Poor customer service and not ethical. Do not go to this store. Was promised $900.00 in electronic spending cash cards and they did not follow through. They promised to look into it but would not call back. Got a constant run around. Billing was messed up also. Jay should be avoided (he is now at the Benton Harbor store) and so should the manager Chris. If you insist on Verizon (I wouldnt), DO NOT go to this store or the Benton Harbor location
Customer service is poor. They had messed up on my account, admitted they made the error, escalated (so they say) to upper leadership to fix the issue and never receive a call back. On-going waste of time. I would not recommend them to anyone!!! Do yourself a favor and go direct to Verizon on-line or a corporate store.

I had a great customer experience while at this store. Skylar was patient with me as well as helpful. The other two ladies working that day were also very nice. Skylar made sure I was all set up and ready to go on my new XR before I left. I even met Eloy while I was there. Thanks to the team at this Niles store!
The staff was awesome!! We switched from AT&T back to Verizon and we are very glad we did. Skylar and Jayla were very helpful and knew what they were doing. We got great deals and am very happy! We would highly recommend this store to anyone considering moving their mobile accounts.
EDIT 4/10/20– the below review was originally a 5 star review I wrote back in October after switching to Verizon. Since, I am SO UNHAPPY with the customer service! The manager, Skyler, at the Niles store has yet to call me back. I have been waiting for two months. I switched over THREE LINES and was told I would get prepaid visa gift cards for each number switched over and I never received them. Was told from an employee that it was never submitted, so I was handed off to the manager to deal with the issue. He hasn’t helped at all either!!!! No one his employee didn’t do anything from the beginning — he hadn’t done ANYTHING to help me either. So unhappy. Totally dissatisfied with this store and the lack of care for their customers.10/2019 — Just switched over to Verizon from AT&T last night and we had the pleasure of dealing with Jayla. She was so great to work with. An honest, friendly and personable customer service rep. We were there for awhile and she was patient with us and found us the best deal possible for our plan/needs. Thank you, Jayla for all of your help and your hard work. We appreciate everything you did!
Nice workers. Good location. The downside... Each time i am in there, there is always 2-3 people ahead of me. It takes time for the workers to help each person, i know that and i am patient. The upside is that the workers are good problem solvers and very helpful.
Skylar and Jade were awesome! We had FUN purchasing a new phone, I would highly recommend going there for ANY of your needs. They were both very knowlegable and helpful!
My experience with Johnny and Skyler at the new Niles store has-been over the top. These guys the best..... I will NEVER go back to the Douglas rd. location. Mr. Tony Palmer should not continue to be employed by verizon any longer, in my opinion, because of the last three experiences Ive had there with him. I bought a Verizon card by mistake and I want my $50 back and couldnt get it everybody gives you the run-around general Dollar since they cant give you the money back because of Verizon got it and Verizon says they havent got it because general Dollar still got it so Im just screwed out of fifty bucksP no Mom I didnt miss you this is just a damn yeah I seen that cat-scratch anymore okay how long will that take before it goes choose another how you make this thing send noware you cold are you cool at that why you got that better or you just want to lay down anywhere you go to sleep tap the star to read it okay this one every one of them had rings in their noses
