I used the New Castle Sherwin Williams store because I have a damp, dusty basement and wanted to ensure I got the product specific to my needs. It is often a hit or miss in the other stores if youll get someone who knows about their products. My experience was a good one. Sherwin-Williams has every color imaginable plus all the tools for the job. They most important thing the women are highly knowledgeable and helpful. Plus there is no pressure selling or pushing of stuff you don’t need like at other places. Kiara was very pleasant and helpful she even helped carrying my 2nd box too my car for me.

Friendly, knowledgable sales women, plus when I picked up my order, the sales person carried it out to the car for me. I am 78 years old, and would have been able to carry it, but 4 gallons of paint are a little heavy :-).
