Sales person didnt bother to tell me that you have to sign up for Verizons credit card to get the autopay discount and that you cant use your own credit card (an unusual prerequisite.). He did enjoy letting me know that the discount was available and my bill will be X. Unfortunately for me, he didnt tell me about their requirements until after my account was set-up Oops:). Really trashy salesmanship.
Well, we all know there is a little stress when you have to go to the phone store.... but this wonderful group of young men and technical geniuses guided us through the process with care and expertise. We needed to add two lines to our family plan and the staff there were wonderfully supportive.
Atrocious service, would not recommend to my worst enemy. There were two employees, one actually working the other was checking people in. Very much needed as a long line formed behind us, but nobody moved forward in line. Went into the store, tried to make an appointment, told us not possible. After 45 minutes of waiting they told us it would be easier over the phone... this was not correct. But during those 45 minutes they were only able to help the one person that they were helping when we walked in. Additionally, the online interface is frankly useless and was unable to transfer lines like they claim online, something they confirmed in the store.
Came in on a Sunday. The entire crew was knowledgeable and affable. Needed a phone activated and apps copied and they got it done!
I never ever faced worst customer experience.I scheduled appointment based on availability ie 7/25 today at 3 pm at Niles IL and when I reached store, its closed.Other day, 7/23, I went to store in palentine IL.to pic up my simcards and waited 80mins in store to get simcards. First thing, it verizon mistake to moved lines without delivering simcards. . Finally I got simcards over mail today 7/25 and simards are not activated. You guys are kidding me? I never ever recommend Verizon service.

I came into the store with a non working iPhone and needed a new one. In addition I needed to move from one family members account to another. Kyle was very patient while I called the service to allow me access to my fiancé’s plan. We can educated on the material and again was very patient and nice! It’s been a few years since I have needed to buy a new phone and the experience couldn’t have been better.

Verizon on Milwaukee ave. Treated me so fantastic! Abdul is extremely knowledgeable and beyond courteous. I didnt feel like I had made a mistake or was being lied to when leaving..I Feel like they were very honest and clear..(All of the staff are SO friendly too!!) unlike Sprint or T-Mobile or whatever theyre calling themselves these days other than a horrible nasty company ...I would recommend Verizon to everyone.. But only if youre looking for a very Honest company that has integrity along with their employees

Good location with good customer service. Nataly was really helpful. I spend 3 hours in store because the system was crashing on them which I was not happy about it but it is corporate problem. They continued even when they was closed. Why I put 1 star because I asked them to used a restroom they said no. I did not appreciate it. I am sorry but I will never come back in this store.

Good location with good customer service. There is a difference between this and other locations. This location has better associates that actually care about helping their customer. I have been to a few other locations and this one is better than the other locations hands down. Helpful staff and management with quality products and services. You cant go wrong with this location.
The store has really changed since new management. Went in regarding issues with my tablet charging. The young lady who helped me was nice. The rest of the staff at least 8 of them stood around laughing and playing around. I thought how unprofessional. I could not believe how they were acting. My teenage daughter even noticed it.

Reseting network settings without owners approval. Which is BTW unnecessary operation causing owner to have to enter settings for each Wi-Fi location.I stayed there for about 1 hour to activate new line on a business account.While one person had a trouble activating a line, supervisor was there doing nothing. We had to ask him for help to involve him.In the end, eSIM was not activated so Ill have to calm customer service to get that resolved.
It seems like every time I walk into this store with a question (and not to buy something), I am told to contact their Customer Service. As a customer service gesture, you would think the associate would call their Customer Service line on behalf of the Customer. I sat at a table for 15min until I was helped over the phone.
I was walking into the store to get an estimate on creating a new account for 2 people (getting off my parents account) . As soon as I started explaining I was on my parents plan, the lady stopped me and looked up my number. After she figured out my name wasnt on my parnets account, then she basically stopped talking to me. My hubs tried to ask her some basic questions on creating a new account and she barely answered him at all. She acted like she was done talking to us and wouldnt really give us an estimate or any kind of numbers on a plan. Sad this happen, because my family has been with Verzion for years.
The worst Verizon store they made me wait 2 hours and go out with no phone the worst store NEVER GO THERE and her name is Reem and she was on the phone on customer service for 2 hours and she never checked if they had the phone that I wanted and then she said they don’t have the phone and then I went to another Verizon and they said that she messed up my account but luckily the other store hade the phone and IF YOU EVER GET REEM ASK FOR SOMEONE ELES

This store is pathetic. Felt bad vibes in there. People who work there are very lazy! No kind of help what so ever! Would advise people to go to another Verizon store! If I could give them zero stars I would. Giving them 1 star is to much.
It has been bad the service in this location since they have new manager!! No greeting when customers come, reps chatting with no attentive response in the corner not even bother to say hi. New manager seems overwhelmed all the time and he doesnt interact with customer. He avoids eye contact. It all down from team leader. Ill always come to this location. I hope it will be better next come i stop by here. In mean time do simple solutions: greet your customer, take their name on your fancy tab or just on piece of paper. I am just have a little suspicion that this could be all Verizon stores level of service. They have best lte but it seems their in store service lack of level of excellent.

I work next door at the jimmy johns and after 2 years with metro pcs I decided to take a leap with Verizon. Way better deals then ATT. The reps are by far very nice and the nice lady that helped me was amazing,fast and knowledgeable. Love my iPhone XR. Great job Verizon!! Visit and Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Went in with a water damaged and broken phone. Replaced with out a problem. Gave me a credit, a free tablet and free case. People here are amazing. Those of you who feel like yall were taken advantage of were probably misinformed . I honestly will go back and recommend the staff here .

This place gave me the worst customer service ever. I bought a tablet from a rep. named Matt, who clearly didnt explain the plan details, which resulted in a 90$ bill for which I was not aware of. Then, speaking to a manager and wasting 2 hours in the office, they didnt help solve the problem.Worst customer service I ever experienced. Matt is clearly not doing his job correctly and refuses to admit that he did something wrong. He is clearly a liar. Dont visit this location at all.
I actually just made police report for fraud on this store. Went to upgrade my phone and was told Im eligible I just need to put down payment on the phone and I did for $169.00, they gave receipt with just numbers on it no description and I just found out that they charged me $129.99 for FREE Bose speaker they told me Im getting and free screen protector because they broke my cover. So they didnt apply down payment towards the phone they just charged me for the stuff they said it was FREE. I will pursuit with legal action just so these people cant screw anyone else.
Too bad I cant give 0 stars, this store is a ripoff. They will not tell you what charges you will have on the bill after you leave the store. They forced me to get a watch in order to be able to upgrade earlier, so I can get a new phone. I was cornered cause I needed a new phone, so I did get the watch whos battery doesnt last more than a few hours. I ended up now not with one but 2 contracts although they told me I will not be in contract with my phone only with the watch, ended up with a monthly $220 bill because i have to pay activation fees that I was not told about it...Verizon customer service is the worse in the world not only the stores. Would not recommend anyone switch their phone to verizon, they are a ripoff.
Went into the store for a pre paid account and multiple times told me they cannot help me with my account. Went to Walmart and Walmart them self assisted me more then the associates working for Verizon. I think the store assosiactes need more training...

If I could, I would give this Verizon store ZERO stars. Complete waste of my time dealing with the idiots who work there. After I left, I called Verizons customer service and had them directly speak to the manager at this store because of the horrible experience I had. The workers are rude, could care less about the customers and make the customers deal with the issues themselves. I received the wrong phone from my order through Verizon and it was the reps fault that this even happened, yet these people had no interest in simply getting me what I actually ordered and told me I had to do the return online and not at the store. WHAT A JOKE. Never coming here again!

Walk in the store and you will find 8 people at work 4 of them actually helping. The manager is lacks intelligence and lied to me.I ended up paying more Dan he told me I would. I called Verizon and they told totally different information from what Raffy P said(2 posts down) he is very unprofessional. My dad went there and wanted help from a bilingual worker, he told my dad to come back tomorrow at 4 pm so he will help.him out without waiting so he comes back.and dad tells him if he is ready and he tells dad 5 mins, 20mins. Comes so dad leaves n.doesnt get help due to language.I go to store next day and I see the guy I believe his name is Grzegorz and I see him flirting with a girl. I had to wait for my Mexican friend and he helped. Oh yea and RAFFY P the manager kept forcing me into a galaxy phones. I told him I want a different brand n he keeps insisting. I was offered LG choclate phone at milwaukee ave, Niles store, but didnt tell me that it requires data package. I got cheated and now VZW says that I signed the contract and for the data package as well. Now, if I wanted data package, why would I complain today. I will not use verizon ever in my life again once my contract is up.
