One cashier in particular is so blatantly rude that I’ll let someone go in front of me so I don’t have to deal with her. Pharmacy staff is wonderful!!

I have been to the store three times in the past week for various Blue Cross OTC items. The shelves are NEVER fully stocked. The excuses are there is a shipment due in two days. Three days later the excuse us they are short staffed. I was asked if I wanted to pay for the vitamins from the regular stock. I have over $100 to spend on OTC. Do they honestly think I would want to pay for their vitamins? Four days after the shipment the shelves are as empty as ever.Thankfully, next year we have the option of three other stores for our OTC.

They are so disorganized. A family member of mine walks there for the prescriptions she NEEDS to take daily and she ALWAYS has to walk back home empty handed because they always tell her to come wayy earlier then when it’s actually ready. So rude.

Was in dire need of the restroom. And manager refused to open the restroom for use.

What kind of CVS doesn’t have a bathroom available for use by customers? You deal with a lot of elderly folks that have incontinence issues. Total baloney. Should be ashamed of themselves.

You can’t use the bathroom. It isn’t safe.

Dont shop here unelss you are white and look rich or like having the store employees follow you around thinking your going to steal.
