Terrible company! They told my mother they could not come out for an estimation because her husband would not be home. The last time I checked the date it was 2021 not 1921! FYI American Standard women are allowed to make household decisions!

Took forever to get an order and no communication unless you call to follow-up. Was promised to get the item in two days after the 1st follow-up but was lectured on their 7 business day turn around during the 2nd follow-up when the item did not arrived as promised.

These products and the company are terrible. l tried to get them to replace these lifetime warranty products they wouldnt. These Gold finish products all discolored.
