Visited the store with the intent to look at counter height stools. They have a large selection of stools to purchase as well as a very large sample of floor models to get an idea of what you may want to order. Barbara was the only person at the store today, she told us to feel free to browse and when ready she would come over and answer any questions we may have. After browsing the store for about 30 minutes we approached her for some help. We informed her generally what we were looking to purchase with respect to style of stool. She is very well informed and helped us by pointing out different manufacturers, their style options and features. Once we decided on a manufacturer and model, she was very helpful in helping us select the base color of the stool frame and the material of the seat. Because of how helpful Barbara was and a special sales promotion, we were very comfortable in ordering from her. On our way home we stopped at another store which carries the same brand of stool that we ordered. The prices there were the same as Dinette Depot before their sale discount. Based on our experience I highly recommend Dinette Depot and Barbara if you are looking for quality dining/kitchen furniture.

I came here with the intentions on buying 3 bar stools, 3 island stools, and a kitchenette table with chairs. My husband and I picked out exactly what we wanted and finally got a price on everything. While asking my husband what did he think about the price for all of the pieces, the old sales lady with blond hair (she never told us her name) said I stayed late for you so are we doing the deal or not with an attitude. That comment right there set me off. No were not doing the deal and I will look else where.Mind you it was only about 5:10pm. They closed at 5:00pm. If Im going to to spend $4,500 on chairs and a table I want to make sure that its what my husband and I want.My husband asked when we first came in was it ok to look around because it was about 4:30pm and she said no problem. She made a smart remark when we first came in as well. I did not like the attitude of this woman. Take your business elsewhere.I gave 2 stars because I like that you can customize if you want but Im all about great customer service and this place lacks that tremendously.

We ordered 4 custom stools which we understood had a no refund policy. When they arrived there was a problem with 3 out 4 (sitting on them caused an annoying squeaking sound). An attempt to repair them failed. The store owner, Mark, offered to replace them or give us a full refund. We elected to purchase another model, also custom, and these worked out really well. Our thanks to Mark, the floor staff in the store, and the warehouse staff as well. They all went above and beyond and we are very satisfied customers.

Very nice and large selection of products, if youre in the market for dining tables, bar stools and chairs make this one of your first places to visit.

Stopped in to look at a specific type of product. We were immediately approached by someone who pointed us in the right direction. They didnt hover and werent pushy at all, but answered our questions. They also gave us their card and a discount for when we come back to buy what we were looking at, as we werent ready to purchase that day. Definitely a nice place to shop with good quality items.

Very pleased with the experience we had with this company. We bought a childrens bunk bed set and they showed up on time for delivery. The 2 gentlemen putting the set together had noticed a small crack in one of the wood pieces that was in the back of the bed and we probably would have never noticed it cause it was that small. They brought it to our attention and told us they would order a new piece and return to install it. They did exactly what they said they would do. Great customer service!

Found the dinette that i wanted at a good price, and will pick it up on Thursday.

My wife and I had a very good experience at this store. They had a good amount of sets to look at in a wide range of prices. The saleswoman we dealt with was very attentive when needed but gave of some space to explore the store on our own. Delivery and set up was was fairly priced and the 2 men delivering our set were very friendly and accommodating.

Continue to be impressed with the quality furniture! I needed to downsize my kitchen table and brought one of my chairs and found this beautiful maple round table and matches beautifully! It was delivered to the warehouse on time...little delayed due to my phone number being written down incorrectly, but otherwise very pleased!

Very nice furniture, but very expensive. We were just looking for a nice, simple, wooden chair for a desk. They had tons to choose from, but I just cant choke down almost $200 for one single chair. Wish the prices were a little more reasonable because there was some really nice things that we might have come back for in the future. Was a little disappointing.

Ordered 4 stools in July. Took them 6 months to correct the error made on the order - yes 6 months! Not going back. Would not recommend.
