Been in this store several times and can’t seam to get any help. Usually 1 cashier, one guy working the floor, and one in the back. Tired of waiting around so I will not be back and will spend money elsewhere.

Bought a battery one and a half years ago, stamp and sticker say 8/19 with numerous other stamps and sticker saying free 2 year replacement and yet while I am within that 2 year free replacement time, I cannot exchange this battery because they dont honor their own advertising. This is unacceptable!!

Very poor customer service in store and don’t stand behind the products they sell. If you exceed the 30 day window when needing to return faulty item, they won’t make any exceptions and make the customer deal with the manufacture-very poor business!

I looked up price online for chick feed before leaving the house because I was in a bit of a hurry. Got there, found product instock at the price shown online and got out quickly without delay. Very friendly employees. Thank you!

Nice store and staff. Kinda bummed that the company doesnt offer US Veteran discounts other than Veterans Day and the 4th of July.

Waited 20 mins for a propane refill. Very incompetent employees. Would of been better of waiting until the morning when I could get propane locally.

Waited over an hour for propane. The employees said the general manager, who was the only one certified to fill propane tanks, was on lunch break and no one had a clue when the general manager would be back. A total of 8 propane tanks with 6 people waiting walked off with their tanks not being filled.

Always a great experience at tractor supply! They always have everything Im looking for and are quick to offer help finding anything I need. They have great prices on everything in stock. I go at least once a month to get propane filled and always find something else to buy while there cause the prices and selection are fantastic. Highly recommend tractor supply to anyone

I love that there is a selection of everything from candy to candles and gifts as well as clothes and live animals and feed. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful. The guys in the back helped me fix a wheel barrel and answered any and all questions I had while doing this project. I appreciate and love the vet services that are offered on Tuesdays. Ive been coming here for years and will keep coming back.

Very nice place with friendly and helpful staff.Wife has been bugging me to go there because they carry a certain kind of flea medicine for dogs so I went under duress.Big store full of interesting and cool stuff to browse through. They usually have baby chicks if you want to bring your kids to see them.Friendly employee helped my wife find what she needed as soon as we entered the door.Awesome place and will definitely be back again

Not sure how many times I can give this place 5 stars? Its awesome, wife says Im not allowed in there alone with money, trade bits of cloth for goods, etc.. Finally found a snag, they only carry coal near me in the fall/winter, but this is Texas so who can blame em.

Although I was just there for a return, the lady who helped me was very understanding about my situation. The store layout was organized well and while I waited at customer service I had multiple employees check to see if I had been helped. I definitely will be back to do more shopping

I love coming to tractor supply. They have everything here. Most recent experience I learned that this is where you should get all of you gardening supplies. I bought 2 water houses 6 years ago and they came with a lifetime warranty. Here recently the ends started leaking where the crimp together, I too them back and no questions asked they gave me 2 beans new water hoses a 75 and a 100. Ill never buy another water hose unless it comes from here. Great equipment here too, in bought my gun safe here, my riding mower, and my dad a truck tool box for Christmas. This place has everything.

The poor over worked cashier was wonderful! Her name was Deanie or something like that. She was terrific! They better get her some help in that store or I bet they lose her.

Really the only reason I marked this with 3 stars is due to the “big chain store” feel you get when you shop there and that is most felt with customer service. They have a really good selection but the staff seemed to avoid customers who looked noticeably lost or trying to find something. I’ve been helped a few times by staff and they were friendly, but every time I go there I have to hunt down the staff to get help. They would have had a better rating from me if this were not so consistent every time I go.

My go to store for purchasing irrigation and other outside garden supply items. I also buy my deer and bird food from them. Big variety of items at great prices. Excellent customer service.

Called asking if they had a certain plant. The gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable. When he couldn’t help me he gave me suggestions. Amazing service.

Like the older HELPFUL guys that actually know where everything is and how to use it! Younger newer staff dont know anythingor where it is, and also do not know how to treat CUSTOMERS. Example: when at register keep an eye on the line and if over 3 long get someone to the other register pronto.

They have a lot of items. Had trouble finding some things. A manager took time to show me the products and help me find items. They have an awesome online system to order and pick up later at your local store. They have a long bin up fro t with tools and toys that would make great gifts.

Big clean store. Took Tango (our pup) to get microchiped and his rabies shot. Thanks for having the affordable clinic in your stores.

Great place to run in for pet food, farm and ranch needs. Also a nice place for rustic, western style gifts and some decor. Grab some boots or clothes.

Everyone who works there was so helpful. Found everything we needed quickly and learned all about feeding the deer that come by in the evening. My grand daughter is loving it here.

I am surprised by the number of negative or mediocre reviews. We have shopped here a number of times and always found them friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Patient and willing to help find a solution to sometimes tricky problems. Will definitely be coming back.

Called to ask about a product, to be told someone was looking for it, and put on hold, for about 15 minutes, but when someone answered I had to ask again if they had what I wanted. The guy said they didnt have it in stock after two seconds.Finished driving in, to find it on the shelf.When we tried to address it in the store we felt very brushed off.Needless to say very displeased with the level of customer service provided.

I visited two different locations to exchange a product. In the end, I didnt achieve that goal due to out of stocks. They did call different locations and checked online for my item. Both locations receive an A+ for going above an beyond for their customer!

Usually find what am looking for. Just hope they sell heavy duty trailers, tractor attachments and rock auger. They still cater to weekend farmer. Pathetic

OUT of propane. Again. More often than not, they will not be able to fill propane tanks. Call first to avoid wasted time or just go somewhere else if propane is on your list.

I like Tractor Supply. They have just about anything you need and its my only stop for hardware. Here you can but separate pieces of that odd bolt and nut combination you need without having to buy in bags of five when you need only two. Besides its cheaper because you pay by the pound.

I have used Tractor Supply in 4 different states for the last 15 years. The stores are always clean & the staff is quite helpful! (Even though its usually teenagers.) The only thing that needs work is the registers get backed up but it gets that way at walmart so no biggie.I drive from San Antonio bc my dogs love their 4Health dog food! & its every bit as good as the expensive stuff! My 8yr old white eskie has never had tear stains! (If you have a white dog, that means something!) His coat is always soft, fluffy & shiny! His eyes stay bright & energy stays high! We recently rescued a Schnauzer & he will be getting this food as well! Great store & great prices!

Friendly staff with a smile ( some times ), store has that typical farmer / ranch smell . Makes you feel like you a cowboy well cowgirl in my case lol getting all our farming and animal needs there .

Affordable pet food and supplies

The kids in there were shooting accords the store to one another about how one of their female coworkers were cheap and how she doesn’t cost much on dates and talking on the intercom about each other. None were over the age of 18 it looked like but sounded like a bunch of adolescent children.
