Highly recommend La Bella! The whipcream is to die for and the ladies behind the counter were so sweet. We came in thinking we were getting breakfast, because of the crepe and waffles mention, and left realizing we ate dessert for breakfast. We were certainly not sad about it. Yum!

Amazing gelato experience. The line was a little long but worth the wait. I was able to try three flavors on the small cone option. The ice cream melted quickly on the cone so be prepared to lick lick lick quickly. The macaroon on top was delicious and a nice addition to the beautifully placed ice cream cone. If I come back to NOLA definitely would love some more ice cream from this location! Highly recommend.

2020.01.02 A great Gelato from Amorino. The diversity of ice cream incredible. A must try while in New Orleans. Make sure to have patience to wait in a long line. But, it was worth the wait.

Pro:1 star for ice cream flavors. I got the vanilla, coconut and hazelnut. All were great2 star for ambiance/ aesthetic. Place was beautiful, nice seating areas. Love the black couches in the back.3. Natural organic ingredients.Con:- 1 star for customer service. The girl at the cashier was pretty rude. I’m pretty annoyed that after asking her if they have fresh fruits to put in the crepes she said “yes yes, just pay first”-2 star for price. Nice location and very cozy inside. I had a crepe with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. The crepe was a little thick for a crepe but it was still very delicious. My boyfriend and sister-in-law had the flower cone, I was amazed by how beautiful it was!!!! 💕🍦🌸

This place has been the best sorbet and gelato! Ashley is the best employee. She is so kind and helpful. She explained the signature and she did a great job serving. We came two nights in a row, it was that good. Ashley deserves a serious shout out, she totally wore her mask the right way the whole time, everytime, and treated every person with respect. The passion fruit, mango, coconut, raspberry, black currant were bold and delicious. I hate when the flavors are subtle. These were amazing! It was very busy. Friday night not so bad. Saturday night was a little crazy.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would! My husband and I ordered 2 regular coffees with half and half. The counter woman took about 3-5 minutes to take the order than did not know what half and half was. The other woman then proceeded to fill a cup with 1/4 coffee and 3/4 HEAVY CREAM!! It was ice cold and undrinkable! We then ordered a large black coffee. As d it still took about 5-8 minutes for them to put it and hand it to us. Needless to say we will never go back therei

Great location for this natural ice cream store. The ice cream is fantastic and they have convenient hours for some ice cream after partying. There was only one guy attending the place, he was doing a great job but we had to do some waiting in line, worth the wait.

Okay first, this place is open late late which is amazing. Second, the staff is so friendly and helpful! And third, the desserts are DELICIOUS! I got waffle sticks with caramel and whipped cream and a chocolate macaron. Warm, crispy outside and soft inside, sweet waffle heaven. I let the chocolate macron melt in the center and WOW! I also got raspberry, hazlenut and mango macarons and the special thing about them is theyre gelato filled and truly intense flavour bombs of DELICIOUS!! Highly recommend!!

Had such a bad experience with the waitress there. She didn’t like us being there in the first place. She was not only being very rude but gave us a hot chocolate that was full of papers. She deliberately did that for sure and I couldn’t drink even a sip from that. Had to trash the entire thing. Never go to this store.

Missing a lot of flavors from the menu. Coffee one was too strong, others were not too bad. Pretty pricy for what you get

The prices were fairly high and we found the hours a bit difficult to work around but we managed to squeeze in one visit during our trip. It took a good chunk of time to get our food despite being the only people in the store. Everything was delicious though!!

The Gelato was delicious. The service was a bit lacking, but that is because they had too many teenagers working the night I went in. They were a bit unfriendly, as they are young people.I know in a few years, they will have more experience and knowledge. I do appreciate the fact that this location had so many young people working. Just add some additional training to ensure guests are welcomed and thanked for stopping in.

The gelatos and ice cream selections are awesome. It is a little pricey (I paid around10 bucks for mine with 3 flavors, a macaroon and a chocolate dipped cone) but it is definitely worth it. Especially if you are on vacation and are looking to satisfy your sweet cravings for the late night. They are open till 3 am also!! A great place to try for sure.

Interesting ice cream shop on canal st. The serve coffee and espresso as well. The types of ice cream are pletiful here. I ordered an iced tea latte and a double espresso. They are cashless and only take card payment. Seating doesnt look open as of yet. Not alot of room for social distancing here, but New Orleans will be in stage 3 soon enough. Anyway I do recommend

Ice cream was served a bit melted. Service was far from expected. Definitely not the Amorino you have tried in New York or Rome. If this is your first time visiting an Amorino, please don’t let this place think is a substandard ice cream. Go try a real one somewhere else. Not recommended.

I was drawn in by their poster showing gourmet cups. I got the pistachio because I love pistachio. It was delicious; I especially loved the black cherry. Surprisingly, the pistachio wasnt all that good (hence the 4 star review) but everything else sure was! If I could do it over again Id have them make me some sort of black cherry chocolate concoction.

The flavors are bold and the texture creamy, I loved my little cup of delicious! The line was long arouns 8 oclock (I dont remember what day of the week), but totally worth it. The service people seemed kind of fed up and tired, which is understandable in a place with that kind of traffic and noise, but be aware, they had no smiles to share. They also have a whole bunch of fun syrups and add ins for those who can eat macaroons and pirouettes.

Had the raspberry and mango Gelato changes my life. The staff were really helpful. The fact they shape your Gelato to look like a rose is just exquisite

The product was great! The service was terrible. I would be so mad if I was the owner and I saw my employees look like they hate everyone. Me and the lady in line today said to each other that they looked so unhappy and mean looking. If I had noticed before we got to the register we would have walked out. We even tipped. They barely looked at us except to take our order and it was so rushed I didn’t get to ask for a second flavor I was looking and the lady just handed me my cone. Again great tasting gelato, but don’t expect to be treated like you’re a wanted customer in this place.

Was so looking forward to great gelato on Canal St - instead, paid over $20 for two small cups of gelato. The employees were rude and insisted I dig the ticket they gave me out of the trash. Gelato did not taste good- super disappointed

Nice gelato shop with tons of foot traffic coming in for a hot summer night. We wanted to get the choco cone for an additional fee on top of the macaron. Apparently, they were sold out by the time we arrived. One point deduction for that.

This was a much anticipated stop for us on our visit and we couldn’t have been more disappointed by the service. It was our fist time here and we made that clear and the service staff offered no assistance in understanding the menu or the selections we could make when getting our gelato. Everything required us digging for answers while they rushed through despite there not being a line behind us. The music was so loud you couldn’t hear the staff. The gelato and macrons were delicious but the service made sure we would not be back and we wouldn’t recommend to our friends. It was an unfortunate way to cross an item off our bucket list.

Gelato was great. But they charged me for an Espresso double shot which is what I ordered but definitely didn’t get 8 oz as stated on menu. Service was not super friendly.

The gelato was nice and creamy and full of flavour. The presentation was beautiful. It does take some time to make the flower shape (at least, at this location). The line up was long but the staff were very friendly. Got a mango macaron as well. It was delicious and the perfect palm size.

Omg..... So good and creamy. I had never had gelato before and wanted to try it out. We had passed the place several times and they always had a line. So we looked up their menu online and seen they had crepes and had to go try it out. First off let me say how friendly and helpful the ladies were behind the counter. It was me, my partner, and our best friend just grabbing some dessert. Let me tell yoy everything was wonderful. Please please try the crepes, they were like heaven. We will be back whenever we are in town.

Not the greatest customer service, long line and gotta wait a while for your items. most employees wore gloves except for one lady and she had extremely long nails scooping the gelato. the gelato was just mediocre.

Employee seemed confused and with no sense of urgency with a line out the door. The order was wrong and for the price the portion was tiny and not great. The macaroons were amazing but that was the only good thing. Took about 50 minutes total and was average gelato at best.

This place is a good place for desert but the customer service was extremely horrible. The two girls that were in today (6/30/21) were not even acknowledging customers. They werent helpful at all. They were acting as if they did not want to be at work.

Very beautiful location with very tasty icecreams

The petals are pretty, but it doesn’t hold. A second after my pretty cone was handed to me, it fell apart and I had to catch it with my hand. I asked for a cup and was ignored. It’s never happened at their other locations.

GF paid for those lil Oreo ice cream then with the ticket you go down the line and choose which and how many of the 9 flavors you want but they dont tell you when theres only 2 gross flavors left even tho your buying 6 of them and waited in line. They wait for you to get at the very end. Terrible customer service

Wow, worst customer service weve had in this usually so nice city! The cashier was so cranky and RUDE! She said no cones and then gave cones to the people behind us. Also served people behind us after we paid- I had to remind her we were waiting 🙄. Way overpriced- $7 for 1 scoop. The gelato is fine, not worth the price or attitude.

This place is horrible. The staff was unfriendly and treated us like an inconvenience. We were the only ones in the store at the time of our order, so this was definitely felt. Price was way high for our experience. I got the second to smallest sized cup of gelato with a macaroon for $9.50. Perhaps I was taken for a fool(which I am because I paid), or this place way overcharges for nothing.We stayed inside to “enjoy” this treat, and noticed that explicit and vulgar music was being played. Not exactly the atmosphere I was expecting.Don’t waste your time or money with this place.

We discovered Amorino when we were in Barcelona. I didnt know there is an Amorino in NOLA. When we saw the sign, we immediately ran into the store. The size of the rose was definitely bigger than the one in Barcelona. Its the best gelato out there.

Very busy but slow service. Not every server can make the Rose cone right. We ordered 4 but one of them actually looked good.

Yall should probably take your business off of Doordash if you dont do Doordash according to your employee Erica. Now I have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back AND no sweets. What a bust.

Great customer service, but there gelato deserves a D-. I went for mint chip and nothing was minty about it. Just flavorless.

The customer service left a lot to be desired. They got my order wrong twice, and then were clearly annoyed when I repeated my order for the 3rd time. I ended up just taking the sorbetti smoothie that they made the second time around (I literally just wanted my two flavors of gelato in a cup...) so as to avoid their further annoyance, and then immediately threw it away. The Jasmine flavor blended together with the black currant flavor tasted like cough medicine. Really regret spending money on something that I 1) didn’t order and 2) I immediately threw away. Go somewhere else.

Terrible service and layout. Small selection of flavors. Cashier doesn’t assist in ordering or telling you what flavors are available. You will be told to walk down and view the flavors. Once you decide on a flavor after viewing what is available, the server will not serve you until you get back in line (a long line at that), order with the cashier (cashier had a bad attitude), and then return to the server to get your order.

Have had Amorino in Manhattan and loved it, not so much here. Gelato gets a few stars but the service was pretty rough, not very friendly or organized. Save your coins and go to Brocatos or Picolla and have a much more pleasant and delicious time.

Poor service, two people working...one sitting in the back doing nothing. Before we even ordered, we waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Took 10 minutes to get our hot chocolate and two crepes. Only one worker made our order when the other person could have helped. Did not have knives to cut out crepes, so they were messy. As we sat for 20 mins, many people walked in then walked out due to waiting for service.

Did not have the caramel sauce. And did not how to make their speciality, crepes.

That has been one of the most expensive gelattos I have ever paid, but they were really good.

With these ladies serving me, they moved so fast and with such accuracy, it was like I had my own private sampling experience😍It was getting dark and I was a solo female traveler in a new city, they were not only super respectful to pack everything I purchased for me in these ease to carry bags but, they also wanted to me hurry back so my mother and sister wouldnt worry ! They certainly took care of me. Tasha and Melodi even asked one of the store cleaner gentleman to kindly escort me all the back to my hotel entrance! I have never had anyone in retail go out of their way like that before. They were SO kind and accommodating.I had such a great experience that I brought my mother and sister back the very next day!! My mother has traveled the world as a corporate businesswoman so she is a well-seasoned coffee connoisseur and this place really impressed her with americano + chocolate espresso.We, even, met a Latin dance team that ordered, what seemed like, half the menu lol Apparently, people from all over the world visit Amorinos.Now I know why the ice cream tasted amazing at this location because it was served by amazing ladies ❤🤗❤Tasha and Melodi deserve a raise for all the extra work they do!!
