I’ve never had an eye doctor be so well rounded and helpful! I’ve already recommended her to my mom and my husband is coming in later today. Dr Brown was awesome. She helped me with my eye allergies and I had an easy and simple visit

Dr Brown was very knowledgeable and gave me so good information on how to keep a healthy lifestyle in order to keep my eyes healthy. Very pleasant and attentive. Staff at front desk who also performed some of the testing was also very pleasant.

The front end staff was friendly & very efficient. There was absolutely no wait time. It was great! The Dr was very knowledgeable & showed she really cared about what was going on with me. Definitely recommend them to family & friends

The service and guidance were incredible.I was experiencing some eligibility struggles with EyeMed and the folks at Dr Jenkins office especially Deanna was able to help me through that process and make sure that I was on the list.I also worked with the folks at professional pensions who administer the plan and was able to come to a place where I was put on the eligibility roster and able to come in for my exam.I was particularly thrilled with Dr Brown I think she is very enthusiastic and has a great bedside manner for lack of a better term in terms of how she relates with her patientsI was made to feel very welcome and comfortable by her and also she took the time out to kind of educate me around eye health in general and also to prepare me for some services that I may need to be seeking within the relative near future being one to two years perhaps in terms of cataract surgery etc.Finally Id like to say that in terms of LensCrafters staff they also were extremely helpful and I was very satisfied really from beginning to end even though interestingly enough it took me about a week from the time my initial exam was scheduled till I was actually able to come in to see the doctor... That was through no fault of Dr Jenkibs office Nor LensCrafters, and I believe it was worth the wait in the end!!!

I had to have my eyes retested because my new glasses were not in focus. They insist I have the correct prescription, and told me to give my eyes a chance to adjust. My old glasses are more in focus. Also, I asked for and paid extra for lenses that get darker in the sun. They barely get dark at all. Waste of money.

Awesome experience. Every person I interested with was friendly and very good at their job clearly. Didnt have to do the eye puff test more than I needed to :) and my eyes were much happier adjusting to the 3.75 contacts than my last experience, so I have to assume the Dr here is top notch.

The doctors and their staff are courteous. The sales people are knowledgeable and thorough when assisting with purchases. Even when busy, they give their undivided attention.

The eye exam was great and the doctor was able to take pictures of my eyes. I was very comfortable and happy to have someone that was willing to work with me. It was a great experience I would go back, I havent had my eyes tested in 5 years, and the doctor didnt make me feel bad for not going, just telling me the importance of keeping up with my eyes checked. I will be 40 this year so it was a great experience for 2020. The staff was very kind in assisting in my eye exam.

Really great experience. I had broken my glasses and was in the office the next day for my eye exam. I was very pleased that i was able to be examined that soon. I had the test performed and new glasses all do e in the same day. Very impressed!

Good exam but I didn’t like being somewhat pressured to buy expensive supplements. Not what came for .

The doctor was wonderful - very thorough, explained everything, and went above and beyond to solving some issues I was having with my contacts, even though I only went in for an eyeglass prescription. The office staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Jenkins for many years. He is the most thorough doctor I have seen. Takes his time and explains everything. He clearly enjoys what he is doing and does it well. It is not just a job. Years ago I wore contacts and had a very difficult time getting a fit that satisfied me. After going to a couple of doctors I ended up with Dr. Jenkins who advertised contact lens fitting as a specialty. He patiently worked with me until I was satisfied. Ive gone to a few others due to changes in insurance coverage but seem to end up back with him. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Staff and physicians are always helpful, pleasant and very accommodating. The physicians and staff were also very patient with me when I had difficulty keeping my eyes open for both the glaucoma field test and the digital eye exam. .

I was very pleased with my exam. All of the staff, from the receptionist, to the eye exam technician, to Dr. Jenkins were all very helpful, thorough and friendly. I had an overall excellent experience. I left feeling that I had just gotten one of the best and accurate eye exams that I have gotten in years. I havent felt this way about an eye exam in many many years. Looking forward to my exam next year with Dr. Jenkins, not to another one with my former opthamologist.

Efficient and pleasant staff

I went in a couple weeks ago and was told the doctor was out of network with my insurance so I opted to leave and go somewhere in-network. I got a call from the receptionist later that day who said there was a glitch with the insurance and it was coming up as being out of network for everyone that day so this receptionist called the insurance company and it turned out to just be a glitch and that I was in fact in-network. So I made another appt. Only to be told that I’m out of network! Ugh!!!!!Also, this place is dirty - the waiting room chairs are all covered in dog and human hair, like can you extend yourselves enough to vacuum or lint roll these? I didn’t want to sit on any of them. I had to use the bathroom and it smelled like urine. I was the first patient of the day so it wasn’t like lingering from the last user, as gross as that would be anyway. But this place can’t even afford someone to clean?!

It was an awesome experience with Dr. Jenkins. Although there was a huge queue, doctor was patiently handling all his patients. He provided a thorough analysis on my eye results and made me understood properly.

Very nice staff and clean place

My first time going to this doctor for an eye exam and immediately I was disgusted. The doctor had a cold. She was coughing all over the place and had snot coming out of her nose. She was breathing her germs on my face and her breathe smelled so horrible. I will be going somewhere else for my next eye appointment. Other than that the staff was very nice, but the eye doctor should have stayed home if she was sick.
