Lots of places i called said about 2-3 days to repair the back glass?? Chris fixed an older Lenovo Ideapad that I thought had completely given up the ghost. It had several cracks in case; hinge wouldnt close and the real issue is that the battery wouldnt charge. Lenovo wont supply parts for power jack however Chris figured out a work around and did it with a smile. He says he likes to solve problems and I believe him. ! I had purchased a new Dell --its a lemon and Dells customer service has been completely unresponsive. Chris saved me and at a very reasonable price.

This place is awesome. First issue I had was a really silly one (SD card stuck in a Pixel 3a). I visited three places before here, two refused to try it and one ripped my SD port to shreds trying to get it. Guy here managed to solve the issue in five minutes... Super quick and super knowledgeable!

I would give him 10 stars if I could. My son washed my phone for me because he thought my case looked dirty. Ugh. I took it to T-Mobile, and they thought it was gone for good. I figured Id give Cellfone MD a try, and he fixed it very quickly. He was so nice and such an honest guy. When I told him what happened he said its kind of a 50/50 chance with water, but he was able to do it. I couldnt have asked for a better price. I didnt have insurance on it, so I wouldve had to pay this phone off and then buy a new one. He saved me hundreds! I would definitely use him for any repairs in the future!

I took my laptop and asked if they could fix it, the person I talked to was straight forward with me informed that they only do a few things when it comes to laptops. Sure enough my problem was one of those things they fix; a broken charger port. The part they ordered took some time but that came as no surprise to me given that it was holiday season and everything is just slow. They did fix it though, and now it looks and works perfect. Best part is? I was charged way less than what other competitor asked for. Bottom line: very reasonable prices and very knowledgeable and friendly staff, people here know what theyre doing. I encourage whoever has phone, laptop, etc.. problems to check out this place first.

Really good place. He fixed my problem for a good price and very fast. Like fast enough that I went on my lunch break and still have enough time to sit in my car and post this review before I have to go back into work. My daughters lcd (led?) screen was broken. Glass wasn’t cracked- just the screen beneath it was broken. I called this guy. Quoted me over the phone, I went in the next day. He fixed it super fast and it looks absolutely perfect. I would have had no idea it was ever broken. Touch screen still works the same. It’s perfect. He did a really good job. The shop is super clean. There is a tv to watch while you wait and a comfy couch. I DID pass it at first because it isn’t very noticeable from the parking lot. 100% would recommend. Does not seem shady at all. Didn’t make up problems to up sell me on another issue for this older model phone. Very good place to go. I will probably go back next week to fix a phone or two sitting in my husbands drawer. After water damage my iPhone kept restarting all the time. Came here to fix it. Unfortunately Chris tried everything but couldn’t fix the problem. Never took the money for it if not fixed. Great service here. Definitely will come back here.

Awesome job & cheaper that my phone insurance company!Called in before we went to compare the prices and turn around time of the repair to other highly rated shops. We were told to come on over as soon as we wanted, that the repair would take 15-20minutes, and that it would be the same price as the other places who would take several hours. I would highly recommend going to Cellfone MD! The boys here are super friendly and helpful and fix your phone as quick as possible. Ive been here more than once (yes, I should probably stop breaking my phone) but each time has been a super pleasant experience at a very fair cost.Most recently, I got a little bit of water on my iPhone 5s and my screen stopped working. I took it in to see if its fixable and how much it would cost me. Chris let me know that all we would need to do is fix the screen and itd be as good as new. I ended up agreeing to it and he had it fixed super quickly. I was SO happy to be able to get it working back to normal.

I dropped my iPhone6 and completely shattered the screen-I couldnt even swipe to answer a call. I called a few repair shops from work trying to see if anyone would be able to fix it ASAP. Everyone else couldnt say they couldnt, but I called the MD and spoke with Chris and explained my problem. He said it would be no problem and to come in later that day after work. I stopped at the store, Chris took one look at it and said to have a seat. I barely got comfortable on the couch and he emerged with a phone that looked and functioned good as new.

Called them up and got a quote over the phone for an iPhone 6 screen replacement. I went in and about 20 minutes later my phone was like new again! Clean store, nice waiting area. Great customer service and friendly. I will use them for my gadget repair all the time in the future! thanks

These guys were able to get my iPhone 5C in working order after it was dropped so the screen was completely cracked and the touch sensor no longer worked on one side. I called in the afternoon and had it fixed within the hour! Prices and timelines seem really fair compared to other places I called. NEVER go for an early upgrade or Genius bar when this is so much more reasonable! Definitely recommend.

I took my moms iPhone C to the Apple store to see if they could fix a broken screen and they said it would be a 3 hour wait just for someone to look at it! What a joke! Chris at Cellfone MD looked at it for maybe a minute, told us the problem and the price, and said it would take 15-20 minutes to fix. About 5 minutes later he walks out with the repaired iPhone and it looked brand new. I was blown away and he even gave me advice about what to do with some other broken electronics I have. I cant say enough about how great this place was and will recommend it everyone!

Bargain prices and fantastic service.

I was getting out of my car and forgot I had my IPhone on my lap. The phone fell to the ground and the screen was cracked. I called a couple phone repair shops and the screen was either out of stock or too expensive to fix. I seen CellFone MD and contacted them. They said the screen was in stock. I stopped in and the gentlemen told me he would be able to get it fixed in 20 minutes. I went ahead and got the screen fixed and the price was just right. Went in today as my iPhone had water damage and was not turning on. I did use the blow dryer and put it overnight in rice but did not work. Took it here and after 1 1/2 hour and an ultra-sonic wash my phone was good as new. Thanks!!!

These guys dont keep their word, plain and simple.My cellphones screen cracked on Christmas Day, so I decided to give this place a try. Went in on the 26th. They were closed. They had holiday hours posted, but the 26th was not listed as a day that they were going to be closed. Still, I decided I would try and come back on the 28th. I reasoned that maybe they forgot to list the 26th as an off day, or maybe I caught them when they were out to lunch.On the 28th, I go to get an estimate for how much it would cost to replace the screen. They quote me for $130. Thats pretty good compared to the other stores I checked in the area. The guy working there told me that I could leave the phone with them and they would have it fixed by tomorrow, or I could just come back with my phone and they would have the part available the next day. It seems as though they dont carry the parts for my phone, which is a 2014 Moto X. Thats understandable, since the phone model is not as common as a Samsung Galaxy, or Iphone. The only problem is, I have work the next day, but I figure out a way to get a work from home day just to get my phone fixed.I come back to the store on the 29th as the person requested, but I find on that day, theres a completely different person working, and this person has no idea about my screen, or even how to fix my phone. I complained to the new guy that I had to jump through hoops to come to the store and get my phone fixed, but he says theres nothing he can do. I ask if the guy from yesterday, which apparently is the owner, has at least ordered my phone screen, since the employee states that they didnt receive a Moto X screen, but he is adamant that if the owner says he ordered it, then he ordered it. I then ask if he can at least verify if the order was placed in someway, but he states that he didnt have the authority to do that. He suggests calling the next day to check if the part is delivered.On the 30th, I call, and get the owner on the phone. He says the part hasnt come in, but from checking the USPS web site, he can see it was shipped at least. He said he would check again and give me a call back. I never got a call back. He also claimed that the part would be in at the latest, Jan 2nd 2016.On Jan 2nd, I called again to see if my part finally arrived. The employee answers, and says it hasnt come, and tells me to call back another day. At this point, I complain again to the employee that I was told the screen would be in on the 2nd at the latest, but he doesnt seem to be able to do anything about the circumstance.On Jan 4th, I made a last ditch effort to try and check if the part came in. Again, I was told it had not arrived. They claim theyll call me when it arrives. Im sitting here writing this review on Jan 9th now, and not one phone call has come from them to notify me that the part has come in. At this point, Im not even sure the part was ever ordered in the first place. Luckily, Ive already gone somewhere else, and got my phone fixed.
