Everyone knows of “Sugar” Ray Leonard, the boxer, but I know “Sugie” Ray Leonard, the sales guru, at Bluebonnet Ford Lincoln. I have purchased all my family vehicles from him since 2003. After buying what seems like a very high numbers of vehicles over the last two decades for my family, but probably not that many compared to some folks, one might think they are taken for granted after a time. Not with Ray Leonard! He always greets me with a smile, a hearty handshake and hug, even when I am just getting my vehicles serviced. Well last week I hit a curb and needed new tires. Along with that I needed a windshield and new radio, as the screen on my 2006 Mercury Milan had gone out. I purchased it in May of 2007 as a used vehicle from Ray. So after 14 years of driving my faithful Milan, I decided to visit Ray. I have always wanted a Lincoln Continental, but was not ready to purchase one, but Lincoln quit making them. I thought for sure I had waited to long to get one, or at least one exactly the way I wanted, but Ray, instead of taking me for granted and trying to force me into one I did not want, went to work to find me the car of my dreams. He and Victor Kadish, the manager, found one I fell in love with! A 2020 Lincoln Continental Reserve equipped with the interior color I wanted (Terra Cotta & Ebony) and all the equipment I never thought I would be able to afford! Thank you for the great deal Ray & Victor and for going above and beyond in finding me the car of my dreams! I am loving my “Luxury Land Yacht”. I do not leave a lot of reviews, but when the experience is this enjoyable; I want to share it with the rest of the Googleverse! Go see Ray today and see for yourself!
I want to make sure everyone should ask for Lee Angelo at Bluebonnet, he was helpful, got me a great deal and got me in what I wanted quickly! And couldn’t believe I actually enjoyed the finance part because of Roy Castillo, he went above and beyond for me! I would never use anyone but them for my next Ford! I really enjoyed buying my new Ranger, I have to say that it went so fast and so well I couldn’t believe it, and I have bought 9 cars and felt like I spent the entire day at dealership but not this time!

Went in for a test drive, they took my driver’s license and never gave it back. They said they returned it, but I know better. I can not prove it, but again I know better. That’s the oldest trick in the book. Be warned!!!
I’ve bought at least 6 trucks from them, and I’m sure I’ll be returning when the time comes around again. Outstanding customer service, especially considering the way this last purchase went. I bought one of these new platinum 3.0 powerstroke F150s, and it had an issue and had the be returned. They came and got it and gave me my trade in back, and once they determined my purchase was not going to be suitable, they gave me a brand new platinum diesel F-150 that had a much higher sticker price than the one I bought, at the same price. I was impressed with how they handled the whole deal.
At this point, my car has been in service longer than Ive had it available to drive. Went to Bluebonnet because they had the Aviator my local dealer didnt.Aside from the car leaking like a sieve whenever it rains, I have been majorly let down by the service dept. Updates will only come when you ask multiple times and good luck trying to get anyone on the phone.It is highly unlikely I will ever buy a Lincoln again, and definitely not from Bluebonnet.

I had visited another Ford Dealer here in San Antonio and totally got the run around about a tire that had a nail in it. I was told to make an appointment for the next day and they would fix it, appointment for a nail in my tire. I knew Bluebonnet Ford Service was great but didnt know if I would make to you before it went flat. I made it and Chris in your fast service was right on the spot even though you were busy. Wow! Hung up on twice while waiting on hold for service. Heard them pick up the receiver then hang up. I spoke to service finally and the person who answered was not rude exactly but he sure wasn’t friendly. Didn’t say his name answered a couple questions with short yes no answers then hung up mid sentence.I guess I will drive to Austin to have my car repaired and buy a new F250 there instead.
Jesse james is a great salesman but when it comes to the managers they have gotten like Jordan ford they tried to buy my 13000 dollar car for 5000 .Find you a dealer that is honest and will treat you right let blue bonnet know there not the only dealer around

I do not put 0 because I can not, buy an mkx on May 1 of this year, from the beginning it began to fail and in customer service no one answered and hung up the calls, I had to go personally and I was attended by 2 ladies who did not lend me Attention until they finished talking and they only told me that they had no appointments available that if the van did not start to turn on I could call Northpark which was the closest agency, that they could not do anything else, I did not give up and they sent me with Spencer the Service manager was really nice and told me that the problem was the key, they changed it and everything improved regarding the ignition, however I still had electrical details for which I acquired a guarantee, and now it turns out that the problem is the battery and that I must pay for it when the failure was from the beginning and they said that the problem was I have it, to top it off they took the truck, understanding it perfectly and now it turns out that they have problems starting it, s If I have the opportunity to buy an SUV, definitely think of something else, since Lincolns attention is fatal and it is not worth investing in these vehicles.
