Had their reward card for $50 first time it didnt work. After third or fourth try it finally worked and bought items worth $33. After a month used again and again first time didnt work second time said $0 balance. Chat with online customer service and lady left conversation in the middle.... twice. Send them email two days ago yet no response....

Yes, there are very few cars in the lot, and it is actually hard to get to the lot. But my experience was good. My sales consultant, Carlos, was very helpful and professional with me.

Going out of business so hard to rate. Only selling floor models which were mostly dinged and dented. Not low enough prices to accept damaged goods. However, if you need a small appliance like a can opener or crockpot that comes in a box, you would be safe to purchase and not worry about damage.

My husband and I went in to hhgregg to apply for their Acceptance now program and the so call manager of Acceptance now...Turned away our business due to what she said was a conflict of interest, how? The whole time she was rude and she didnt take the time to hear our concerns. Obviously she has some personal issues going on or something because this is our second rude encounter with her. Her name is Letha!! She has horrible customer service skills..be aware!

I bought a suite if appliances from them and was happy up until install. I scheduled install for tomorrow they showed up today.Called the store and received the worst customer service ever. I will never shop at any hhgregg ever again!An update the dishwasher the brought me has a scratch on the front....not what I paid for! Apparently when I arranged for delivery and they told me my all of the suite of appliances I order were in.,...they lied! They have done nothing but waste my time and test my patience. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!UPDATE- THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO APPLIANCES. They have wasted yet another day of mine. DO NOT SHOP AT HHGREGG
