I enjoy this pawn shop VERY much. They are extremely fair & courteous to their clientele. I would recommend them to anyone who has REALISTIC expectations for what their pawn is WORTH. It is an awesome shoppe with a lot of cool finds if you are looking to purchase anything too.This rating received is way UNDER par in my professional opinion. It is EASILY close to 5 stars for how personable & outstanding they service people in the greater Danbury area throughout.

Walked in yesterday to blow some extra cash. Was in the store a total of two minutes.The woman behind the counter never bothered to acknowledge my presence. I tried to make nonverbal contact three times. Looked right at her. She never bothered to look up from what she was doing. Walked out speechless.Have done business with the Danbury store for years. Friendly and accommodating.Someone needs to find something else to do.

I have to say, being my first time in the shop, I had a wonderful experience. No one ever wants to be in the position to have to get a pawn loan, but the reality is, many people are. Kudos to the staff member behind the counter for helping me out. I had a pleasant experience and it was a pleasure to do business here. PS, couldve spoke for hours with the gentlemans mother behind the counter! So sweet! Real at home feeling coming in here, and much more convenient than the Danbury Pawn shops!Update.... this was a previous 5 star review... now becoming a 1 star review thanks to some fairly terrible customer service received today. I needed to pick up one of the two items I had pawned. My boyfriend called ahead of time and was told this was fine and we had until the 12th to get the other item. When he showed up to pick up the item, he was told no he had to take both. Seeing as we came from Danbury to do this before having to be to work this was extremely frustrating. I will be picking up both of my items asap and will not be returning to this pawn shop. After a first nice experience this ruined it for me.

There is a very rude lady behind the counter. Even when told her pawn shop is enabling heroin and crack addictions for stolen merchandise from Home Depot and Walmart and others she does not care to hear it and says to get a hobby. She has zero issue selling known stolen goods and enabling our youth. She is only out for massive profit, not the well being of the young community. I think they should be forced to close up.

Ive visited this pawn shop several times. On every instance the employee was rude and openly mocking, and unwilling to negotiate on any prices -- even when buying multiple items together. Visit Rochelle Jewellers or Hat City Pawn instead, the staff are far friendlier and the inventory is better.

Not that reasonable at times. One guy there is great and the other not so much. But its easy and fast cash.

The guy there was nice made him a package deal on electronics very reasonable dont expect a lot. Be honest walk out with cash

I bought a ryobi tool set for $160, it came with 5 power tools, 4 batterys, a bag, and a charger, all of which were just about brand new. Just 2 new batterys are $100! Great deal!

They always pay top dollar for everything, yet buying stuff is still reasonable. Always a good experience.

Not bad. Got a VCR that was almost the same price on Ebay.
