Been going here for several years. Service has lacked the last visit and was not looking forward to this trip. Had appointment and my grandchildren unexpectedly but they were able to take care of me. I hope things get better with employees for everyone. Hope the improvements continue. Mark my Service adviser has been consistent and I am thankful for that.

Never buy a vehicle from here. Very poor customer service skills. The operator sounds like she didnt finish high school. A man (boy) answered the phone and started laughing, then hung up. Im sure both of these 2 peoples children are just as rude and obnoxious as they are.

Went to Premier Honda for a B127 maintenance code in my wife’s 2019 Accord. Meet at the car by Mr Tarez. Explained that i was coming for a B127 maintenance which is rotate tires, change air filter and cabin filter and brake fluid flush. After a fair wait time i am whisked to the cashier window with Tarez more concerned to explain that i could get 3 10% coupons by giving him all 10 on the survey.(Kind of rude) In a rush to get to an upcoming appointment i just paid bill and left. Once i had a chance to look at invoice i noticed that i was charged for and oil change and tires weee not rotated. It should be noted that i purchased oil changes at new car purchase and tire not rotated. So after spending my morning at Premier Honda I now have to call back to get a refund for the oil change and a promise of a free tire rotation. If i had not pre purchased maintenance items i would never visit this dealership again. Thank you Tarez for your lack of awareness to what you do as a service advisor but you are well versed in how to solicit positive reviews to make everyone think you and this dealership are worthy of anyones time and money. Steer clear if you are able to.

I came into Honda yesterday morning the lady that was at the front desk was horrible she had white stuff around her mouth looking very nasty she look like she just got out the hospital she was trying to talk to me and eat her food!!!!! So unprofessional it made me sick to my stomach I went to Honda Slidell and purchased me a brand new car !!!!!! I would never go here again as long as they have unprofessional service here!!!!

Oil change for 2019 Honda Civic 4 cylinder is expensive! Dropped car of at 9:00am for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be ready in 3hrs. It took 6! Went to pick up my car and was told it would be a few minutes because it was being run through the car wash. It wasn’t washed. Overall bad experience when I chose to pass another Honda dealership which was much closer to my home. I tried to be a loyal customer.

The service advisor, 71025 Tarez Hill was on top of his game! He displayed a sense of urgency for each customer he was dealing with and made me feel confident I made the right choice for my repairs. I contacted Premier Honda for a specific vehicle, the dealership contacted me a few days later that the vehicle I was interested in had arrived, my wife and I went to Premier only to be told the vehicle was sold and wanted to know if I wanted to purchase something different. I was clearly told the vehicle I wanted was in, for the specific purpose of enticing me purchase a different vehicle. I waited more than a week to purchase exactly what I wanted, or so I thought. The vehicle I purchased only came with one key fob, which wasnt disclosed until the purchase was complete. Very disappointing sales experience but the product is what I expected. Will not purchase any other vehicles from Premier Honda

I had a scheduled appt. for my car a/c not working.It was busy then usual but they managed to fix my a/c within a reasonable time. I showed up for an appointment to get a recall fixed on my car and an oil change. I made the appointment a week before and guy named Mike told me that the recall part was in stock. I showed up for the appointment at the appointment time and they told me they didn’t have the recall part. So I said that was fine I’ll just get the oil change. They then told me that to get my oil changed would take four hours even though I had an appointment. I then tried to speak with a manager who never came out. So I then called for a manager and left a message. That was two weeks ago and I still haven’t heard back from the manager. If I ever go back I’m going to show up with a dictionary so they can look up what the word appointment means.

This is my 2nd honda from premier honda, this honda accord is my second one .after my lease was up I decided to purchase car, purchase extended warranty,immediately canceled the warranty,DON MATHIEU IN CREDIT DIDNT WANT TO CANCEL THE $3400 PLUS WARRANTY, INFORM ME that I would not have an warranty on car, than refuse to give me paper showing I had canceled the warranty, than was told I had to wait 4 to 6 week to have this $3400 plus taken off my account,I was given all kind of excuse, and became very rude, I have try to talk to the manager, the warranty Co. Where do I begin, my first contact with Premier Honda was great, they were very attentive and helpful but that soon ended. They have had my car almost 30 days now and noone answers the phone, I have left messages and when I do get someone they cant tell me anything and say they will call right back and a day goes by and nothing. Very poor service, definitely wont recommend this place.

Started coming here for maintenance 6 months ago and its a refreshing change from what I was used to. No complaints at all so far, prices have been reasonable and my experience all around great. Working with Mark in service has been a pleasure. Hes very straight forward with explaining whats needed and keeps you informed as the projects move along. I will be returning for future services.

FYI this is going to be a very long review.This place was awful. We found a car on their lot via a car buying service that met our needs on paper. We called/emailed ahead asking for pictures and got back the pictures I have attached. The car looked a mess. When we inquired about the mess we were told it would be cleaned before we took it home [red flag in my book]. We decided to go down there (4 hours away from home) and when we sat down we informed the person we were not interested in any other vehicle as we had already gotten a list of what they had on their lot. The customer service representative we worked with went to go get the car. She came back in and bypassed us to get a portable battery jumping dolly and ran back out without saying a word [another red flag]. The customer service representative came back and informed us that the battery was bad and they WE would have to replace it and then we could buy it [another red flag]. I asked why they couldnt replace it and I was giving some story that made no sense. At this point I have already made up my mind that I am no longer interested in this vehicle or this dealership. The final failure in my eyes was the customer service representative asking me if there was any way she could have us by a truck they had on their lot. At this point it is very clear they are just trying to offload some trouble child car onto us and make a profit all in one go.Long story short, dont buy a vehicle from this dealership. They dont even try to make it look like they care. You are just a paycheck to them.To the owner of the dealership. I am not happy with your company if you cant tell.I dont know what it is with dealerships in this state. I have yet to find a dealership that I trust.

They are liars and thieves. My sister nearly closed a deal yesterday there with a down payment of $4,000. They ran her credit, affecting it, and when my father reviewed the contract, he saw they didnt apply the full $4,000.00 and only applied 2 grand, which is why the car note was so high. When confronted about the overlook, the seller got defensive and they ended telling my sister and father to leave the premises. I really cannot believe how unprofessional they handled the situation and I DO NOT recommend ANYONE to this dealership. Weve been trying to reach a supervisor to submit a formal complaint, but every time we call, we are given the run around and cannot get anyone on the line. Horrible!

Purchased a diesel 2014 Grand Cherokee from these people on March 20th. After leaving the lot, it overheated on the way home. They sent a tow truck and covered the tow and all the charges, which totaled over 10k for a radiator and new engine. Now I know what youre thinking, 10k work on a 14k car, why wouldnt this be a 5 star review? Normally, Id agree. In a normal situation, that amount of dedication would have me only doing business with these people for the rest of my life. Below is a brief description of why Ill never buy another vehicle from Premier Honda or any dealership under the Premier title again.The downfall of the entire process was ultimately the customer service and professionalism. Before it was an engine problem, I was repeatedly given a 2-3 day ETA of completion. Each time, Id wait for the end of business on the last day of the estimate and call for an update. This means that I initiated nearly all of the contact during this time, even though they were consistently missing their ETA dates. Then they moved my car to Premier Dodge/Jeep for their diesel experience (and Premier Hondas lack of. How many diesels does Honda make after all?) This was a choice I respected and appreciated. This came with a misstep too though, the sales manager (Dwayne, buddy, you know this is you) at Premier Honda took this transfer as a sign that he no longer needed to stay in contact with me since my business was now somehow with Premier Dodge and theyd be updating me. As he was footing the bill, it took a heated argument and some frustration from me to convince him that I still would preferred to be contacted by him and Premier Honda for updates. After that, I convinced him to put me on his calendar for a twice a week call. From there, it was mostly smooth sailing. And after two months from signing my papers, I finally have my vehicle in my possession. Im just hoping the registration process goes smooth at this point.So in conclusion, if you need a vehicle, they might be alright. I was in and out of there with no haggling and bs in a matter of hours. It was easy. But if your car has an issue, be very forthcoming, direct, and possibly a bit rude with any expectations you have for them. He (Dwayne) will argue with you for the sake of arguing instead of just hearing you out and adjusting his behavior.Oh, and for the sales person that had me back in March, if you are a representative of the Premier team and cant take a customer being upset with you over a mistake the service department made, maybe you should reconsider what it means to be a part of that team.

Made an appointment to get some recalls done for my wife’s vehicle. Brought the car in the morning on time and waited all day until close to their closing time. Wife called for an update and they told her that they left her husband a voicemail (which they didn’t) that they were over booked for the day and couldn’t get to her car.Went to go pick up the car and they told us to come back after the weekend and they’ll promise that we will be first priority. Asked the service writer how long it would usually take because I would have work later that day and they said “most” dealership same day but here 1-2 days, if we had an appointment 2-3 hours. I told them I did have an appointment and they just shrug their shoulders. Seems like this is an on going issue with staffing this dealership or making unrealistic appointments for customers. Needless to say I probably won’t be coming back or recommending this dealership to my love ones.

Service advisor Mark took my vehicle in as scheduled, had tech test drive the vehicle for minor issue with the transmission hesitating. Tech recommended transmission flush along with brake fluid flush and completed the service in less than hour. Vehicle driving like normal again. Thank you Premier Honda.

She knew I was in a bind and needed a car, worked with my budget, held my hand through the process (first time car buyer) and explained everything perfectly so I’d understand it. I traveled over an hour just to purchase a car from y’all. I made an online appointment to get my oil changed only the get there and y’all say y’all don’t acknowledge online scheduling, WELL REMOVE IT. I bet if I was interested in a vehicle online y’all would worry me to death calling and emailing. I tried to call and schedule the oil change no one would answer the phone. Waited 3 hours for an oil change. That was expected. Didn’t get my complimentary car wash. The tech said they checked my transmission fluid and coolant and said it needed to be changed. I changed them at 100k miles. I’m currently at 120k. Sounds a little suspicious to me.

I pay a bit more, but the quality and trust I have in Honda services is exceptional. My car continues to perform optimally. Sheldon Major is a great sales representative! My husband was interested in a car and Sheldon was patient with us and the length it took for us to make a decision (1 day). What a professional, helpful and experienced staff! I was driving through town on the way home to Houston, and my engine light came on. They booked me into the first morning appointment and fixed my problem super quick. I was out of there in an hour and a half. They have great safety measures for handling COVID-19 as well. If I could put 0 stars, I definitely would have. Extremely disappointed with this location. Made an appointment to schedule service for the airbag recall, when I dropped it off, service lady stated that it will be ready in the evening for pick up. Which I decided and stated to the lady that I will be picking it up the following morning and left my phone number and information with her. Assuming my car service was completed, I came to pick up my car this morning and was told that they are not sure why, but the service was not done. So needless to say, SERVICE WAS NOT COMPLETED ( not sure WHY NOT). Wasn’t able to leave my car over the weekend nor had time to do a rental, so essentially, I wasted my time going to this place because nothing was done. I understand if I didn’t make an appointment, but an appt was made and my schedule was arranged.Update: called service manager — he stated the parts comes from the manufacture and it takes days to come in, NOT SURE WHY THIS WASN’T TOLD TO ME. Felt like he was no help at all, transfer me to the supervisor, who did not pick up. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! Made this appt two weeks ago and the manager said they do not order the part till the car comes in. Also, told me corporate would not be able to do anything. Lol. Never was this discussed with me!

Very friendly staff, not salesy at all. They will try their best to address your needs. Buying a car and taking care of the paperwork can take couple of hours but the team here make sure you understand the process and you get the best deal. I was happy with my Honda premier visit. I just bought my 2020 Honda civic sport a few months ago from this location even though I have a Honda in my home town. For this visit I was due for my oil change and I didn’t know that it also included a complementary car wash as well as a complementary tire rotation and I also found out that my next visit will also be complementary as well which I did not know. It was somewhat of a long wait I arrived around 2:20 for my appointment and didn’t leave till right before 5, but at the end of the day my car was taken care of nicely and everyone was just doing their job so I do not mind. There were a few other folks being serviced but there was enough room in the waiting area that you are not having to be closer than 6 feet.
