Great customer service! Ema was incredibly helpful and signed me up for First Net which is a reduced price service specifically for first responders like me. She also helped me back up all my contacts from my android phone to my new iPhone which I got half off for switching!

Cannot say enough good things about Taina and Cindy! Completely shattered my old iPhone yesterday and these two ladies went above and beyond to figure out the best way to replace it, without breaking the bank. They even kept my daughter occupied while we figured things out—all this, with just under an hour until closing time. Both ladies were knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. Would highly recommend this AT&T store.

Awesome experience getting a new phone here. Taina, the Manager, and Cindy were super friendly and I feel confident that they went out of their way to find the best deal for me! The run a tight ship and made us feel very comfortable while we were there. Will definitely be going back there for new devices in the future.

This store is so unprofessional. No sense of customer service. If I go into a store for assistance the first answer should never be call customer service then when I call customer service tell me the information they are giving me is wrong then Grab my phone and start arguing. I left the store with the same issue I went in with but with a little more frustration. Thank you AT&T

The staff at this location were incredibly professional and friendly! Although the specific issue that I was having with my account took a substantial amount of time to fix, through no fault of their own, they were incredibly patient took their time to make sure that my issue was resolved.

They lie about fees and dont tell you truth about billing upfront.

I came in after my phone had suddenly died and it took half an hour to be told that it wasn’t salvageable. Was then told that I could get an iPhone free aside from sales tax because of a promotion - at no point was I told that this just meant the first payment was free and that the phone was still several hundred dollars, and I would not have known except I read my bills. The saleswoman, Taina, then told me I needed to change my number (probably because she wanted the commission) and called a different att office impersonating my parents (I’m on their plan). All this took about two hours. Another coworker was in the store and didn’t say anything about this shady behavior. I suggest firing these two immediately and updating your business policy.

Taina is the best she helped us with a huge bill and was so professional the whole time. Although it took time she literally was with us the entire time. Great location is spacious and some nice salsa music! i would recommend if you are looking for a smooth interaction

Great customer service is extremely hard to come by nowadays. So when I come across Amazing Customer service, I MUST give honor where honor is due! TAINA, because of you I stayed with att, because of you I was able to go home and be able to contact my babies after having no phone! Your smile your welcoming spirit, the way you showed me you cared and helped me with my situation SOO patiently and sweetly! She made me laugh I cried all to ease my feelings and while STILL proving the same EXCELLENT service to others! I sat there and watched u also interact and you are gifted and blessed and I hope they keep her there because she is truly special! If I was an owner of a company I’d want her! I worked with the manager taina and i have to say wow! She gave me the best experience. Her whole team is helpful and shes a great multitasker

The employees that were here on this particular day- very slow and unorganized. Came here to pay my bill which shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes ended up waiting almost 30 minutes just to do that because employees were taking their sweet time handling customers seeing the store was full with other waiting customers. All the while talking to their friends and each other instead of doing their jobs in a timely manner.

I brought my mother to get a new phone and the girls where so nice. My mother was so happy and it made me so happy to see my mother enjoy her new phone. Michelle stuck with her for as long as my mother felt comfortable. The manager Tiana was very attentive she helped me answering questions as michelle worked with my mother. They are truly amazing and I’ll be coming here for all my phone needs. Thank you ladies!

Love this store and the people. Everyone seems to want to help and are extremely friendly. I went frustrated because my contacts got deleted and they assured that they would fix it and made it happen. Also they have the best music to relax. I do not go to any other att store but this one. Tiana is the store manager and she takes her time with people no matter what.

Love AT&T but not this store. Went to add a line (my husband changed from sprint to ATT) and it became a mess. Employees talking about wanting to leave work, which everybody does, understandable. But do your job right. Had to go another day because my phone was typed in wrong and a new line was created, yet it was my fault. Now, I had to call because my services were all a mess. Still love the company but not this store and the employees. She was nice but clearly doesnt know how to do her job.

Had the best experience with Morgan.. she helped me out with trying to figure out how to get a hotspot from my phone and gave me a few tips on how to stream DIRECTV data free from my phone. I highly recommend anyone that comes to this store to ask for her as she is such a pleasant person to talk to.

My favorite store ever since they got new management the girls here are extremely sweet I always bring them coffee when I come because they never rush and they are here to listen no matter what it is. I only go to that att store
