I have to say that the staff at this dealership is A1. The staff is helpful and very friendly and knowledgeable. I went to get a oil change and they made me feel welcome and comfortable while I wait. And they took less time than the time they told me. It was definitely worth the thirty minute drive to get it done

I scheduled an appointment on 8/23/21 for 9am upon my arrival I was greeted by a lady named Ally she began to ask me what I needed to have done after she finished checking the things off I proceeded to go inside and have a seat but Ally told me they would be all day since the dealership didnt offer loaners one of their employees gave me a ride. I waited for a phone call until 5pm but never received it which made me extremely concerned. I called to find out what happened which was difficult I manage go back. I was told the mechanic had gone for the day and Ally never got a diagnosis know one ever called to ask if they could KEEP my car or make me aware they would need to! They next day I waited until noon and still not a word! I made my way back and everyone ones excuse was they were to busy or back logged. I ended up getting only a flush which cost $337.55 Long story short.I gave them one star because of lack of communication

I called to make an appointment about loud squealing brakes for my Wrangler purchased here. The associate suggested I come in anytime during normal business hours. I arrived at around 9:30a on a week day to have them looked at. After a few hours I was asked to return with the vehicle on a later date because they needed to order a part. I returned later for the service and after about 3-4 hours the vehicle was ready. After a few days the brakes began to make noise again. I returned to Premier to explain the situation. A different associate asked I make an appointment for another date because they were short staffed. We scheduled the service and I returned a week later. When I arrived I was met with the same service associate. He mentioned that they were short staffed. I reminded him that him and I scheduled the appointment for that date because they were short staffed my last visit. He took the Jeep out back and I waited for a diagnosis. After a few hours he shared that he had heard the noise but there was nothing he could do about it. I made sure to confirm there were no other options and he assured me I’d have to live with it.I called a different Jeep dealer in Metarie to schedule a diagnostic. They asked to keep the car overnight to replicate the noise in the morning and gave me a loaner vehicle. The next day they notified me I’d need the rotors resurfaced and brake pads sanded. This fixed the issue. Not sure why it took me 4 visits at Premier to have the issue go unresolved but I wouldn’t recommend them to my friends or family.

After my car was involved in a hit and run, I was devastated. I had to make a decision wether to fix my existing car or trade it in for something newer. I received a pre approval letter from my bank previously and decided to follow up on the offer. Mrs. Dale Washington was super nice and accommodating when I called to set up my appointment! Mrs. Washington assured me she would help me find something. After looking at two cars (which I couldn’t get due to high down payment) she came through with the perfect car at a down payment I could afford! I had a mechanic diagnose my jeep engine. I brought my jeep rubicon in with a bad cylinder number 3. After weeks they diagnose my engine with Cylinders 2 and 3 are dead. i check thee milage and they had driven my vehicle 6 miles! i confronted the mechanic and he laughed and said he usually test drives theem 10 miles. I got angry. the milage in annd out. was wrong and. i wannted her to correct it on the paper and I couldnt believe it and the customer service woman ally was printing a correct page and she threw the papers at me. im in the parking lot horrified.

I’d been to multiple dealerships trying to get a car and they all kept saying the same thing. “Your credit, your upside-down” But I never heard my salesperson say that he kept trying to get me something clean with no accidents or damages.

I’ve purchased 4 Trucks from This Dealership. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff members. VanFortune was my salesman who I highly recommend he didn’t BS me, he didn’t have me sitting around waiting, he was awesome. I also had a problem with the Automatic Running boards on the Truck, Blake in The Service Department was very Generous and nice. He got my problem corrected with no hassle and no run around. I know they get a lot of bad reviews But all of my experiences with this Dealership has been awesome.
Service and Parts department are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Since this is the closest dealership to my area I have interacted with them several times. I cannot express how frustrating it is to make the drive there and come to find out that they are not ready/do not have the part/etc (even calling to confirm before I drive over there). This has not happened to me just once, but over four or five times. I will not be giving them my business anymore. I wanted to warn other to call and TRIPLE check that they are ready to service your vehicle and have the correct parts before you drive there.

Absolute incompetence, and rude about it. I scheduled service online, show up to drop it off, and am told that they have no record of my appointment. Cant help me even after I show them the appointment confirmation, and Im told that it would take an entire week before they could even diagnose the problem. God only knows how long it would take them to actually fix anything. Every single person I interacted with was completely uninterested in doing their job, and I was treated like an annoyance throughout the entire interaction. Dont service or buy a car from these people.

Got my oil change and tire rotation today. I checked the oil and good they changed it. But i dont think they rotated my tires, this is the second time that I went here to get my truck serviced. Next visit I will make sure I have enough evidence if they dont rotate my tires as I paid for it.
Service is horrible, my car has been there almost 2 weeks and no one has answers, they won’t even answer me at all and when they do it’s nothing. Know what you’re doing if you leave your car with them.

I put in an offer for a 2015 Fiat 500 on September 2, It took almost 2 weeks and a call in order for me to get a response from the dealer. The original price was 7500, by the time I was able to get ahold of a salesman the price had dropped to 6992. I requested a little more information from Shady and received a text response. I attempted to do an online purchase for the vehicle and was told by the finance manager They had to email me the paper work and it would go from there. I said that was fine . I was emailed the out the door price which was 8818.62 on a car that was a little under 7k I asked for a detailed break down of the price and they it was as follows .995 dealer fee ( every car get this) 200 doc fee, 399.95 tax 231.75 non doc fee. when I asked the dealer shady (how ironic is his name). He responded these arecommon fees and sent several other contracts with the same fees. He stated he would speak to the GM. I offered 7500 out the door and I would pick the car up rather then having it delivered for the online price of 99$ even though that was more convenient He came back with at 8k out the door and they would deliver sounds great right ? My next quest was what is the warranty, I was told by shady there is no warranty once the car is delivered it is as is no youre the sole owner. I then stated I was no longer interested Shady responds the following business day stating the warranty is now included after speaking with the GM and 8k is the price attached. I decided to sit on it look around and countered with 7800 with a warranty cash. ( BECAUSE EVEN SHADY CAR DEALERSHIPS OFFER A WARRANTY) and he returned with 7,800 no warranty is what his GM offered. You cannot tell me that a 3,00 mile 3 month warranty is worth 200. Not only that if theyre really out to sell cars what is 200 to a dealership that make money off of NEW cars as oppose to used vehicles. They encourage you to finance through them which of course makes since, they encourage you to use the banks they use., however that in returns screws over the people who are paying cash out of pocket for a vehicle. additionally. Who in hells hot a$$ would buy a car online without a warranty, that doesnt even sound like it makes sense ... Buyers beware if youre Financing and dont pay attention to the fees YOU ARE GETTING SCREWED. If youre paying cash go elsewhere

I have had the worst experience with Premier Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Every employee that I have worked with has been very hard to get in touch with, it took me three weeks to buy a car that should have only taken one day. No one returned your calls. They put you on the back burner unless you’re buying a brand new car. If you’re buying a used car, you can forget good service. I would not recommend this place to anyone just because of how terrible the service has been.
My jeep was at their collision center for 3 months and nothing was done. I finally made arrangements to have it towed elsewhere If I could give a zero instead of this 1 that I posted, I would.
Car buying experience was wonderful. Beyond that was horrible. For over a year now I have been dealing with horrible service by that service department. Cha Cha has the nastiest attitude. She is very rude. Warren is wonderful. The only reason I even use them for service is because I bought a service package when I purchased my car. I dropped my car off for an oil change and when I picked it up there was a nasty scratch (on a brand new bumper). Called to report it and the operator was very nasty. She actually hung up on me 3xs. Service department was closed and I asked to speak to any manager in the dealership just so I can make a report until I returned (this was Friday evening). The sales manager got into a verbal altercation with another salesman and there were many f this and f that before he acknowledged me again and my concerns. Then he just said that the dealership and the service department were two different companies and I would have to handle it with them. When I dropped my car off today and tried to explain my experience to the service manager, he cut me off stating, I wasnt here Friday or Saturday so I cant do nothing about that. REALLY!!!!! Very poor service.

I was having issues with my Jeep Cherokee 2019 I took it to the place where I brought it which was Bergeron Jeep I had a issues with my Jeep displaying different EVIC messages I brought my car to their shop and was told it was a battery issues they change it out When I went to pick up my vehicle still had the same issue and they could not do anything about it So I went to another dealership which was Premier Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat Where Mr.Blake did a way more better customer service job than I expect he took care of the problem and solve my issues I had and I recommend anyone that’s has a problem with their vehicle take it to see Mr Blake he goes out his way to make sure his customer is satisfied and Happy and I will continue to do business with him

Scheduled a test drive, only to find from Juni Mejia that I cant drive the car I was scheduled to drive. He refused to run a credit report, or even calmly talk to me about the situation. He then walks away, telling me the car has already sold and cursing me, telling me to get lost. I tried to calmly talk to one of the financing agents, but the mor I think of the way I was treated my Juni Mejia, I cant bring myself to give them my money. It embodied every bad stereotype of a car dealership I could imagine.
I brought my vehicle in for repairs was told itll cost $1100. Paid for the repairs only to get into my vehicle for 3 of the reasons I brought it in for still exist. Im then told its something addtl to what I was originally told it was and itll cost me only $400 more because since I had already spent so much they would wave the labor cost. Truly disappointing. Because now how do I know whatever this new problem is wasnt the original problem that they had me pay $1100 for. After all the years Ive done business with this dealership. 3 purchased vehicles. I left there today feeling ripped off which is the worst feeling in the world. Right before Christmas
They were excellent, particularly Chad and Christian. My RAM had a problem while we were traveling. They fit me in and enabled us to get back on the road to make it back to our granddaughter, in California, for Christmas. I think the Service Manager had something to do with the Christmas blessing, too.

Shade was a very amicable salesman. The car is great. Found that the vehicle hasn’t had oil change in over a year and a half, mileage requirements not met but definitely over the year time frame. Car missing items on sticker such as floor mats, owners manual bag for roof panel and possibly trailer hitch if it is included in toeing package. No overview of the operation of car systems etc. purchase experience was very good otherwise, I had my own financing.

I completed an on line query about a certified used 2019 Ram 1500 I was interested in. I received a call within minutes from Ms. Dale Washington. She was very personable and professional. I told her what my interest was and that I had a trade-in vehicle. I drove from Baton Rouge to New Orleans to see the vehicle which turned out to be what I was looking for. In the course of the next few hours we settled on a price for the sale and trade that was what I had asked for. Through it all I was treated with the utmost courtesy by Ms. Washington. She listened carefully to my comments was very considerate of my time. I also met, Larry the Sales Manager and Shawn Wilson, the Finance Manager who were also very helpful. They all worked very hard to meet my request and thus they truly earned my business.

By far the worst I have ever experienced. They sold me a car with dry rot tires and two of them blew out while I was doing 70 on Hwy 90 near Houma. But here is the kicker, it is now 2/1 and I have yet to ascertain the whereabouts of my license plate. Keep in mind the car was purchased on 11/24. I spoke to numerous people and left many messages. I was told last week it would be sent overnight but apparently overnight means 8 days and counting. Finally we got the truth. They sold it with NO TITLE. Stay AWAY! Getting legal representation

I was told the approximate wait time and ushered to the visitors wait area. When the work was completed, the technician informed me of service recommendations and associated costs. My sunroof was supposed to be replaced in March. I was told I’d have to wait until they had a “loaner”. Meanwhile my Jeep was stolen the sunroof stuck open and after they changed to PCM unit the whole car started shaking when put into gear. Ray Brandt isn’t any better.

Normally im pleased with the services and prices. But this time im not. I sent my wife to drop my car off for an oil change and tire rotation that i normally pay about $50 dollars for and she was charged $106.30. Instead of giving her the oil change package they have for $38.85 she was charged separate prices for each service. I cant understand why wouldnt she be charged the lesser price or is it standard protocol to get over on a woman?
My vehicle had a factory recall. This dealership worked on my vehicle without an appointment and I was on my way in less than an hour.
The service department was horrible at communicating. They say they will give you a call back but never do. Had to call them and when I did, I almost had a better chance of winning the lottery than speaking to the person I was supposed to. They also marked up all the parts that were installed by 100% or more. Wont be using them for service again.

Went in for a routine oil change & inspection. Upon returning home I noticed oil leaking where I never had a leak prior.
Honestly there are a multitude of problems at this dealership specifically in service. The employees seem overworked and there is no follow through with return phone calls. I have been there at least twice and both experiences were lackluster. The first time I scheduled a recall service and was given an appointment date. After two hours of waiting I was told that the part wasn’t in. The second time, my car sat at the dealership for two weeks before it was repaired and then the service light came on once I made it home. I spent more on the rental than the actual service. If I wasn’t concerned about my safety driving a car that was not functional for the road I would not have brought my vehicle in to be serviced.
This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Ben Broitman was honest, efficient and he delivered on his promises.
