Edward Hutter here... purchased a Cadillac SRX and it is a beautiful car. The service was fantastic and I got a great deal on the vehicle. Just had one minor issue with the engine light coming on twice, once after it was reset but the service department was kind enough to offer to bring it to a Cadillac dealership in a few days to run another diagnostic check. Great service so far! They even filled our tank n detailed the car the next day!Also the finance department worked with me extensively to get my note where I wanted it.Overall great place to shop for a vehicle. As a freelance writer, I may do my next story in Where Yat Magazine on buying a used car and include Bayou Nissans great customer service.Lets just hope the service department gets to the bottom of this engine light issue. I do, however, wish we were notified that SRXs dont come with a spare.... but I guess thats on Cadillac for poor design.I also need to mention how helpful my sales lady, Julia, was. Not only a beautiful lady but a hard worker with good customer service skills. Stand by for update.If the service department comes through, they will have a family of loyal customers.

Overall it was pretty good there were just a couple things that were below my expectations. My passenger seat is always folded down into a tray table but for some reason they put it up. I have no idea why and they did not put it back how they found it. Both of my seats had oily handprints on them and my front hubcap was not put back on all the way. Had I not noticed I would have likely lost it shortly thereafter. I put it on myself and cleaned my seats. Everything else about my experience was good. Friendly service, snacks in waiting room, no appointment necessary etc.

It was pleasant and quick, although I am still waiting on the check for the money they owe me.

The tech was not able to determine the nature of my car problem. I was able to drive home. When I turned the engine off when I arrived home. Now I cannot start the car. It is dead. Today is Saturday, you cannot get a rental, every body is sold out for the weekend. Im very dissatisfied right now. I was asked to bring the car back on Monday. My sales representative was very apologetic to me for not being able to correct my problem.

Update review DO NOT PURCHASE a car from this place after they sell you a car, your questions and concerns are not important especially to my sales person Jonell Who refuse to text back after we left good reviews for her like she ask.. and tells me to “ask her manager” as if her manager was the one who sold me the the car I’ve called up here multiply times to get information about my plate and registration and rugs for my car I had to drive up there for the rugs that she told me she would order then when I got there she pretend like she didn’t say it of course after selling me the car she would say that. I get no answers and every time I call they say they’ll connected me to someone and I end up having to leave a voicemail. It’s been about four months and I still do not have a hard plate or my registration all I’m asking for is a answer to when will it be coming in!
