Not a bad place. A lot of Hispanic foods. Primarily Goya, so if thats what youre looking for, its great. They do have other brands as well. Not sure about the overall prices.

NSA Supermarket is a very, very well know store in New London, CT., that use to be named C-Town. The locals still refer to the store fondly by this previous name. It is a very well stocked supermarket. Each Department has its own special appeal. This store is definitely catering to all those great New Londoners of Spanish decent. The products specialize in cooking and living in the Spanish Flair. I find, even though I have no Spanish Heritage, that this is the location to shop at for the freshest produce and meats around. And products that again are for cooking with the Spanish Cuisine tastes. A must shop to stock up on products you will not find in other local supermarkets. NSA or C-Town your choice, same Great Supermarket. With Courtesy Van service and CTSEATBIS out front every hour. What else could you ask for now really!

This place has some great authentic spanish food, spices etc. They also have hard to find meats, mutton, goat, oxtail.

Very good supermarket with an awesome selection of Caribbean and South American goods and ingredients that are hard to find anywhere else. Employees are always very helpful, and the ready to eat food section in the back always has a great variety of home cooked meals ready to go.

Me and my girlfriend walked in there today and walked the produce aisle,it looked like nobody culled the place in a month or two.Celery was visibly rotting,green squash I almost put my finger through and everything looked old and tired,the bananas looked like they were ready for banana bread.As I walked through the rest of the store I had to look at the dates on everything to make sure it was ok to buy.This store seems to lack strong management skills and merchandising lessons.I definitely felt like I stepped into a really bad 90s supermarket. I am surprised they are allowed to be open!!

My boyfriend and I walked into the supermarket to grab a couple of drinks from the coolers by the registers. We put our drinks down to pay and said hello to the cashier, and we got ignored. She rang our drinks up, and stood there waiting for the money without letting us know how much it was. She made a weird face when my boyfriend went to pay. Then my boyfriend thanked her when she took the money, and again when he got his change and got ignore the entire time. Great customer service

The place is OK, I used to go there for regular groceries, now that I had 2 bad experiences with the customer service, wont be coming back, I rather buy my products online that deal with this people. First my husband went there with my son and they were super rude to him, like he was bothering them and then today the cashier skipped my turn to pay because her friend was there, without even asking me, right there, terrible, never hello or thank youAwful!

Great food

Grocery store has a stellar hot bar and offers things harder to find, like daikon, napa cabbage, gandules and hot peppers. Excellent meat offers. Roots are sometimes too old.

It smells extremely bad and the service is mediocre...no social distancing at all!!!!

A well stocked market for Hispanic foods, fruits, and goods you cant find in most American markets. The deli offers a good variety of fresh foods, but go early in the day to avoid them running out of food (a daily occurence).

You will find the best prices for limes and cilantro, a variety of fresh and frozen meats and many Hispanic and Caribbean ingredients. Its quick and easy, and the employees are super friendly if you are looking for anything.

Its ok, because their prices are a bit higher than most supermarkets but a good place to get ethnic foods.

This store have varieties of hispanic products and thats the reason I shop there. Because otherwise the the meats are not fresh, neither the vegetables.

Plantains some times are good. Meat I refuse to buy it there! Not even thd cookdd food they sell.

Found things here that i couldnt find at any other store, like turmeric.

The cashiers are very rude and snappy. I initially thought maybe it was the language barrier but in reality, I think there is more to it. They all look very unhappy and stressed out. Maybe a trickling effect from management?👎👎👎I will only shop there for items not found elsewhere to avoid their insults. 😞😞

There is alot of parking and if you happen to need to catch the bus 1 runs through there. I went to pay some Bills there early in the morning and the lady at the service desk was very friendly and helpful.

I am rating this a 3 because their produce is better than Walmart and it is the only grocery store that had authentic hispanic/latin food. I asked around for standard Salvadorian ingredients to make pupusas no one had a clue what I was talking about.Which I didnt not expect from a grocery store that markets to ethic foods. I did find Masa but they didint have chicharon molido. I ended up making it from scratch. For a gritty place some ingredients cost more here compared to walmart. It also wouldnt kill them to power wash the inside. All in all my pupusas and pozole turned out wonderfully!

Worst web site around, Can no longer get to local circular. A grade school student would make a better web site and check it with multiple browsers to ensure it is working. The store is ok manager has helped me when advertized item not available by having mr come back the next day even though sale was over. Store gets 4 srars
