Do not go here and if you do DO NOT PURCHASE RHE WARRANTY. I was told with a wink and a nod if I purchased the warranty and anything happened to them they would replace the glasses. Including if you did not have the glasses due to some sort of damage. I spent money on top of my insurance to purchase the glasses and then spent a decent amount on the warranty itself. I bury people for a living and whole burying them they fell into a grave and the burial vault was put on top them crushing them and we can’t disinter a grave because my glasses were crushed. Poor customer service when calling and they claim they did not tell me this. I have heard the exact line every time I’ve ever purchased glasses in the pat and this has never been an issue until today. Be wary of sales people who have quotas on warranties they will say whatever they need to, to meet it and get the bonus or meet their goal. This place is no different.
This place is the best! Love Dr. Catherine Young and all the ladies that work there. They really care for your eyes health.They are also very approachable and fun. For instance during the eclipse they had a dedicated pair of glasses that they shared to view the eclipse. I didnt think I would see it and I did! So cool of them.
Very friendly staff, well organized. Dr. Staiger was very knowledgeable, took the time to speak with me about options, and took the time to explain to me about each test he was doing and why he was doing it. Very cool experience to know why the doctor is doing the test he is doing.They have a designated person to take care of the frames purchase, and she was very honest and helped me find frames within my insurance allowance. Wasnt pushy to sell the frames beyond my price, nor really sell me frames at all. She provided me with additional options and was very knowledgeable on them and didnt try to push the extra options either.The Reception was great, they helped me figure out my future exams, what codes would be billed so i could work it out with my insurance companies.Overall great experience.
Staff was very helpful and informative. The store was well maintained inspite of the moving crowd.But the paper work for new patient register is too much time taking. It can be automated.Sunglasses were limited stock but they allowed online selection and then for claim, which was good.
My first time coming to this location and I wasnt disappointed!!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have lots of options to choose from. This will be my optical from now on!!
My first visit to Visual Perceptions and it wont be my last. After going to places like lens crafters for years I am definitely switching to VP. They had everything I needed all in on place. Easy parking, friendly staff, clean and efficient office set up, experienced Doctors, state of the art equipment and ample choices for frames, lenses and contacts. I say try it once and you will never go anywhere else.
I have been going here for years, I love a lot of the staff but the once you get into the glasses department it is a different story. I have large measurements for my glasses and was told that they most likely didnt have anything in my size. After humoring the sales woman and trying on every pair that I didnt like and certainly did not fit I was left to order my glasses online. I called back to get my measurements and they told me that they do not keep them on record (because I have never ordered glasses with them before, because NOT ONE OF THEIR SELECTIONS FIT ME) and I could come in to get measured but I would have to pay for it.I understand we need to value peoples time and her professionalism but I already had my appointment in addition to being measured already. I have been coming here for years but will only work with the healthcare side of the business. The glasses department is a seperate company and I pretty sure they are working commission....it shows.

Terrible customer service. They never return phone calls, especially if there is any type of issue.Falsely stated me and my wife needed glasses, and refused to do anything about it. We both went to get a 2nd opinion at another facility and found out we in fact had incorrect prescriptions in our brand new glasses. After paying for a 2nd facility to fix and then issue us new correct glasses I contacted Visual Perceptions to request a refund. They have never once called me. Two days after going I tried to call them and got another run around with no real answers. At this time I was once again told I would receive a call within a couple days. Its been weeks now and they clearly do not care.Do not use this facility. Do yourself a favor and find another eye doctor. This place seems like they are only out to make money off people and their insurance plans.
My entire expierance with visual perceptions has been very good. they are on top of everything from eye exams to prescriptions to service. The doctors are very knowledgeable and on top with the best equipment. They are the only place i plan to go.
Not equiped for children and husky patients. Was told because my daugther had husky a they would not cover another pair (were broken) husky said otherwise and when i called they had a whole diffrent answer saying they never said that. No matter how nice they are, they should not take patients they are not equiped to handle ( no plastic frames for kids)
