Some of the best coffee I have ever had. I drink the stuff every day, and I thought that I made a good espresso... they blow what I make out of the water. Smooth, creamy, and wholesomely delicious, it was absolutely worth the stop in. Came back for a cappuccino later in the day and it was just as good. I certainly will be back when I take my next jaunt to Newport.

Came here with some friends Monday morning. Cafe has such a lovely atmosphere. I could drink that caramel latte every single day of my life. It was SO smooth and SO delicious. The perfect balance of sweet and coffee. My vegan cookie was great too! Would recommend this to anyone.

GREAT coffee, that lives up to its Nitro name! My husband takes his coffee black, and is usually very picky.. He loved it! My iced mocha oat coffee was amazing too. Easy in and out, cute ambiance, & friendly staff. Bravo to your brews!

Perfect Morning Coffee bar with excellent food. I love cold brew and let me tell you their nitro cold brew was one of the best I’ve had. The breakfast bowl and breakfast sandwich are local ingredients and tasted phenomenal.

I recommend the Lavender Cold Brew, it was delicious. The team is friendly.

Was visiting RI for a few days and I’m sad that I don’t live closer to this magical place!! The iced coffee, nitro, and iced latte that I had were so smooth and amazing. The staff was all very friendly, and it’s such a sweet beautiful place! I will definitely be coming back.

Such a great atmosphere. Everyone was so nice and the coffee was delicious- I got the nitro vanilla latte. It was so smooth and wasnt overly sugary or anything. Also had the potato bravas with feta and an egg which was so delicious. We were able to snag a pumpkin whoopee pie just before they sold out. YUM!

I love coming here - the environment is always so welcoming, and the staff are all incredible people I’d probably hang out with myself! The drinks are definitely higher in price than the average, so it’s definitely a every so often stop; if you want to go every day though - you do you (it’s pretty good).

This place has a great vibe and great coffee. Stopped by while my sister and dad were crushing the Newport Half-Marathon and definitely felt like I had done the smarter thing. They also have great donuts that I ate in like two seconds. It wasnt quite warm enough for us to sit outside but the patio area looks very pleasant as well.

Price point is a little high for the daily cup of coffee. Curdled cream in the first one. Wayyyy too much cream in the second. 3rd time was a charm. Coffee isn’t bad. Possibly burnt though! they were busy in there, may not have had time to change it out. I think I’ll stick with empire.

Nitro bar was a great coffee shop addition to Newport. It’s my favorite place to go before work or going to the beach in the summer. The staff is so amazing, always making you feel like family with just small kind gestures. The mind set of community is what makes Nitro bar coffee just that much more special. Go try a Dirty Waffer!

Delicious artisan breakfast sandwiches and some very good nitro cold brew coffee. Some cool lattes and teas as well, some of which are seasonal.They put micro greens on some of the sandwiches which are delicious and have a good texture. Plus I feel good eating a small amount of vegetables with my breakfast.Price wise is a bit more than something like Starbucks, but you get more food, and it tastes way better. Give it a try if you are a coffee or quick breakfast sandwich lover.

One of the better coffee shops to visit in Rhode Island. There are not a lot of shops doing it right, but this place has it down. The atmosphere is on point and more importantly, the coffee (or nitro) is tasty. You wont find over roasted, cheap, oily beans here. This is the good stuff. Do yourself a favor and try it out!

Suggest ordering online in advance just in case, the wait for us was well worth it. Great tasting caffeinated coffees with very good sandwiches. An interesting selection.

Best coffee in Newport! Nitro coffee on tap is to die for! We loved visiting them in the mornings. The staff is incredibly friendly and wow watching them work and fill orders gave a new meaning to efficiently!

The Nitro Brew was smooth and deliciously creamy with oatmilk! My husband loved the Dirty Chata. I took a sip and agreed that it was very tasty bit not overly sweet.

COME HERE FOR COFFEE WHEN YOU ARE IN NEWPORT. I’m sad it took us a half of a week to find this place. The coffee is amazing and so is the food. They have great vegan / veggie options if needed and I know they just opened another location on Thames (sad I missed it).

Went here last night with some friends and it was such an amazing experience! The jalapeño grilled cheese was so good and so was the panna cotta and the cake. The cake was perfect for us all to share. It’s located in such a perfect spot and so cute and clean inside! You need to go!!

Seriously LOVE this adorable coffee shop in Newport! The iced maple sea salt latte (I recommend with oat milk) is so delicious. Loved the adorable atmosphere filled with plants, cute decor and comfy seating. Had the Jamos bagels over the weekend - so good! So happy that I have found my new favorite spot in Newport, cant wait to come back over the summer :)

Weve been going to Nitro for years for delicious coffees and chai, but I recently had their chorizo burrito for the first time and its honestly the best one Ive ever had! And I can add microgreens?! This girls dream come true!

Great Nitro coffee. Love the avocado toast.The lid of their cup for the nitro starts dripping after a few sips. I mentioned this to the staff a few times but I am still encountering the same issue. hope they would address this issue. I am still giving them 5 stars.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a place to hang out for a bit. The atmosphere and vibe is very low key and hip. Although it can get busy at times, when its not peak hours, the coffee shop is a relaxing place to hangout.I ordered their Nitro Iced Chai Tea Latte. Although it was a bit too sweet for my taste, the Chai was very yummy. The Nitro added a bit of a light feel to it. I would definitely recommend a try if you are a Chai Tea drinker!Cheers!

This new location is EVERYTHING! Had the pleasure of popping in on Mother’s Day and was not disappointed. My mom and I both had nitro vanilla lattes which were made super fast and on point. I had the pleasure of talking to the Co-Owner Sam and he was so friendly - we chatted about their locations and he thanked me for supporting them.ANYWAY - Music is perfect, decor is perfect, staff are knowledgeable and BEYOND friendly, and drinks are ALWAYS perfect.. this is a must see if in Newport, you’ll be happy you went!

Amazing service and even better products. I’m not a coffee drinking but I love their Tea and Lemonade. The breakfast options are also all so delicious! The decor and layout are perfect for a cozy Sunday morning breakfast with friends. Highly recommend.

Good coffee, food is decent if theyre not slammed. However it is overpriced, they charge you a dollar more if you request no ice in your cold brew haha.

Plan ahead accordingly if you want food. Even ordering online youll gave to wait 30-45 minutes of its busy. Even drinks will take 10 minutes so order ahead.

I love the original location in providence and this one is even better. Great space, lots more seating. The drinks are delicious. The food is awesome. You should def stop by if you are in the area.

They gave great iced coffee drinks as well as craft hot espresso drinks. There food is crazy good! Loved their breakfast sandwich and new tomato soup special with grilled cheese!

There are a 100 reasons to love this place. Best coffee on the island. Great bites. I had the pesto toast with moz and could not wait to have it again. The inside is fresh and cozy. The staff smiles even with a line out the door. The owners work their tails off. I’m in love. Addicted. Grateful.

This spot has immediately become my favorite. The shop is so bright and inviting not to mention the abundance of live plants. Their nitro cold brew legit tastes like chocolate milk,it is so freaking good. I tried the breakfast sandwich on their opening day and was blown away. This place is perfectly perfect in every way! Coffee is amazing and so is the food. We love the Providence location, but we are so excited to enjoy nitro in Newport this summer!

I really love this place along with its sister location in Providence. I have one concern though. I’ve tried a number of different dishes on the menu from the breakfast sandwich to that avocado toast and everything was crazy salty. Look, I love salt and clogging my arteries just as much as the next guy, but this was too much even for me. If possible I would cut back on the amount of salt used in your dishes so that other flavors can come through. Other than that, this place is amazing. Great atmosphere and the potential to thrive in Newport.

Nitro Bar NPT is beautiful, hip, and quaint. The interior design is top notch and the soundtrack is always A+. The Dirty Wafer latte (iced) is my current fave. Make sure to grab a cookie!

My husband and I tried this on a whim early morning - we are here from out of town. This place is fresh! My husband got the avo toast (which I tried and loved...he loved it too) and I got the tomato/basil/mozzarella toast....PHENOM. We loved our food so much that we almost ordered a second round 😂 - I also got the nitro vanilla latte which was very yummy. Give this place a try!

Great coffee...is it even coffee? It tastes like chocolate and icecream...but hot. You need to try it and decide for yourself... coffee but not like the church basement coffee you grew up on....

I live in North Carolina and visit RI often. Whenever I am in town I HAVE to stop by the Nitro Bar almost daily. Its that good. The chai latte with oat milk is one of my favorite things ive put in my mouth. Also ALL of the food items on the menu are incredible. Cant praise these guys enough. If youre in Newport you must try it out!!

Had the avocado toast with an egg and a nitro. Hands down the best quick breaky and coffee I have had! The atmosphere is very chill and bright. Huge windows to let natural lighting in. Baristas were very nice and helpful with the menu!
