Svetlana is an absolute sweetheart. Anytime I have gotten glasses I always make sure to go to her. She’s not just trying to make a sale. She’s always giving her honest opinion with the fit and style of the glasses. There have been times when I’d pick a pair think they were good and she’d tell me they didn’t frame my face properly. Her honesty makes it easier to find the perfect pair.

After having a horrible experience at the Bristol store we traveled to the Berlin Turnpike store. Where we were greeted with a smiling face from Anthony and Rachel who treated us very well. Lens and frame were damaged by accident.Went to this location to get them fixed. Rachael graciously had the lens put back in and the metal frame straightened out. The service here is friendly and professional.

This was my first time going to this location and will definitely be going back! I moved to the area and needed to purchase a pair of glasses for it has been a couple years since I got new ones. When I went in I was immediately greeted by Heather who assisted me through the entire process from making sure that they had my prescription on file as well as looking up my insurance card benefits. She answered any questions I had and made the purchase from beginning to end extremely easy and stress free. Putting down a large amount of money for a pair of glasses for me in the past has been stressful and today there was no stress involved. This was a great experience and would highly recommend this location as well as Heather to assist you when looking for your next purchase.

I went for a visit during the pandemic. They nicely spaced out patient appointments. The doctor spent time explaining my vision issues and making recommendations. I’ve been going to the Lenscrafter 5+ years and am very happy.

Had my eye exam, took a very long time waiting during the process don’t understand why hardly anyone was in there. When I was done I picked out glasses and also wanted contact lenses for days I didn’t want eye glasses and have contacts for the gym, sports, etc. Started out with a pair of contacts they were not strong enough made a appointment and had to wait a long time again only a couple of customers in there couldn’t understand why it took so long. So finally after I was seen, I got a stronger pair that seemed to work better but was only given enough to get through 4 or 5 days to get my eyes adjusted they said they would order more and call me when they came in they never called me back. I got the dailies some were defected so i had to throw them out now I don’t have enough for my eyes to get adjusted to see if they are good to go. I called again 2 weeks later no call from them had no contacts and was told they were still waiting they will call me back when they come in. Waited again 2 weeks no call so I called again they said they would call me back after they look at my chart. It’s now days later no call and lied to again. There were times I called and no one even answered the phone and I left messages no one would call me back. I spent allot of money in that place paid cash my insurance didn’t cover for glasses and have to chase them to get my contacts this is ridiculous I was on a trial period with these to see if they would work now being ignored no follow up. I called upset left another message no call back again. This place does nothing but lie and ignore customers or patients. Not professional in my opinion for eye care. I will never go back for glasses again there or for my eye care. I’ am still without contacts and tired of chasing these people. Can’t believe I paid for this and now have to seek a reputable eye doctor and eye care place to get this contact issue resolved and future exams.

Loved the glasses I found and there was no pressure while trying on styles. Options for costs were provided without pressure also

I had no issues with the doctor and was happy with the exam.However when trying to followup with paper that was to be forwarded, no callback was ever received.After much checking, I found they faxed my medical records to the wrong doctor.

Bought glasses two years in a row, third time they dont make me prescription because it doesnt sell, oh well, lost a customer. They only provide you with what flies off shelves.

Have gotten two pairs of glasses here and love it. Techs are all super nice and have a great selection of frames and lenses.

Went in today to get my glasses adjusted that I did not buy there but at a different LensCrafters and the employees were great and really friendly. I even had a pair of sunglasses that needed adjusting and they did those too. Service was great. Gave me the information that I needed as well.

I went to this location on Sunday, because it was the only location near me that was open, so already that was a plus! While I was there getting my two pairs of glasses adjusted, I broke my case and the manager that was working, George kindly gave me two new cases for my glasses! I greatly appreciated how I was treated there as a customer and I will gladly continue to use this location for further business!

I was politely greeted on my visit. However... The employees on Saturday were dismissive during my visit and was unhelpful with my request. It felt like I was a bother to them.

The optometrist, Xiaomin Fang was patient, detail and precise. Everybody at this site did their job well. Happy with my checkup.

Never coming back here again . I could not believe the amount of issues I had to deal with.

Came in for my prescheduled appt and they told me I was unconfirmed. Yet they had called me the week prior. Told me they could take me but that I would have to wait. I have had numerous experiences that were mediocre and seldom had frames I loved. This just convinced me to shop elsewhere.

Horrible Place. No quality control and no communication.Left a long review on Yelp and was given a url link to fill out a complaint form and speak to someone from the company. took the time to fill it out an was NEVER contacted. The staff and especially Heather will lie to you right to your face because they know there will be no disciplinary action. If youre looking for a reputable eye glass company try Walmart (really) or Warby Parker. Never EVER go to THIS Lenscrafters

Told Eye Dr. receptionist my coveraged changed and Id like to schedule an appt. She says I had an exam 10 mos ago, and had to wait 2 mos. I reiterated new coverage, she gets an attitude and barks out You want me to check your coverage, we dont normally do that!...Really??! What do you do then?

I came to this location to help my fiancée pick out some new glasses. While there the sales staff was kind enough to help me add prescription lenses to a pair of sunglasses I already owned. Although I couldnt recall the name of my insurance provider, the store was patient and with their help I figured it out. The sales staff was exceptionally helpful in selecting the right style of lenses/frames and ensuring a proper fit, they even stayed late so we could finish our purchases. They had the prescription lenses finished the next day, and they look amazing.Ive tried a few online competitors, but without the physical fitting and human interaction the end product is not of the same caliber that I got at this particular Lenscrafters. This store went above and beyond what I consider typical service, which is why Im taking the time to write this review - theyve earned it. I strongly recommend this particular Lenscrafters.

PATHETIC - AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR EYESIGHT!!!!First they screwed up my prescription for near-sightedness and far-sightedness - so I went a second time for testing and they gave me glassess that gave me such a headache that i actually had to take a day off from work to recover!!My wife got her eyes tested at the same time and when her glasses showed up, everything looked distorted and stretched out.I will go back tomorrow to return the glasses and then I am NEVER GOING BACK TO THESE GUYS AGAIN
