Decent pricing. However we just got a kitchen suite from here and we are having issues with one of our appliances. Witch wasn’t a floor model it was said “brand new” the seal is broken on the unit we are getting told that the soonest it can be looked at is over a week out. They didn’t call us back the same business day that we had left a message. Currently out of a dish washer we didn’t finance it or pay it on a credit card it was paid for out right. Just a bit upsetting the staff says they “understand my frustration” however I feel as it’s scripted. The appliances arnt even a week old and we are being told that a tech will have to come out and service it. They won’t exchange it or give us a new one. I do not recommend this store unless your in dyer need of something and don’t have any hope that they will help you because they won’t. I love helping smaller businesses however I will not be going here ever again. And I’m in the market for a new washer and dryer and another fridge but I’ll go with a big box store. Really upset that a small business can’t assist.

Just bought a stove from Camdens. Large purchases can be stressful. But the amazing staff here was very helpful and eager to assist with everything. We as a community need to support small great business like this one!! I will definitely come back for all my appliances! I cant thank you enough Camdens!!

Update 9/27/21: We we’re very frustrated by the events outlined below but once Jeff got involved, he made it right!! Thanks so muchThis picture is what Camdens Service looks like...me at the laundromat!Our washer, which was purchased at Camdens, was snagging delicate clothes. First visit, 6/15, didnt find the issues. Problem continued so they came back on 9/1 and replaced the drum and seal and left. With the first load of laundry, there was a loud screeching noise during the spin cycle and the new seal was shredded. We called and after two weeks, they sent another repair person who said, the seal is ruined, Ill see what they want to do and left.This weekend will be my third going to the laundromat. When they came out I had a functioning washing machine, now I dont. I understand that things happen, maybe the seal was defective, maybe a mistake was made, OK, just fix it! Our biggest frustration is that no one, including the manger, seems to care one bit.

I ordered a dishwasher that was clearly a lemon from the start. They informed me they were not a big box store and therefore couldn’t help. I suffered for years with this dishwasher and had to replace 3 control panels. Manager was rude.

One of my responsibilities in our organization is replacing appliances when needed. Camden has great prices and had always had what I needed in stock. Theyve always been helpful in getting the product on my truck.

Bought fridge, stove and dishwasher. Stove was a scratch and dent, however, it had more damage than I was told. Stove was exchanged with no problem.

Well. They were super-friendly when we got our new fridge. Which has stopped cooling the fridge section, after juat 13 months.Called just after they opened, was told the service manager would be in touch.He wasnt. Called back. Was told hed call later in the day, or early the next morning. As of writing, it is much later the next even. Still nothing.So we called Eds in Elkhart which answered promplty asked diagnostic questions and have a service call scheduled, as of this, tomorrow.

They had both appliances and the conversion kit in stock. They loaded my truck and we were in and out within a half hour.

Ask about what items they have on sale or dent&ding options. Got a very good deal on a double oven. I listed my house for sale on Christmas eve and my house sold in 7 DAYS. I think the double oven might have had something to do with that!

Ive always been very happy with the service I have had there. I havent ever bought an appliance from them but my Grandparents have, many of which are in their house today.They one me over a year or two ago when the dial on my grandparents old range top broke. I carried the broken dial around with me in my car for probably a year. Then one day, I was just driving through Roseland just because it was Sunday and I enjoy driving around the area and exploring on Sundays (Im new to the area.. and I like to drive around) and happened to notice that they were open at like 5:30 PM on a Sunday and, assuming that was where my grandfather bought the range in the first place, decided to take it in and see if they could order me the dial. The gentleman that was at the desk brought out a box of many random dials, pulled the one I needed out and, 5 minutes and $3.50 later, the dial was replaced after a year!The second time I went was for the same reason. Ironically, a few days after replacing the one dial, another one cracked. Sure enough, I returned, they handed me the box and said to go at it! There seemed like 100 or so dials there, all the right dial but with the wrong markings! It took me ten minutes this time but I found one! It may have taken ten minutes but, this time, it cost me nothing! They just gave it to me for free!I need to buy a refrigerator and I plan on buying it from them!

We built a house 3 years ago and put in all new appliances from Camdens. Everything has worked great except the dishwasher, but it was easily fixed in warranty. I love my refrigerator with the water and ice dispenser, we use that everyday.

I love my new appliances from Camdens. I probably love my new washer and dryer the most. Which is probably to be expected since mine are close to 20 years old. I can do my laundry in almost half the time. They were very helpful in making recommendations and expaining all the stuff about each one. Very Happy.

Great customer service. No gimmicks, no pushy unscrupulous salespeople. I purchased my dishwasher here a couple years ago. Also a few yrs back I had also shopped here for a washer and dryer, but ended up going with hh Gregg instead, due to a free delivery deal via rebate, according to the salesperson. I regretted that decision as they charged me for the delivery anyway and denied my rebate, and I felt the salesperson had been dishonest. I later learned that Camden will generally work with you to match a deal you find elsewhere, so I wish Id purchased from them instead. I will go to them first in the future.
