There warranty is a scam! Bought a greenhouse after one year the panels warped over the winter. I needed them replaced they refused and said I had to pay for new panels. BS they said I could pay someone to take down the whole greenhouse and then bring it in they would give me a whole new one. So pay for it to be installed twice. They are shady don’t use this company!

Its a great place and the tools are amazing, but today March 7th, I went for the second time and the same cashier didnt even greet us, she ignored us until I asked her to pay for my stuff, gave a rude attitude seemed upset towards me and my wife for asking for a some deal item, I couldnt even ask about a coupon I wanted to use because of her attitude, she gave me the receipt and didnt say anything. Ill never go to this location again, we dont need to be treated like that, I spend a good amount of money everytime I go there. they should not hire people that hate their jobs

Great prices and wide selection of tools, household items, moving supplies and storage/organization. Went for a couple 4 wheel furniture dollies (1000# limit, $7.99) and walked out with much more cant live without. A stroll up each aisle is worth the trip.

If you are a DIY type, a wide range of tool are available. Ranging from automotive, carpentry, welding, plus much more.

Not the highest quality of tools but more than enough for a hobbyist. It may not last as long or be as effective but it sure will get the job done. If you are very serious about your work and use the tools on a daily basis a higher quality tool may be right for you. Overall not bad, this is always my first choice for a hardware store because they pretty much everything and good prices.

Love this place. Good quality tools at a price that wont make your wallet scream. If your the weekend handyman or car tinkering type of person, the tools here are perfect for you. I have outfitted my garage with a majority of the tools from here. When I moved I bought moving blankets and other supplies from here and it was way cheaper than anywhere else. I do recommend that if you do a lot of shopping here you get the rewards card.

This hardware store has the *best* selection for any store of its size. No, really, I challenge you to find a place thats got as much of a fantastic selection in such a small space. Good hours and very reasonable prices, plus helpful staff and if you go in person, its definitely faster than ordering stuff off Amazon.

Was out of the item I was shopping for. As a matter of fact I was willing to buy any corded sander they had but they had 0 corded Sanders.Wasted trip.

The store in itself is ok but the customer service by the woman cashier was pretty bad. It was like she didn’t want my people in there. I’m not one to pull the race card either. You can tell the difference by the customer service she gave her type of people compared to mine. Never again.

I cant recommend most of their tools, but if you are buying things that are more disposable, or for light use, then this is a great place to get tools. They are but far the cheapest place, they take coupons on top of their already cheap prices, and they have great customer service. I usually get a few things here, that are good enough for my purposes, that I dont need quality for.

I enjoy Harbor Freight. They have some pretty good deals but you have to know your stuff pretty well. I have had success with lots of hand tools, drill bits, got a pretty decent compressor and more. Again, know what you are looking for and you can get some really nice deals.

Great place to find specialty tools. Theyre cheap but readily available to purchase. As long as your not a full time mechanic that will need to use them all day everyday, you should be good to go. Most of their Pittsburgh hand tools have lifetime warranty. Others are 90 days from the date of purchase.

Personally, this harbor freight is smaller than the one in Franklin Park. With that said this store is very clean, the staff are polite and helpful. For the most part, they usually have everything in stock.

This place is like IKEA but with tools. The hand tools are great most guaranteed for life. They get the job done. You will walk through the isles, and no matter the tool for the job, you will be able to afford it. Its very satisfying that these tools are priced in a way that inspire you to build repair and what not, as a big part of any project are the tools.I generally have had a good experience with the equipment I got there. There is always a 20% off coupon somewhere out there to use, and often they give you a nice free gift with your purchase. Some of the tools are not at the professional level, but they will get you through your project and then some.

Bea was a great help, patient and informative. I regret buying from home depot. Every tool is less expensive. Try and become ITC member. Well worth 29 dollars a year.

Everything youd expect at a Harbor Freight store, the standard layout, well stocked, well organized, informed courteous staff. You should never pay full price, 20 and sometimes 25% off coupons can be found everywhere. Plus a nice big parking lot.

OK: You need to understand what this place is; and is not. Some very good deals on tools. Others, not so much. What do I purchase? The webbing tie down straps. The boxes of mixed parts. The sorter trays. Some tool storage cases. One simulated leather tool roll. Some of the socket sets, some drill bits. The surge protectors.Is this place cheap? Absolutely. Quality? that is a gray area. Anything expensive, check the reviews. Anything with a motor, probably a good idea to get the service agreement.

Love this place! Staff knows their store very well & can state the location of any item they sell. Tool quality is so much better than Snap-On and Matco. Life-time warranty also, at 1/3 the price! Harbor Freight decimates those overpriced tool trucks that never have what you need in stock. Long live Harbor Freight. :-)

Called midday to confirm they had the item I needed. Was told they had 3, plus a bunch of others. Arrived and they didnt have any but the display. They refused to sell me the display.
