We were greeted upon entering. The gentleman filled out the paper work told me the amount it would cost. Then told us it would be about an hour and a half. It was completed with in that time frame. The phone works like new.

Repaired the screen on my phone quickly and at a decent price. Thats about it. Cell phone screen will not respond like it used to. Will not recognize my finger, have to constantly tap buttons, etc. Also, since having my phone worked on at CPR, if my phone gets just slightly cold, the screen goes haywire, and needs to warm up and restart before I can use it again. Honestly I’d have been better off keeping a cracked screen! I wouldn’t let CPR touch another device of mine.

I went to CPR after trying several other places to repair my broken Samsung Galaxy cell phone. They listened patiently to my details and gave me good information on whether the repair might work or not. Then they successfully found the issue (poor battery replacement) and fixed it, it only cost me $80 in the end. Highly recommended, just wish I had gone there before buying a new phone!

This place was a lifesaver today! I broke off the tip of an aux cord in the headphone jack of my phone, and it was really stuck in there! I couldnt play any sound or hear any phone calls. I own a small business, so not being able to take calls really messes me up! Rio was amazingly helpful and fixed it for me in no time at all! 5 stars for fixing the issue. 2 stars for how long it took. 1 star for being overcharged. Was told 60-90 dollars to add the OS and of course it was the 90. They didnt have to put a new hard drive in because I already replaced it. 60-90? Wouldve accepted somewhere in the middle.

I had to replace a cracked screen. I went back 3 times because my touch screen wasn’t working properly. One of the times I went, the employee went through my texts with my boyfriend. Extremely unprofessional and wasted 200 dollars. My phone still isn’t working properly. Plan on getting a new phone because of them

Called and made sure they were open went straight in and before I got home they called me and told me itll be done in 15 mins super fast and friendly my iPhone looks brand new again. Best prices around I paid 99 plus tax and it was so worth it only thing I regret is not paying them the $25.00 to reset phone due to it being disabled from the screen putting in passwords when it broke. I called around and most places want $50 to even do that service i will be stopping back so they can further assist me. Thank you CPR in Niles !

Awesome service. They got my LG Aristo 3 screen and glass repaired as soon as the part came in. I took it home and realized when I got a call that the earpiece wasnt working. I could hear on speakerphone, but ONLY on speakerphone. I called them and they had me bring it back in. It was a simple fix (just reconnecting a connector that got accidentally disconnected, which happens a lot). Its as good as new. The staff were cool and knowledgeable about the device and mechanisms and I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They made it a breeze and made me feel welcome there. I will definitely be returning for any possible future phone issues as well.

I would consider the service to be good. The representative was knowledgeable and informative, but at the same time, I felt as though I wasn’t being convinced or told what was exactly wrong with my phone. Just the possibilities.After I left he went behind the curtain and reappeared upon my return to give me the good news and the bad news.I expressed earlier that I thought the service was a bit too expensive. I came away from the experience wondering if I should just buy a new phone. I realize these parts are sometimes costly, but there was no price list. I felt like the price was a bit drummed up.With these feelings I had during my visit, I’m still glad to have CPR in my area. Definitely needed and my phone works better now.

Even though I paid for warranty, at store. I did not register online within 30 days. So, even though the warranty was purchased, its null and void. It is a scam like procedure. The employee at the store, said, most people dont register! What does that say. Attny. Contacted possibly class action suit if this isnt resolved. Anyone else?

First off I want to state the order was done correctly and timely but lack of professionalism irritated the experience1. Was quoted a lower price and then was told that they no longer offer that price for some reason2. the phone that was getting repaired is 4 years old but still cost the same to fix as it did 4 years ago3. Kept calling my iphone xr as an actual X even though i told him its a 10, he kept repeating the X as if to argue with me, very petty4. When reading over paperwork for phone that you sign for, employee tried rushing me and made me feel wrong for reading the entire contract.5. When I called before coming in to get phone fixed, they called me man instead of having a professional tone.6. Environment felt unfriendly and they will ask for your password to your phone, unnecessary questions like my phone carrier

Went in for a screen replacement. Got it back and my home button was not working. The guy tried to claim it was broke when it came in and refused to fix it. Will not be going here again and will be reporting to the BBB.

My daughter had this company replace the back plate of her Iphone 11. They did a decent job with that leaving only a small chip out of the back. Unfortunately, what this company did not tell us was that the the repair that was made negated the waterproofing for the Iphone 11. So when my daughter got her phone back and used it just like always it got some water on it from the pool and became unfixable. When I called this company to speak with them about it. The person on the phone was rude and just kept restating that our fixes do not cover water damage. I told him I understood that with phones that arent orginally waterproof to 2 meters shouldnt be covered by water issues but a phone that I gave him to fix that was orginally waterproof should be OR we should have been told that the fix would negate the waterproofing. After a 5 minute conversation with the employee I asked to speak to a manager. He told me the manager would tell me the same thing but I said I wanted to speak to them. I never got a call from them. This was very disappointing and I will never recommend or use this company again.

These people are crooks!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONES HERE! If you have a phone that needs fixed that is an apple product take it straight to an apple store! I took my phone in for very basic screen repair and broke my whole phone to the point it would even turn on as I planned to trade it in. They use cheap repair parts for cell phones. We spend 5 hours dealing with this waiting for a resolution. POOR service, poor management, poor product, poo knowledge on cell phones. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Slimy slimy company.
