Excellent and safe trucks. Great customer service.

The staff in the Home Depot provide good service but the Penske truck they rented me was the filthiest most disgusting vehicle Ive ever been in. Last time I rent a Penske product!

Nightmare experience this morning. Ron, who was in charge of the vehicle rental locked our keys for the truck in the car while doing the inspection. Told us they would swap cars, and mind you we had movers waiting. Then said we couldn’t swap cars and said it would be another hour for a truck. They set us back two hours and cost us our movers. We went over to Budget and had no issues and it was cheaper! Don’t go here!

I recently rented a truck from Penske in New Braunfels (picked it up at the Home Depot). Due to a mistake on the Penske website the rental didnt start out very well, but William Gray at the HD tool rental counter was great and even though he was really busy with walk in customers he spent a ton of time on the phone getting things taken care of. The regional managers at Penske (Jeff and Brian) also pulled out all the stops to make sure that I got the truck that I needed to complete my move. Kudos to everyone involved for going above and beyond. Good customer service is hard to find, but these guys are on it! #Penske #HomeDepot
