My husband and I over the years have both had our cars taking here for them to be serviced, and our rating would have been three or four stars until about the last year or so, and let me explain why. I had purchased a car that had some issues, and the first major thing that I needed to get replaced was my fuel pump, which is a pretty major fix. I had then, not even a year later, left for college with this same car. A few months later, I was at the gas station and had just filled up, and my car wouldnt start. I had to get my car towed to a service center in my college town, and they had informed me that my fuel pump was the issue. I had not even gotten my fuel pump a year prior to when I was told this, and I had to get it fixed again because Tires Plus didnt do it right. My husband had also taken his car to Tires Plus for a tune up, and to get his timing belt replaced. His car recently began to have some issues, so he took it into the shop. He got an itemized inspection sheet within the last 24 hours (today is May 4th, 2021) that stated that his timing belt was not equipped. If you need something quick done like an oil change or a tire rotation, go to Belle Tire or Discount Tire. They are far better at servicing than this place. If you need body work done, I am almost positive that the Fishers Belle Tire location has a full body mechanic on staff, and I guarantee you that he is 10x more qualified than all of the employees at Tires Plus combined.I am so disappointed in the service and the quality of work done to my car. I have never been happier to live across the state, because I honestly would rather total my car than ever take my car back to them ever again.

Called to confirm my appointment tomorrow with Sam, who was not helpful or nice. He stated that I had no appointment. This is the 2nd time in 1 week that I have called to confirm and somehow, there is no appointment. I called and spoke to the store manager last week - Randy who supposedly made my appointment for my Jeep tomorrow. I have an issue with my Jeep that needs attention - I am afraid to drive on it. And Sam acted like he could care less. Always have brought my car here - but looks like I may have to move on. Very disappointed. One appointment, I can see...but TWO?

I went in for a break job first thing in the morning for what I thought was a repair on absolutely terrible breaks . 2-3 hours later they had a complete inspection done and had pricing for not only what I came in for but also another thing that was troubling my vehicle (which I had noticed but wasnt as immediate of a problem as my breaks at the time). They completed all services within 3-4 hours. The pricing was reasonable and the customer service was exceptional. Both employees I interacted with, I could be wrong with his name but Randy who I assume is apart of management was extremely to the point with the diagnosis and pricing which I admire and Collette, were very professional and customer oriented. Overall the pricing was more than fair and the service done was exactly as expected. Well deserving of a 5/5.

Took my truck in to have the transmission replaced (which they said they could do). Was verbally quoted a Jasper transmission but never sent a written estimate. A week later, I called for status and was told that the transmission missed the shipping truck but would go out the next day and that I should check back later in the week.Waited a few days and went into the shop to again check status. Was told transmission was on a truck but they didnt know where it was or when it would show up. Told to check back mid-week.Another few days go by (by this time, theyve had my truck for two full weeks) and I called for status. Again, told it was on the truck but they didnt know where it was or when it would show up. The manager was out that day and I asked to have him call me when he came in.10 minutes later, my phone rings and its the manager. He tells me the same story about the transmission being on a truck somewhere and even though they had a tracking number, he couldnt tell me where it was or when it would be delivered. I then asked him if it was a Jasper transmission like he verbally quoted me and he said no, it was some other brand he couldnt remember and it was being shipped from New Hampshire or New Jersey or something. I told him I had a hard time believing it takes two weeks for a truck to get here from New Jersey and he told me that he didnt need my business and I could come pick up my truck today if I wanted. So thats exactly what I did. When I showed up, they couldnt find my key so they went out to the lot to look in my truck. The door wasnt locked so it appears that they left my truck sitting on their lot for two weeks completely unlocked.Luckily, I had brought a spare key so I just told them to call me if they found my key. 24 hours later, no call so Im leaving this review. Not sure if anyone else has had as bad an experience as I did but if they dont want my business, I sure as hell wont be back.

We dropped a vehicle off on Sunday to have 2 tires replaced with ones we had bought for 200$. 3 full days later they finally have the vehicle finished after forgetting multiple times to get the work done as they had promised with their word from another employee Jason. Now, after paying another 100$ for labor (that shouldnt have been charged) for it actually being completed, we have waited a total 3 days, paid 300$ for the most run-around service you could think to have. On top of that, having your job jeopardized because of lack of transportation and reschedule doctors appointments. The manager in charge Nate was the only one who has tried correcting this problem, and we were appreciative. So thank you Nate for taking care of the situation after all the trouble.

Let me start by saying I never leave a negative review, but I want people to be aware of what they are doing without notifying customers. I went in with my 2014 Ford Explorer to get an oil change. There is a metal guard under the engine that you have to remove to change the oil. Apparently when they went to put the guard back on they couldnt figure out how to twist the screws to get the guard to hold. So they zip tied the back of the guard and the front of the guard was falling down and un-screwed. Literally the entire 4 ft metal guard was being held on by one zip tie. No one informed me and I only noticed as I was about 50 ft from my vehicle and could see the piece hanging down. I have been a Tires Plus customer for over 10 years but I wont be going back.

So let me tell start off by saying, I had a simple tune up and I told them that (check engine light-cylinder 6 misfire). The Tires Plus on 38th and Lafayette Rd told me they dont have the qualified tech to do engine type work but Noblesville location did. I appreciated that. Took my daughters new car purchase to that location. Told the manager I was recommended and the work that was needed. After 24 hours, was told come not find the source of the check engine light and would not be charged. Picked up the vehicle up the next morning and vehicle was in worst condition that i gave it to them. My daughters car ran rough, would not accelerant pass 40 mph and started to smoke. She was in tears Mom what did they do to my car. Not to mention they left the sky roof open all night outside for possible theft. Called Tires Plus advised of the situation and asked them what did they do and told them this was a simple tune up. I was told that all they did was hook it up to a computerized machine and ran through a series of test and they did nothing and maybe that this a problem that will get worst. Get worst sitting!!??? They offer no help or assistance with the current situation of the vehicle. We took the vehicle to the actual dealership...who guess what said the same thing I told Tires Plus in Noblesville on Mercantile Blvd...Spark Plugs Coils and Wires....So not only do you not have qualified techs....your rude...didnt offer any assistance to my daughter and I...now you lost business...closing my account...this post is out there...I network...I have a big mouth and people listen :)

Staff has always been great, helpful, and professional. Quick to get me in and get me taken care of. Their pricing is extreme. Labor charges are high. I needed to replace my thermostat and is housing unit. When looking up parts online, one could get them for $100, my bill today was $600. $100 of that involved flushing and replacing coolant, which $65 of that was a labor charge. If this was needed to replace my thermostat, why is that not part of the labor for replacing my thermostat? They told me the inspection was $10 (which was listed as a courtesy check) but there was an additional $21.99 added for “vehicle inspection”, so why not tell people it’s $30? Seems sneaky. Unfortunately when paying, you have to electronically sign that you verbally consented to anything that changed-this is happening while your card is already inserted in their credit card terminal and you don’t receive an itemized statement until your payment has processed.

I took my car to change four tires and have alignment done on it. At first, they were going to charge me $1050, but they reduced it to $774 to compete with another tire store who offered me a low price. Two hours later, they called me saying that they couldn’t do alignment on the left driver side unless I change the strut and recommended me to change both front struts which would cost around $900. I bought my Honda Civic Si brand new four years ago, it has only 42,000 miles on it. There is no way the strut gone bad already. So, I took it to Honda dealer, they said the strut is fine, nothing wrong with it, the vehicle just needs an alignment. Later, I took to tire barn, they also said the strut is fine and the vehicle needs only alignment. After that was done, there is no vibration or pulling left. I called corporate and told them about my situation. A day later I was refunded for what I spent at Honda dealer and tire barn. They are dishonest and want to scam you, I hope you won’t go to them after reading this.

Im never going back to tires plus. seriously, this place needs to get shut down, or sued. Had a flat tire one day, and had to drive it down there with a flat. already knew the tire was toast. As soon as I got there, the mean lady started saying the wrong one was flat. ( the flat tire was torn to shreds). I told her the other tire was tire one that needed fixed. She pretended to be oblivious to that.I give her my car and go to work across the street. I get a call 10 minutes later. all four tires need changed, and by the way, your tie rods are shot. I knew she was lying when she said that, because I had just gotten one replaced not but a month ago. excellent tread and everything .I asked her what a tie rod was just to see her reaction. she didnt even know. so she puts me on hold and goes to ask her mechanic. she comes back and tells me what it was and that the outer ones needed changed. and then after that, they would need to do an alignment.I tell them just to put on the new tire because I didnt have much time to pay for every which service. she argues with me, and wouldnt take no for an answer. finally they put the new tire on.I took it to my buddy whos a mechanic, and he tells me that my tie rods are fine. I did need an alignment and a balancing only because I had new and old tires together. they were trying to milk me for every service they could get.

God awful. I was a mechanic for three years... I never take any car of mine to a shop. Brother has a 2008 trailblazer with 260k miles. I put a 2 inch leveling kit on it. In the process I replaced upper and Lower ball joints, struts and shocks. Took it here to get aligned... they called me and said that the shocks on the vehicle were original parts and that they have never been replaced. They wanted to replace all shocks and struts. I just replaced those literally less than 4 days before bringing it to them. They didn’t even check, they just assumed. Tried quoting me a price of like $1400 for something I had just done four days before. Do not take your car here. They are absolute garbage. Not to mention, now the steering wheel is very far to the left while driving straight. You are literally the reason mechanics have such a bad reputation.

Long story short - they are friendly, but the service is hit or miss.My boyfriend took in my car to have the rear brakes done, and they did a fantastic job at a relatively low cost. Even sent my boyfriend home with a $25 rebate so we could save some more money.I went alone for an oil change a month or two later, and asked for them to do an inspection on the car while they had it. I came out with a $2,300 estimate which included ALL NEW struts because they were leaking... and cabin air filters... And they made it out like the struts needed to be done relatively fast or else it would cause more problems.I had my suspicions about the struts, and even the costs for parts and labor... So I looked up how much it would cost for me to buy the exact parts myself, and their markup is insane. I mean, I understand its a business, but it seemed a little crazy. To make a long story short, I spent $18 (after tax) at Auto Zone and replaced the cabin air filters in the parking lot in under 5 minutes. Then I took my car to Honda and they told me my struts are absolutely fine. Soooo... I wont be going back to Tires Plus.

A BIG THANK-YOU to the team at Tires Plus in Noblesville, Indiana. Last week I had travelled to Noblesville from Toronto, Canada for a baseball tournament.I was about 8.5 hours from home when my transmission coolant line broke spilling a large amount of transmission fluid. My truck was no longer drive-able and had to be towed. I had called 6 repair shops Friday afternoon including the local FORD dealership. All were reluctant to have a look at my vehicle or were closed on the next day (Saturday). All of those repair shops failed to recognize a customer service opportunity! The local FORD dealership apparently only does oil changes and small repairs on Saturday and never stepped up to help me get back home.By 8:30am the next morning, Tires Plushad ordered my part, and had me back on the road by 3:00pm. I drove home safely on Sunday night without any issues. The truck was properly repaired at a very reasonable price. Thank-you to the team at Tires Plus Noblesville for taking care of me and my family.Keep Smiling!

Only giving 1 star because you have to include the review. In September, 2013, I took my vehicle to this location for an oil change. They changed the oil and I was on the road in a half an hour or so. Unfortunately, one week later the oil light started coming on sporadically. The following week, it was still an issue, so I took it back to them to look at. The mechanic looked at it and told me it wasnt anything they did to take it back to the dealership. The car had less than 8000 miles at that time! The employee there told me it was either electronic or an oil pressure issue. I took it to the dealership yesterday and was told the following in WRITING.The oil change place OVER FILLED the oil and the dealership had to do a NEW OIL CHANGE and clean the OIL CONNECTOR which was covered with oil due to the fact Tires Plus over filled the oil. It is written all over the place, DO NOT overfill the OIL. I am no mechanic, but back when I changed my own oil, I NEVER over filled it. Now, I cant get any one from Tires Plus to call me back. I do have the statement in writing from the dealership and just want a refund.I will never go back and will make sure I relay my experience here to everyone I know.

I laughed when they said it would cost over 1600.00 including random repairs that had nothing to do with the problem or a water pump for that matter.I was waiting for hours and heard the front desk associate try to sell multiple people a new water pump. So I would highly recommend listening to them talk to other customers to see if they are trying to up sell others on the same services to meet their quota fot the month. He is the manager of the Tires Plus store in Noblesville, IN. I was referred to Randy by a friend, and now I see why.I took my truck to Tires Plus to get a set of tires, tie rod ends and an alignment. Randy gave me a VERY good deal. On the way home I noticed a vibration from about 54-60 MPH that was not there before so I took it back. They had some other returns and found that their balancer was out of adjustment and had since been repaired. They rebalanced all 4 wheels/tires and said that should take care of it. I drove the truck about 2 miles and took it back again. The problem was still there. They went through all 4 tires again and told me that it looked like one of my wheels was bent. With the tire spinning it looked like there was about ½ of runout.I took the truck to Mr. Wheel in Fortville, IN. They checked the wheels and told me they were not bent. I go back to Randy, he asked me to give him a couple of days to get another set of tires in so he could change any or all that might be causing the problem (these tires are not a stock item for him). I took the truck back to him a couple of days later and left it. He changed, mixed, and matched the most “perfect” of the 8 tires and did a “Force Balance” on the tires this time. The vibration was still there. Next step, check the drive train. By the way, I forgot to mention they went next door and rented a 2016 Dodge Ram, brought it over to the shop, took the wheels and tires off of it and put them on my truck. Took a test drive and the vibration was still there. They dropped the drive shaft and found a stiff/bad U-joint. Replaced the U-joint and sent the drive shaft to be balanced. Put it all back together and the vibration was still there. They found the intermediate and short shaft on the right side of the front differential had excessive play in it. So thinking that might be the problem they drained the fluid to look at what would be needed to repair and the fluid had a lot of metal content so Randy said, “All things considered a remanufactured front differential might be the way to go.” They went ahead and dropped the differential out of the truck. Out of curiosity Randy decided to drive it (4WD doesn’t need the front diff to be drivable). The vibration was still there and the pieces in question werent even on the truck. They dropped that idea, changed the bearings and fluid and put it back together. Drove it and the vibration was still there (naturally).Next they went to the rear differential and opened it up. Normal wear and tear on the bearings but replaced them anyway. Flushed everything, refilled with new fluid and test drove. Vibration still there.Flushed the transmission and then dropped the pan, replaced the filter and topped off the fluid. At the same time they drained, flushed and refilled the transfer case. In other words they have now serviced every component in the drive train. The vibration is still there.Randy called me and said, “I’m at a loss. I don’t know what else to do. I guess you can come and get your truck.” Well, I wasn’t too upset because I felt that he had went above and beyond normal expectations trying to fix the problem so I went back yesterday evening to pick it up. They were very apologetic about having the truck for 3 days and not being about to get rid of the vibration. Naturally I ask what my total was and I was told, “You brought your truck to me to fix a problem. I tried everything I knew to try and I couldn’t fix it. It’s not fixed so, YOU DON’T OWE US ANYTHING! They had done well over $1,000 worth of work including parts and labor, but still refused to take my money. How often do you hear of anything like that now days?THANK YOU RANDY! You and your team prove there IS still good in people.

THE MANAGER ROLLED HER EYES AT ME!!My kids and husband and I waited 90 minutes past our appointment time just for them to tell us they dont have brake light covers in stock and to come back in a week when they get the part ordered. Even tho I asked if they had the part before I made the appointment. When I said no thanks weve waited long enough. I just need my keys back, the manager rolled her eyes at me and had us wait until she finished with another customer before she even went to the back to ask someone to bring the car around. Rude, lack of respect for the customers, unprofessional...

Even though my family lives in Noblesville, we always went to the Castleton location of Tires Plus because of the manager. He treated us fairly on any service or issue we had. That manager left and the location suffered from it so we felt there was no sense in going that far with a location in Noblesville. After three visits to this location, I would advise you to go elsewhere for you automotive service needs. The General Manager there is only worried with meeting monthly bonus quotas and it shows in his staff. Always pushing for other services you did not request, constantly trying to get you to buy a service you already have with them such as lifetime alignment, and they tend find issues with your vehicle even when it is only a year old.On the exterior, the staff seems friendly enough but after you tell them no thank you on services, their shine shuts off and they treat you as though you are third class on the Titantic as it is sinking.

I went there after getting a flat tire. They told me that it could not be repaired and I had to buy a new tire Cheapest tire they had was $207. I took my tire and went to discount tire where they repaired my tire and did not charge me. Never going to Tires plus they try to take advantage and are dishonest.
