700 - and because it only takes about 10 minutes to get your exact financing terms. No where does it say they will not take outside financing, only that its better.If the customer rep responds to this message dont even bother trying to strive for 100% you wont take outside financing and you wont change that policy so why bother even responding.TLDR: no outside financing and they wont tell you that until you walk in the door and will happily turn you away

Simply put this was by far out of 22 years of buying cars, the simplest and most straight forward process Ive ever witnessed. Ive purchased cars from some really big dealers and these guys put them to shame. My 18 years old was able to finance a vehicle with a competitive rate, all on her own. Darren took care of her and then a week later, he took care of her older sister by helping her into a car. My 2020 graduate was grinning ear to ear and said she didnt feel intimidated throughout any of the process....10 🌟 s fellas

Where do I start? First of all- the price. I was in the market for a CR-V to accommodate my growing family having welcomed a little boy in September. My tiny sporty sedan wasn’t cutting it anymore. I used the ‘Cars’ app and an EchoPark CR-V was one of the top results. The price was way below market value for the year and mileage. I thought for sure this couldn’t be true. It was a short drive for me so I figured it couldn’t hurt to take a look. I called the dealership after hours and was greeted by a sweet representative who booked an appointment for me the next day. As soon as I arrived I was helped by a friendly consultant named Eric. The CR-V was quickly brought up and I was able to give it a test drive. Love at first sight! I was ready to trade in my car and get my new ride :) . The entire process was seamless. After my trade-in was completed only a small balance remained on the new car (about $2,000). Eric warned me upfront that a financing company may not be willing to finance such a small amount but he would do whatever he could to make it work. Luckily, we got 1 lender to finance the balance at a very high interest rate which was unusual given our exceptional credit score. The only downside to this experience was the “no outside financing” rule which we imagine is part of the reason Echo Park can sell their cars so cheap (partnerships with their in house financiers). Two weeks after leaving with my new car a latch broke on the trunk. I took it to Honda and they quoted me $225 to get it fixed. I called EchoPark to see if I had options. Without a hesitation the gentleman I spoke to said “absolutely, let’s get that fixed for you” and covered the expenses to have the trunk hatch replaced. I was shocked at their kindness and genuine care for my satisfaction with the car they sold me. If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would. From being greeted at the door to weeks after purchase, this has been an A+ experience. I have never written such a longwinded review of any business but I was trulyblown away. We are and will forever be a customer of EchoPark. P.S- the Honda dealership did a 32 point inspection on my car and said “Congratulations- This is a perfect car in wonderful condition”. I’m so happy

Pros: Organization seems to work better off of appointments. I would recommend appointments since they sanitize and pull the cars up so they ready for immediate viewing and driving. We were in and out in 45 minutes to get to our next appointment. I like that we were able to test drive without a salesperson. We ended up purchasing with EchoPark and it was probably the easiest and fastest transaction Ive ever had. Loved it since it was late and I was ready to get home.Cons: Car was given to us with less than a half a tank which was disappointing since I had to drive it 2.5 hours home. I realized this after I had left the lot. They said it would be filled. If you are paying cash, they only take literal cash (who carries that much), debit card or cashiers check. I bank online exclusively so I had to do debit which is fine except that I had planned on using my credit card to earn points. A 12k purchase gives you a lot of points. I think this policy needs to be changed and credit card fees need to be absorbed - its a fact of life and what they did to save a buck inconvenienced their customer. If you finance, you can only finance through them. If I had been financing, I would have looked elsewhere since my bank had some of the lowest rates in the industry and I wouldnt have had the choice. So bottom line, what I didnt like is the limitation in payment options.

Attention All Potential Customers:I had the most amazing car buying experience @ Echopark Automotive, located in New Braunfels, Texas. From the very first day that I visited this location I was fortunate enough to be helped by a young man named Ryan Hoffman. He demonstrated friendliness, professionalism and most important patience! I had delays of my very own, but he went above and beyond to assist me and maintainrd patience throughout the process. He aimed to please, and pleased I am! I am not surprised because the whole entire staff was very friendly making sure my experience was a pleasant one!!! Ryan is a primary example of what a Car Salesman (Experience Guide) should be! The goal is to by a car, but rarely do you leave feeling like you’ve acquired a friend! There’s no doubt in my mind that he’s doing exactly what he should be doing! I live in San Antonio and we have a local EchoPark. But I will get in my car and drive to New Braunfels to be helped by him any day. March 5th 2021, went to buy a new vehicle, specifically one with a 3rd row due to have 3 kids in car seats/ boosters. Purchased a vehicle. March 19th went to a car wash and had water leak from the windshield into the car, so called the dealership the 22nd (Monday) to let them know my two week old car had an issue. They don’t answer (the next week will realize they never answer the phone) left a voicemail, they call back tell me they will take care of it if I can bring the vehicle in on the 24th. Sounds like a good deal, take an afternoon off work to take the vehicle in was told car should be done in a day or two max. I was then told could not give me a 3rd row seat vehicle as a loaner (it’s ok it’s only going to be a day or two). Monday 29th I called no one answers, leave a voicemail wondering about my vehicle. No response Tuesday the 30th call again, no answer, leave another voicemail. Wednesday 31st call again no answer so my fiancé goes up there in person because they can’t answer the phone or call you back, found out then they ordered a windshield it came in cracked and ordered another one. They never reached out to explain or answer why it’s taking 3 times longer to do the repair than initially told. So my fiancé is told give them 30 minutes so they can give her a 3rd row vehicle, 1.5 later he hasn’t responded (Carlos the service manager) so she calls the 3 phone numbers he gave her, surprise here he doesn’t answer any of those. Here we are week 3 of owning a vehicle that they have had for 1/3rd of the time. Place is nice, salesman was great but I highly recommend avoiding this place due to customer service in the service department. Will update if and when I ever receive my vehicle back.Update 1Loaner was supposed to be ready upon arrival, loaded car seats in car to get in and FOB battery is dying so loaner wouldn’t start unload kids and wait an additional 25 minutes. Entire process of dealing with anything from service department seems to get worse the further we go.Update 2April 1st recieved voicemail car was ready and was told they just found out the first windshield came in broken that was cause for the delay. If you look in the first part of the review they told me that the day before when i went in person so again I was lied to by service department. They are full of excuses and covering up when simple communication is all that was needed to avoid all of this.Update 34/5/21 Was contacted via text message asking my experience with the vehicle when responded with my displeasure Jordan left message on Read (iphone to iphone can tell if message has been opened) yet another example of the lack of communication from echopark. They will do nothing if you are displeased except continue to ignore

I found just the car I wanted online at Echo Park Automotive, I scheduled an appointment to drive it the next day. The customer service was exceptional, all of my questions were answered. Peter Molina was the associate that helped me through the process of purchasing my vehicle at EchoPark. He was very professional!

Sold me a dirty car - didn’t look like the inside was cleaned at all. I talked to someone about a week later and they asked me to come back and said they’d clean the inside and out, I drove all the way back from Austin only for them to run it through the car wash and give it back to me. Didn’t do anything on the inside at all. Pics below, very dusty and not what you want when you purchase a new car (even if it is pre owned!)Purchasing was easy and fast, people were polite.
