Im from out of town. I was helping host a baby shower locally and needed a cake urgently. The local bakeries were all booked. The Sams Club took my order over the phone and executed my idea perfectly. The cake was delicious and it looked nice and was very reasonably priced. The checkout was easy. I was able to pay on my app on my phone and checkout. Very convenient.

Purchased 3 tier safari cake for my sons 1st birthday The cake was so delicious. everyone loved it I redecorated with my own cake toppers that I purchased from Amazon. Affordable and absolutely delicious.

Nice selections of products and freezer aisles are great especially members mark items. Bought mozzarella, cheddar for my kids and selected fruits and produce.

Sams club is great for getting everything I need for our family. I love the variety. Some of the items are a little large for our house. We usually get some amazing deals on everything we need.

Great experience. Curbside pickup brought order out within 6 minutes on a very busy day. Order was delivered accurately with all ordered items fulfilled. Associate was extremely courteous and apologized for the delay but didnt need to apologize. It was totally understandable that it took a few minutes to bring it out to me as the parking lot was filled with cars and the store was busy but it was also nice that the employee was considerate of my time.

Sams is carrying less & less of items they used to carry. Been a member for many years. Going to start going to Costco, which I hear, by many people, is unbelievable. Time to move on.

Tons of pastry and fruits,cant go wrong with a membership

I just utilized the curbside pickup for the first time. My order was ready for pickup earlier than anticipated which was great. Designated spots for pickup. A quick text, or check-in on the app, to let them know youve arrived. In less than 10 minutes an Associate brought my order out to my vehicle and loaded it for me. He was very pleasant. I received everything I ordered with no substitutions. I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend it for those who want to avoid in-store shopping.

Worst Management!Managed by the worst general manager who would not honor official return policy of sams club. Think twice before buying electronics and electrical appliances from this store.

I go to BJs, Costco, and now Sams. I havent been to Sams in years. Here is what I noticed. Its mostly major brands they have much less then the other clubs by way of store brand or generic. They tend to have slightly smaller packages of things. For instance maybe they have 2 pounds of onions and BJs has 3 pounds of onions and Costco sells them at 5 pounds. They had good prices, and had paper towels in stock!!! Bounty! Looks like they do curbside service and they also carry Atkins which the other clubs dont seem to carry anymore.

The scan and go app was horrible today 8/26 around 630ish. It wasnt working when i arrived . I tried to update my app and no luck. After an hour, It finally worked prior to leaving the store. Also, the cust serv rep was nice but talked waaaaay too long to another ee as i was standing there. I was about to interrupt him when the other empl advised him that i was waiting. Thank u!!! Afterwards, he contd talking to another ee, out of patience, i interrupted him and advised him to ring me up so i can leave and get my groceries home.I know you are all busy and i do appreciate your time

While Sam club moved out of my area West Haven but is always a pleasure to take a look right out to Newington... Prices are still great place is cleaning... I never forget to leave when they 3 Berry sundae...

No lines like there was at the beginning of the COVID-19 experience.Sanitizing wipes paper products are back in stocks with limitations of one per customer.Folks kept to social distancing and self check seemed more popular.Some new items in stock which was refreshing to see.Some old stuff I wish they would bump up to the next level of quality.Store was clean and neat.

We went in and signed up in that store. We had a membership for the store in Orange CT when they were open. Once they announced that store was being closed, we let the membership end. This store was a nice clean store. No matter who we spoke to, if we asked if they had an item, not only did they tell us if they had it or not, they lead us to the area and showed us where it should be. If it wasnt on the shelf, they checked to see if they had it in the warehouse in the back.Were going back again and again. Buying items in the store in bulk, definitely a cheaper cost per item. Works out better priced.

Being a plus member i am able to run in and out purchasing my months worth of staples before they officially open. If you are not one now do it the convenience is worth the cost.

Always have everything I wanted

This is the last time I visit this store, I have been a member for five years and three years ago the prices have risen that I can no longer afford. Today I visited the store and spent $ 170.00 and I was stunned. I have a question. What is the point of paying 110 dollars for a membership and paying high prices for merchandise? When I left I went to Walmart and compare the prices. Example at Sams Club I bought an 8pk Carnation evaparated milk for $ 9.98 Walmart sells it for $ 1.00 each can, that is $ 1.98 more. Sams Club sells a gallon of milk for $ 3.00 Walmart sells it for $ 1.35 a gallon.What is the difference if they are the same company In Sams Club you have to pay $ 110 annual membership.Why do they sell so expensive?What is the privilege?

I cannot begin to explain my frustration with this company. Their credit card is absolutely awful! It doesn’t let me pay with it at their gas pump, and no one that works in member services can seem to figure out why, meanwhile everyone else I see can use their card. On top of that, no matter what if I use the card outside of Sam’s club the charge gets labeled as a fraud charge and the cars declines!! This is a weekly ordeal for me and I am so fed up with the lack of help or any shred of care from anyone working in the store. The store is always understaffed, and nobody can answer basic questions. I’m done with Sams club.

Its very concerning not seeing the same amount of inventory as in the past. Many great things are no longer stocked either.

Great, was grocery shopping and came out with a new watch.

Had a Serta mattress ordered on the 9th Aug20, and was promised a delivery by 8th Sept20. I do understand due to Covid there would be delays. I am not being unrealistic here, but its been 3 months and still no update. Not once has the customer service called me back for the call backs that was promised. Waited 3 months and still the item hasnt been shipped. I dont think it would ever be shipped.

You really do a terrible job of taking care of your business owners in the Newington, CT store. There is no one directing traffic in the lines, no lines for business check out, people just cut you off, not to mention just putting a charge on my card to renew my membership without any approval.
