I purchased a brand new 2019 f150 here. From day one its had this ratel that sounds like it is coming from the cat converter. They claim they went in and replaced all exhaust along with the cat under warrantee after I complained. TO this day it still makes the same noise. Ill never buy an eco boost again. Bring on the electric lightning!

I have purchased at least 50 vehicles over the years. This is the best experience I have ever had from initial contact to delivery, Paul is the best in the west. My initial email was responded to within 5 mins. We talked on the phone and all my questions were answered. Paperwork was all signed digitally, no hard pressure up sales by finance. My new MachE was delivered to me from about 45 miles away with no questions asked. Chatted with Paul for about 45 mins about our love for cars and passions. What blew me away was the owner of the dealership picked Paul up at my house after the delivery. With all the vehicles I have purchased through the years I have never heard of the principle dealer doing anything like this let alone even being involved in the day to day operations. Paul then followed up with me a couple times after delivery. I highly recommend Newberg Ford. Honest. Respectful. Personable.

They did a great job with communicating about my vehicle in service and helping with the bill ... when they did the diagnostic they found some things wrong but when one thing that wasnt covered under warranty they charged me for the fee, which was later taken off but still, Ive never had that happen, when I was in Puenta hills they did charge me the diagnostic fee only because a electrical harness had simply come unplugged understandable. Just seemed nickle and dimey to me... but otherwise great service, when the time comes most likely will be back if Im still in the area. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP GUYS!

I had a pretty great experience when I bought my last vehicle, but this was even better. Paul has a ton of product knowledge and was easy to work with. I noticed a potential issue with the tires after getting the truck home, and rather than give me the run around, he immediately stepped up and handled it just like I would have.Zero pressure from Roy while signing papers. I wanted to research the extended bumper to bumper warranty before deciding. He encouraged me to do so (instead of pressuring me to make a decision on the spot). Because of that, and because my research suggested its a good idea with a diesel truck, Im definitely adding the warranty.I even got to talk to the GM Brad, and that guy is awesome. He clearly cares about doing whatever he can to create positive buying experiences and lifelong customers.Bottom line, this experience makes me more likely to look at Ford when it comes time to upgrade my wifes car--something I probably wouldnt have considered until I met these guys (and to be fair, seeing what Ford has accomplished with the new super duties is a big confidence builder in the brand).Newberg can be a bit of a hike for many of us in the metro area, but its worth the drive.I will update this review as needed if anything notable comes up as I bring the truck in for maintenance in the coming years.

We had the unfortunate experience of being hit by a Drunk Driver right out in front of Newberg Ford. We left them with the task of making a substantial repair to our 2017 Denali. The guys in the body shop were great. Amazing communication and on top of it they did a great job.On top of this we live 5 hours away! Wouldnt hesitate to do business with them in the future.

If their advertising reflects the quality of their product, we would NEVER consider buying a vehicle here. Scam advertising to us means you have an inferior dealership with poor customer care, that has to resort to deception to sell vehicles. There are too many other great local dealerships with quality service and quality products, to have to be tricked into buying a vehicle. The ATV scam is just one of many such mailings. DO NOT RECOMMEND...

What a terrible place to buy your first car from. They lie about everything they can find and trick you into buying this car. then at the end tell you that your payment is $200 dollars more than what was agreed upon in the beginning. After losing my job 2 days after buying the car they are not willing to even give me the correct bank information so I can take care of it. I am very disappointed in this dealership and advise anyone looking for cars to go elsewhere.

Very rarely do i feel compelled to leave a review for personal transactions, but this vehicle buying experience was so exceptional i felt i must take 5 minutes and leave one.I had a Sprinter 4x4 that i sold and was kicking around the idea of a Quigley, but the thought of shipping one from the east coast was not appealing, then i discovered the vehicle i wanted sitting at Newberg Ford.. I called Dale, and he got me every rebate he could, he sent photos, we texted, emailed and in less than 4 hours we had my rig locked up and ready to go. I had financing in under 2 hours... unheard of. All of this, while recovering from knee surgery.My hats off to Dale and Colin and Newberg Ford, now to trade my Tundra for an F150!!!

Got a fair deal on a very nice used truck

Had a fantastic experience with Newberg Ford. Helped me with a funky vehicle situation and built a solid foundation for a lifelong relationship. These guys have a laid back, back county type welcoming yet are very smart about the trucks they sell.

Very frustrated with my experience at Newberg Ford. Took my husbands F150 in to get the lock replaced. We were originally told we would have the truck back the next day (a Friday). When we called to see when it would be ready, they stated the necessary parts did not make it on the shipment to Newberg, (from Portland) and we would not get our truck back until Monday since it was a weekend. We were then given a truck that was in less than clean condition, with some sort of old, sticky goop in the cup holders/center console. When our own truck was returned to us, the lock actuator was still broken. To summarize, we paid Newberg Ford $400 to rent a dirty, sticky vehicle and returned to an F150 that was still broken. We have yet to hear back from the manager, but I certainly hope we are able to resolve these issues.

I have been going to Newberg Ford fo many years now. Mainly for service work on our 4 Ford vehicles We’ve owned. Our latest are a 2010 Edge and a 2015 F150. The guys in service are top notch. And the work is always completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. And to top it off they have a shuttle service if you need a ride. I’m not sure how far they go but I live in Sherwood and they will drop me at home and pick me up when I’m having service done on my truck. Ted their driver is great. If I remember right he’s worked at Newberg for for 15 years or so.

Paul was great to work with, even 200+ miles away. I cant recommend them enough. They made my purchase easy, and beat my pre-approved financing rates. They accommodated some requests of mine to make sure I could pick up my car on my way out of town at a later date. The whole team did a great job of building a foundation for future business. Next time Im looking for a Ford, Im calling here first.

Mike was an awesome salesman! Im very picky about car dealers and most of them drive me crazy with their stupid tactics and sleezyness. I went twice as the first time I was unsure as to the condition of the vehicle but my wife wanted to go back and look anyways. Mike had the vehicle cleaned up before our arrival and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle not just a normal talking head. Dealer made it quick and easy on negotiations and paperwork. I would refer them to all my friends and family.

One of the most deceptive pieces of advertising I have ever seen. The ATV flier is an absolute scam and you have not won anything. They took down my brothers license info, told us it was fake, and sent us on our way with an Oregon lottery ticket for our trouble. They were aware we were frustrated and went into a speech about how although it was descriptive advertising, it was all cleared through the AGs office. I will be filing a formal complaint and will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Wish I had researched this first.

They give you this great news of winning a prize, you call in to confirm that you one and the lady says YES! But in all reality you didnt. This ruse is such a big let down and they should be ashamed. I would never shop at a place like this. . .

I took my car in for service, and I am giving this 3 stars for the awesome friendliness and helpfulness of the customer service end. As far as the actual mechanical service, I am a bit confused. I got a report tha I will attach it I can (sending from phone not computer) that checked off my lamps and lights as being checked out and OK. I got home to find my right front headlight out, and my drivers side right turn signal not working. Also, they should have changed the air filters as part of the tune up, but did not change the cabin air filter. Instead of waiting and taking my car back in, I am fixing these three little problems myself tonight because I need my car citation free tomorrow for a road trip. I would dared why the cost was so inexpensive for all that I had done. Now I figure it was so inexpensive because of what was NOT done. Tried to upload the pic of the form, but cant.

I cant speak about the sales department because I did not buy my Ford from them, but the service department is great. They really take care of you.

Paul Pappas was our sleazy used car salesman. Hes even the sales Manager. Promised hed take care of any issue that came up because he wouldnt want someone mad at him in a small town. Well issues came up and Paul stopped responding. He sold us a used focus with a class action lawsuit against the powershift transmission in it. Ford lost and there is no question why. Weve had the car for two years and its had 3 clutches in under 30k miles. Had to fight every time to get them to admit it and fix it under warranty. They go so far as to flash the computer to reset the learning on how you drive so they make the car pass their acceptable shudder level. As if any shudder in a car is acceptable. Take your business anywhere but here. And if you do stop by and happen to see Paul Pappas, run. If he takes his lead from the owner, hell be in jail soon enough.

If I could give negative stars I would. SCAM MAILERS to local people to get them in then talk down to them about the vehicles they own to try and make them buy from you, completely pathetic. You made people believe they have won something and when they call, they are told to set up an appointment and that their code matches and they will in fact win said prize. Customer comes in expects to pick up prize then told they dont actually win it, not even the money! Hopefully people didnt drive from too far falling for this lame and terrible tactic. Will not be buying from here and will not recommend to ANYONE! You are better served else where, a place where people arent looked at as laughing stock to be scammed.

I understand that these are car salesmen, but I dont understand how treating someone like they are dumb and lying to them (badly, I might add) makes them think that we are going to buy from them. They come off as so money haungry and attention starve that they dont see how ridiculous and small they look. Tiny tiny TINY guys work here. I would call them men, but real men dont have to lie in order to get or keep my attention. Maybe Im the last one to figure this out but saying e won an ATV, to a family that is needing money, is huge! To come in just to be laughed at and told, everybodys flier says that. Its just to get you in. Is really hurtful and embarrassing to say the least.
