Seth at the Verizon store in New Castle Indiana is Very good at his job and very personable! Really enjoy working with him. He would be a Great Manager and I’m sure he do a great job. I can tell he loves his job!! He is awesome!!!

We bought new phones. Kane and Cameron were very helpful and patient showing us the different features and answering our questions. They spent a considerable amount of time with us and made sure we were happy with our purchase.

Cameron was very very helpful to me today. He seem very knowledgeable in what questions I ask. And was very patient with me. He showed me how to create folders for my pics and how to get into them. Also he told me about Waze maps app and how to use it etc. He is a very polite young man and I would not hesitate to come in again to talk to him.

Very courteous, they were extremely busy when I walked in. Young man came by and apologized for me having to wait. Came back by once again and asked if I had something that he could possibly answer quickly. I said yes, thought so, long story short had me out of their in approximately 60 seconds. Poor service. They tried to sell an Apple watch to an elder gentle man who uses a walker telling him to the watch could count his steps. They were trying to rip off an elderly gentleman.☹️☹️☹️

I thought what would be a 15-30 minute phone activation, turned out to be 3 hour waste of my time. I was not greeted by anyone. I was not asked what I needed help with until I foolishly waited 2.5 long hours, beside many other impatient customers, to be asked what I needed. Then was put on hold for another half hour to find out they need some number that I have no idea where to find. Thoroughly disappointed and this experience is making me have second thoughts about going back to Verizon, the store and the service.

I came into the store today to purchase a new phone on a new line and I had the pleasure of Missy helping me,she was very helpful and knowledgeable about several different phones and was able to help me make what I feel is the best selection and got me started..I recommend anyone to this store safe,clean,and very helpful

Staff is fairly helpful but somethings they blink and miss on for correct answers.

They made the poor decision of letting their best worker, Corissa, go. I found this out today when going to the store to ask for her. Corissa was an absolute asset to this store and gave her all each and every day. This was a result of VERY poor management and not treating their workers how they deserve. Due to this, I will no longer recommend this location to anyone and suggest people stay away.
