I ordered a bowser castle from another store and they changed delivery on my the day before a birthday.I called around and found one at this game stop. The gentleman held it for me and when i was having a difficult time finding the place he gave me step by step direction and walked outside and flag me down on the sidewalk.He saved the birthday since its the only thing my step child wanted . 🙌

Went their to trade some games, Some of the workers looked like they were upset because they had to help me with it. Strange stares and scowling. If you guys dont like Corporate GAMESTOPS business model as far as game trade...I dont think this is the job for you!

This GameStop has a variety of different consoles,chargers,games,Etc. They have collectibles stickers little Chains with characters on it from specific movies and games. Also they have a variety of consoles ranging from 1980,1990,up until today! So they have things depending on what you like! They have controllers,customized accessories along with custom controllers. They have so many things at GameStop Prestige,so many things for many types of gamers!

Customer service is excellent

This branch stands out above most locations Ive been to. Selection is excellent, as is organization in the store. The service is outstanding, especially Celeste who basically remembers most customers and takes care of them with panache. I never have a problem here, and questions are always answered. I but and trade here regularly, as the prices are great.

I almost forgot that I have visited here. I cant really say much about it except there was only one guy who was working behind the counter but thankfully it wasnt as crowded because if it was then I will have to give this rating a one-star. Why? Poor customer service.

Friendly and informed staff. Theyre not just associates, theyre knowledgeable game stop associates. Pleased all the time. 4 stars and not 5 because of the opening hours. Should be at least 9am.

Buyers beware, sales associates may scam you if your not careful. If you purchase Xbox live card or any other game card make sure it matches what’s on the receipt. They scammed my 12 year old son, cards purchased didn’t work. We to the new Rochelle store to find out why the store advised didn’t match what was on the receipt so nothing could be done. My son used his own money and this store just robbed him. Calling customer care and all they can do is open a report to investigate, now it’s a wait and see if something really does happen. Avoid GameStop especially this one, go to Best Buy, Walmart or even Amazon you would be better off.

The employees are very very knowledgeable. Its not one of those gamestop that hires attractive people just to lure more customers in and when you ask them they give you that dumbfound look uuUUUuhhHHHhhh....*turns around and looks at the experienced employee* . Theyre very friendly and they will actually back their answers with their personal experience (most of the time). They help each other out if the staff you asks doesnt have the knowledge cuz theyre not interested in the game you play. I highly recommend this place.

I like it a lot but they should supply it more generally, space they just need to accommodate and refresh the merchandise and they liquidate what is stored
