If you show up in person, good customer service but trying to call is another story. I have been calling the store for 3 days and they just dont answer the phone.... Or even worse they pick it up and hang it up no matter how many times in a row you call!! When you call the store # you will get a recording saying they are directing your call then a live person answers to put your call through to the actual store and they do not answer, now the answering service operator is on the line with you while waiting for them to answer so she hears them answer and hang up!! She will continue to try to put the call through as much as you want an still no answer. I should not have to drive there just to get someone to answer a question about my service especially during this covid stuff.

They sell prepaid boxes that are old or refurbish and they give them to customers because they still have a year on the warranty enough a box 4 days later box was fried according to xfinity. they said you have a 15 day period to get new one but instead. post send you to infixty because they no the will send a new one and they will loose money if they give you replacement my box was sold destroyed. then Alan I think thats his just kept coming up with so many lies just tell the customer the truth!!!!! you loose money at store if you give a replacement box. also dont have to wait 90 days for a new box to get activated get your lies together
