Though some things are low in stock... the workers are always pleasant. The cashiers are fast and efficient. I always feel like Im the only person in line. Great attitude and service.

I took advantage of curbside pickup today and Shanelly (spelling) was amazing. I attempted to load my own groceries into the car and she insisted that it was her job and part of the experience. I told her I typically don’t do curbside pickup but Sunday ended up being my only day off this week. She was so sweet and told me to just relax it was my day to rest. Thank you again for a positive experience.

Great store. Extremely helpful energetic friendly courteous staff. Small scale supermarket thats pleasant and easy to walk around in, and get in and out fast, but still get everything you need. Selection is smaller than a typical supermarket but the feeling of having to go on a hike for the afternoon that you get in a standard supermarket isnt there, yet most of what you need is, and prices are outstanding. A lot of the products seem to be their own brand, but other brands are there also. This a store you can get all your shopping done stress free with courteous staff at great prices, and get in and out quick without being worn out. Certain specific brands or products you may want might not be there, but its a great place to go to get all the basics you need at a great price

I shop here weekly and Im so tired of it. Its rarely clean. There is always rotten produce. There are always broken eggs, sometimes on the floor and I have smelled spoiled milk coming from the milk area at times. The only reason I still shop here is that the prices cant be beat. The Aldis in the surrounding areas are much cleaner and nicer. I may start traveling to other stores but I dont really want to. I want to support the store in my town but I just dont think I can shop here weekly anymore.

This store is one of the nicer Aldis.The o ly isdue is the parking lot being monitored. When I went it was sort of early in the day there was a lot of garbage and stuff laying around. Other than that it was a nice store.

The experience at the store was fine BUT WHEN I WALKED OUTSIDE TO MY CAR I REALIZED MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO ... I HAD SOMETHING VALUABLE STOLEN FROM MY CAR AND COME TO FIND OUT THAT ADLIS DOESNT HAVE CAMERAS IN THE BACK AND SIDE PARKING LOT.. MAYBE ALDIS SHOULD HAVE MORE CAMERAS INSTALLED

Personally Im not a big fan of this location due to the fact that its parking lot is a little difficult to maneuver in as well as the fact that their selection is not as big as most other locations. I do find though that a lot of items do tend to be cheaper than most other locations.

Cashiers are extremely rude. They ring up your items and literally throw them in the cart damaging items. I spoke with one of the managers and he was just as rude telling me to go get my own replacements. The store is dirty especially the produce area with rotted fruit. This is the worst Aldi I have ever seen.

This is a great grocery store. It has a good selection of food, especially fresh produce and dairy. The overall prices are consistently low.

I am very angry at the Berlin store. I was shopping wearing my mandated mask and I also choose to wear gloves. Your employees are allowing customers to shop in this store without wearing a mask! This is putting your other customers and employees at risk for the Covid19 virus. THIS IS WRONG!!!!That customer SHOULD have been told to either put on a mask or LEAVE.I requested this person be told, but NOTHING was done.I thought Aldi cares about their customers. I left my groceries in the cart and left the store. Another customer followed me. THIS OS WR!!!

They dont have everything that a normal grocery store has.... but thats just it. Alidis is not your normal store they have specialty items. From awesome fruit to shoes and clothes items. Oh yeah... great Christmas gifts. Certain toys that arent located in your normal toy store. The pricing is right!!!

Fast in fast out, good prices for essentials and the quality is excellent. I like the happy farms dairy products, produce and eggs that they carry. Staff are like worker bees, multitasking and keeping the cash register lines short. I go there all the time for the bulk of my grocery needs. If you have not shopped there, give it a try. Enjoy the European chocolates especially the dark chocolate. Great prices.

Falling Stars.. Sick Rotten Food! We used to love the food that we bought from Aldi when they 1st came to the US from Germany. We have seen the quality go down every year since. We have been getting spoiled food every time we shop lately, from moldy yogurt to the canned vegetables you see here. It is a shame that Aldi just doesnt care about the food that they sell. You cant even complain to anyone because they have unlisted phones for all the stores!

You guys can really do more business and be more successful by opening up much much earlier! Opening at 9 am is ludicrous. Open at 7.

They had the hand sanitizer container but it was empty and the wipes to clean the carts was not working I bring it to the attention of a worker. You guys need to do better because this is serious times and those things should be monitored so we can clean the carts.

3/5 because they can’t commit to carrying zero carb bread. I’ve been asking for two years and only been able to purchase it once. The employees always tell me it’s gone first thing in the morning. You would think of a product is flying off the shelves the management would request more of that product.

Good place but I went to the one in Newington too and I think there is more clean, and has more good products and options. Is it because Hartford is an area of people of color and Newington is a white people area? I hope thats not the case. You must put attention in all your locations, please.

I enjoyed the customers who give there cart to you and say pass it on. I have been doing that for years now. If your new to this just start passing the cart to the next customer. Or when you dont have another customer to pass it on just remember to do so when you go back. The right thing to do. Help your neighbors out. It might just be 25 cents but its a help. Give a bag to your neighbors as well. One way to help out and recycle. The prices, food items and other thing they have are worth going here to see for yourself.

Fresh food

I love aldi!! They have an awesome gluten free line. It has baking mixes, bread, and nuggets and so many other options. I love that they use quarters for the carts too! it keeps them out of the parking lot. Not having bags has also helped me keep one of my resolutions to reduce the number of plastic bags I use. I just keep a box in the car for my groceries and carry them into the house.

New and clean, wheelchair scooter because I shop more. I am physically disabled and I feel empowered to be able to shop here independently. The staff and managers are very helpful and friendly. I am able to afford lots of my adaptive equipment and wide variety if organic foods. Thanks to the staff that assisted me and remembered the items I was looking for last week.

I love the prices at this store. Although you dont usually get a lot of variety by way of meats. But they always have fresh vegetables around and are usually good by way of price point. As opposed to other supermarkets which hike the prices of vegetables up so high.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The huge downfall was their selection, there was none. I’m currently on business and needed to find something for lunch. They had close to nothing to select from. I’m definitely going to stop and shop tomorrow.

Not a lot of selection but awesome prices. I guess thats part of Aldis design? The only complaint I guess is that sometimes the produce seems a bit understocked, but given that its so cheap and an easy stop on my route it isnt a big deal to me.
