I bought a 2003 Lincoln Town Car from this dealership in 2021. From the initial inquiry to the keys being handed over took only 2 - 3 days. Sam and Zach worked even when the dealership was closed to get me the documentation that I needed. I was more than excited to purchase a β€œnew to me” car! I’ve been looking for a new car for awhile and have dealt with a lot of shady dealers adding surcharges and fees that make no sense. I brought my Tucson here shortly after purchasing it at another dealer. I worked with Dan Zettel and honestly hes the reason for all 5 stars. Dan treated me very well and with patience and kindness through the difficulties with my car. He bent over backwards to make sure that not only both my car and I were taken care of. He truly advocated for me no matter how busy the service center was and always had good intentions. Dan needs both a promotion and a raise and it will be because of him that I return.

I bought a mini coupe earlier this week and I can say it was a very easy and chill process. As this is my fifth car purchase I am a seasoned car buyer and this was one of the best places to deal with. My husband and I were treated very well where as the dealer we went to prior ignored us because of our age we think. My sales person was Rob O’Brien and he was very pleasant to work with throughout the whole experience, we test drove two other cars they had as well both without a sales person with us. All throughout the buying process we were kept informed and they made sure we knew everything about the β€œdeal” like our terms and payments and what not, very plain and simple and with no hidden fees. They actually made a small clerical mistake on my paperwork when they sent it to the bank to get me financed and they could have just fixed it and sent it again without ever telling me but they made sure to tell me what happened and how they were going to resend it and got the problem fixed and didn’t try and hide it all, overall a very good and honest experience definitely will be buying my husbands car here as well. Thanks guys!

I been getting my vehicle serviced here for the last 2 years. Everyones super friendly and the waiting area has huge windows looking out at the service bays. Not like some other places where they keep your vehicle hidden from your view. Never trust places like that.Their service is superb and I recommend them 100%.

They weee determined to find out where the noise was coming from in my car. They kept me informed. They were diligent and determined. I appreciate all of them. Service department completely messed up oil change on 2020 Tucson. Complete lack of communication and organization between technicians and manager. I wouldn’t trust these guys with a repair if they can’t get an oil change right. Beware. In the end they were polite and apologized. But I’m still wary.

I went to the dealership in the morning to drive a van. We were a bit off on price. The van needed a timing belt and water pump. So, the dealer was supposed to get with the original owner to verify IF the water pump had been done. We already verified it hadnt been done at the previous dealership.Anyway, they asked for some time to verify with the previous owner; they were going to call me back that day. I never received a call so I called them around 5pm. They hadnt gotten any information but said they would knock $500 off the selling price. I told him we would be on our way. About thirty minutes later the salesman called and said, Sorry, we just sold the van.Bad business...

Horrible experience. My vehicle has been burning oil since 50K. I have been in 4 times for an oil consumption test, which means you have to bring your vehicle in every 1000 miles 4 separate times for them to check the level. Generally 30-45 mins+ each visit. This is a very well known problem with this particular vehicle (Tucson) yet instead of doing what a reputable business would do (replace the junk engine), they continue to band aid the situation with consumption tests and a $460 fix that I would be on the hook for? Whats impressive is when you tell them you will never own another Hyundai and the service center representative tells you that it wont hurt his feelings. That is awesome. I mean if I ever wanted someone to represent my business, it would be the guy who says it wont hurt his feelings if I never own another one of his vehicles. Good grief, nice work Terry Lee Hyundai.

Initially went here to look at the 2021 Genesis GV80 3.5T Advanced +. They did not have any in stock, but my husband and I still asked to test drive the 2.5 they did have, just so we could get a feel for the vehicle. This was my first time being in one, so I had a lot of questions. The salesman seemed very disinterested, and almost annoyed at my questions. A lot of the answers he provided to my questions, I found out later, were completely wrong. It got to the point where I became uncomfortable even asking any questions at all. As we were leaving, the manager stated they would be getting a 3.5T Advanced+ in on Thursday, so the salesman took my number and stated he would call me when it came in so we could come back and look at it. Once my husband and I were back in our own car, I told him he’s not going to call. Sure enough, Thursday rolls around and no call from the Salesman. My husband looks on their website and sees that the 3.5T Advanced+ is in fact at the dealership. I go back on Saturday to take a look at it, go in the dealership and the same salesman is the only one in there. He looks at me and doesn’t even speak to me. No acknowledgment at all. I walk back out and wait for another salesman, who is finishing up with another customer. Once he finishes, he immediately walks up and says hello and asks if he can help (much like a salesman should). I explain what has happened, and he grabs the keys and shows me the car. He cleared up all of the previous things that I was told incorrectly, and was just great all around. I very much feel like the first salesman thought either I wasn’t serious about buying, or he figured I couldn’t afford it. Either way, it was disrespectful on so many levels. Because of that, I couldn’t in good faith spend my money there. I’m not going to spend it where it’s not wanted. When I decided to pull the trigger, I went with Ray Skillman in Avon. On Saturday I purchased a 2021 Genesis GV80 3.5T Advanced+ with 49 miles on it. Their customer service was top notch from the beginning from every person who worked there, not just 1 salesman, but everyone. I think maybe some customer service training may benefit Terry Lee Hyundai.

I had a great experience while purchasing my first brand new Sonata SEL Plus. My salesman Zak had an immediate answer for every question. He was very attentive with making me feel comfortable and informed. I think he had my car cleaned twice just to insure i would be satisfied. Due to my weird schedule, I have only been able to communicate with my dealer only via email. David always replied fast and has been patience for two weeks. I dont even know where to begin! I called my bank Monday at 10 a and was approved for a car. Called Terry Lee and picked a car out online. Got a call hours later saying the car was turned into a loaner but I could still purchase if I wanted to. I said ok as long as its not too many miles on it. I never got the car on Monday because they never had the car returned. So here it is Tues. I call to see whats going on. They say it will be back at 4p come in at 5. I drive an hr to get the car and it wasnt there. Im upset at this point! I pick another car out that was a few hundred more and they wouldnt match price even thoughI ve been inconvinced for 2 days now. I drove back home an hr without a car. They also tacked 2 things onto my tab without my authorization. I let them know that I didnt ask for them and they said they automatically come on the car. A dint protection and flashy tail lights. Thats unfair for me to pay for that when I didnt ask for it. I was approved for car on Monday morning. Here it is Wed and I still dont have a car. Bad business and greed!

Outstanding, Professional, and Friendly Staff. Great buying experience.We had been researching vehicles for awhile and decided to test drive a Santa Fe. We checked Terry Lee Hyundai web site. They had a good selection and we found two that we liked. This was on a Saturday after the dealership was closed but we sent a message to see if our top choice was still available. We expected an answer the next business day. Very shortly after the message was sent we received an answer that this vehicle had been sold.Shortly after the first message Sam sent a message with information about two similar vehicles we may like. He provided the stock numbers and descriptions. It was a nice weekend so we went out Sunday and looked around the lot at all the Santa Fes. We found one that Sam had suggested and liked it.We sent Sam a message to see about setting up a test drive (again expecting to hear from him the next Business day). Shortly after we sent the message we received a reply saying he would set it up and contact us Monday.On Monday we arrived at the agreed upon time and was greeted at the door and they called Sam. Sam had everything ready and in a few minutes we were on our way for the test drive.We really liked the Vehicle but had another appointment so we set up a time the next day to discuss the deal.We returned on Tuesday and discussed the trade in and payment options etc. . We agreed to the terms of the deal very shortly after that. No high pressure, no you have to talk to my manager etc .etc.. It was all very professional.We agreed to the terms and then talked t0 Stephanie about the payment. We then setup a date for delivery.I returned and everything was prepared. Within a few minutes all the details were finalized. Sam took us out to the vehicle and spent all the time necessary to go over all the features and answer any questions.I have never had the type of Friendly Professional dealings at any dealership before.We really Like our new Santa Fe.Thank you Sam, Stephanie and all the staff at Terry Lee HyundaiJerry Weikel

I tried unsuccessfully to schedule service(flat tire) for my new Genesis GV80 vehicle .As a genesis owner they promote the Valet service . The dealer is supposed to be take online scheduled service and come to you and pick up your vehicle and leave you with a like vehicle while they preform the maintenance. I tried this 2 times unsuccessfully with TLHG. No response no pick up. I called and had to leave a message with service and 24 hours later no call back. Called again this morning and left another message. Im moving on to another dealer. They have along way to go to provide the customer experience as Genesis is trying to enter the luxury vehicle space . Dealers interactions like this doesnt help the cause for the brand.

Terry Lee Hyundai had a vehicle I liked after much searching. Drove all the way from Chicago to see it under near blizzard conditions. Then during negotiations weird excuses made as it’s under a recall and can’t be driven off today etc etc. Nevertheless we were negotiating a price and next day the salesperson vanished. I called and asked and he was not available. Two days later calls me saying that car was sold. So all this time I was being played and my valuable time wasted as I am so busy in my COVID units. And drove three hours to see it. Then he had nerve to send me a link to another used car 8k over the car we are were initially looking at. Asked the salesperson if you had another client why could you not let me know and I was told β€˜ I forgot’.These are the experiences that make car buying distasteful and this dealer named terry lee has his names smattered on billboards saying call me direct and we will give u tlc.Utter joke of a dealership and PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNSCRUPULOUS AND DISHONEST PEOPLE.

I bought a new 2020 Santa Fe from this dealership and traded in my old 2012 Santa Fe. I was trying to get a decent price on my trade in, but my sales rep, the manager and car inspector all talked to me and said my SUV had too much damage and they would take it straight to auction. My SUV had under 100,000 and other than a few dings on the side was in good shape. However, they went through this whole script about how they had to call one of their guys at the auction place and he would take it for no more than $1,800. They just kept hitting home about how my car is basically useless to them and its going straight the auction. Well a few days later my trade in shows up on their website (same VIN) for $9,000 and is on their lot to sell to potential buyers. That doesnt seem like the auction to me? And that sure is some profit since Terry Lee Hyundai bought my SUV for $1,800 and is now selling it on their website for $9,000. Anyways, be careful with the people here as they lie to you about your cars worth and try to jip you. Im sure I will get some bogus response to this review just like every other negative review that was left. I would not recommend buying from Terry Lee Hyundai especially if you have a trade in.

I would give 3.5 stars if that were an option. Not necessarily the friendliest and warmest customer service experience Ive ever had, but at the end of the day, I got what so far seems like a good deal on a good car that was certified and still under warranty. The car I initially wanted turned out to have just been sold. Ok, whatever, that happens. But they had the exact same model (year, trim, color, mileage) for sale at nearly the same price, so not a huge deal. It was certified, but there was a small but fairly deep scratch on the back bumper. Maybe certified doesnt mean perfect, I dont know. It wasnt enough of a big deal to keep me from wanting the car, just a bit of a bummer. I had some circumstances and constraints that made the financing and titling part of the process a bit more cumbersome than usual, which they accommodated but were a bit salty about. But whatever, the important part is that its a good car, and having done quite a bit of looking around online, I know that it was a very good price, so none of the other stuff matters all that much.

So, when my 2002 Santa Fe became more trouble to repair than it was worth, we started our search for a β€œnew to me” one at Terry Lee Hyundai.Dylan and Stephanie were great. Stephanie made what was the most anxiety producing part of the experience for me (loan paperwork) fun, and not only got us a lower rate than we expected, she also found me a 10 year/100k warranty. One of the worst car experiences ever!! Wanted to purchase/lease a 2021 Kona and was happy with the color, options, and trade-in offer for my vehicle.Problems started with sales person not verifying the vehicle was ready to be driven off the lot. Didn’t run through any checklist(s), didn’t have a full tank of gas as stated on the sticker, all four tires were under inflated by 8-10 psi, and car a very distinct smell that I can only liken to a fish smell.Returned car next day to get fuel capped off and a few days later after realizing tire pressure was low.Apparently, having low air pressure in smaller tires increases the tire’s risk for an β€œimpact bubble”, which one tire had, and had to be replaced. Of, course had the tire not been under inflated when I drove it off the lot, there’s a high likelihood there wouldn’t have been an β€œimpact bubble” since the vehicle was never driven over any potholes.Brought the vehicle back again to have the odor investigated. At least one service associate concurred that an odor was present so the vehicle went under β€œozanation” process (don’t ask me about the spelling as that’s how it’s spelled on their receipt). Unfortunately, this didn’t fix the issue and the odor is still quite apparent, unless you’re the store manager or service manager and you purposely choose to ignore the odor.So, if you’re in the market for a new or used car, steer clear of Terry Lee Hyundai in Noblesville. I hate saying that as I’m a true believer in supporting businesses in your city, but these guys are the worst.

I had a great used car experience here yesterday! Thanks to Sam ho helped with the purchase but everyone was friendly and helpful from the welcome to the finance guy.. We scheduled a time to test drive, Sam confirmed in advance that the car was on the lot and he had it cleaned and pulled around with a confirmation text 3 hours before our scheduled time. I drove it and bought it and was in and out in 2 hours flat. Great experience, thank you!!

The staff are very friendly and willing to help. My one con this time was that there was a customer in the waiting room who was watching a show on her phone with no headset and it was loud and disturbing.

Both my saleswoman and finance woman were excellent. Laura in particular did an excellent job explaining everything about the car. Her knowledge of competitive products was impressive. Her follow up after my initial visit was sincere and not insultingly overbearing. The finance person worked hard with my recently and quickly improved credit to get me the 1.9% financing, without which I would have bought a Cadillac XT6..... I get employee pricing and 0% financing on Cadillacs.

Not only did I have a bad experience, their responses to their bad reviews is repulsing. They were overly kind when I was looking at a new vehicle. When I decided that it would be more practical to look at a used vehicle, I felt shut down. They only offered me $500 for my car, while another dealership offered me thousands more. The dealer told me to sign a paper and I had to ask, what am I signing? He said to agree to the pricing and move forward. Glad I asked because I never even said I would move forward. While I was there things seemed fishy, by the time I got home and had a chance to think about what he said to me, i knew I wouldnt buy from them. The first gentleman we worked with was nicer, but the man we ended up with was quite pushy and said some hurtful things. When he offered me $500 for my car he said they just dont hold their value, I mean really, what would you pay for it? Um, sir, I paid 12,000 for it when I bought it. So obviously I valued it more than just $500. There were things said that I didnt really appreciate. If you have to say no offense before saying something, you probably shouldnt say it, just a tip. Also, no need to respond to my review, especially if its going to sound like the other responses and point a finger back at me.

He was happy to answer all my questions without even a hint of annoyance. Hes a great person to talk to. But he didnt single handedly make my experience better. Another man named Ace also assisted me. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. I wouldnt even speak to anyone else there. Those two are will make sure you have the easiest ride to getting a new car. I 100% believe you can get a car from them with no shady practices attached.

On February 28, 2020 I had the opportunity to receive in my hands the transportation that would help me build my dreams. The features I was looking for were that it had to be 1) reliable and 2) cheap. I was not looking for color or the latest technology, only that it allowed me to study and work. After searching several places without success, I had the opportunity to contactJason Abbott, I can say that he had a lot of patience in understanding what I was looking for and in explaining that I could get a modern car with the same monthly payment that I was looking for.Important fact that I want to share is that he was the first of many salesperson that without knowing if it was going to be approved by the bank or investigating my credit, he based the car selection based on my budget.I appreciate that he did not asked me 10 times if I was sure that my credit score was or like a representative from another place said, that I will not mention, that if my ID was real because it said I was 30 years old and it didnt seem like it. So Jason Abbott was not only patience, but also respectful. Yes, my experience was exhausting, and I hope you now understand my mindset and why Jason Abbott took a lot of patience. Perhaps reading this could sounds unusual, but this was my unforgettable day, a day full of tension, stress, frustration and inexplicable joy. Even today I look at the car and I cant believe I have in my possession a 2016 Elantra (certified) with backup camera.I am extremely grateful to Jason Abbott and the Hyundai staff for making me feel like I have invested in an excellent car.

I contacted Terry Lee Hyundai about possibly purchasing my car after receiving an email that they were in need of used cars. After speaking with the salesperson, I was given a price subject to inspection. When I went to the dealership for inspection, I immediately felt pressured after telling them I had already ordered a vehicle from another dealership. The salesperson commented that they are basically the same thing. But thats not what bothered me. After having my vehicle inspected by three men, I was approached by the used car manager, Joe, who told me he was no longer interested in purchasing my vehicle because he had a sneaking suspicion that it had been in deep water. Not only was this an insult considering that I have always well maintained my car, but the fact that he would suggest that I had lied to them was very unprofessional. Even if this is what he suspected, I would never expect a business to treat their customer this way. I would not recommend Terry Lee Hyundai to anyone that expects professionalism. This was not my first negative interaction with them. Months earlier, I had spoken to another salesperson whom Id had contact with several times regarding a new vehicle. This gentleman was supposed to see what could be done on a lease and get back with me. I never heard back from him. Thank you, Terry Lee, for pushing me to a Kia dealership! I am anxiously awaiting my new Telluride.

None of them were pushy, we didnt feel pressured into buying and they were honest. They answered all of our questions and didnt rush anything at all. Honestly the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Ive bought a number of them over the years and used to be in the business. Our salesperson, Sam, was extraordinarily courteous. Did exactly what he said, followed up and followed through, and treated us with tremendous respect at every step in the process. Ace, the Used Car Sales Director, was direct and definitely went the extra mile. It means a lot when I say, there were no surprises. And Stephanie, the Business Manager, handled her role with just as much professionalism and courtesy as everyone else in the dealership. We had called to inquire about a specific car we found online. The service department staff is very helpful and friendly. I took my Elantra in to have some recalls serviced and towards the end of service they texted me asking if I’d like to have some other recommended services completed, which I couldn’t swing financially at the moment - one of the services was for my airbag light that I knew needed fixed but it wasn’t a recall so I assumed I would come out of pocket for it (almost a $400 fix). However, Cory explained to me that Hyundai had extended their airbag warranty and it could be fixed for free. I couldn’t be more grateful for them moving forward on fixing the airbag and the company’s warranty extension. They also offered to give me a ride home since it would take a little longer to fix the airbag and the woman who took me home, Sylvia, was really nice and a safe driver! Thank you all again - you guys saved me lots of stressing about it and nearly $400 on an airbag!

Went and had the oil changed and a tire rotation done on my Girlfriends 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Not only were the tires not rotated the correct way and yes I did watch. But I had a suspicion that something was not correct with the oil filter. Sure enough drove across the street to advance auto and looked for myself and the oil filter had oil all over it. When they filled the windshield washer fluid it was spilled all over the engine and the under body shield. Absolutely will never take any of cars there ever again. Poor professionalism and workmanship. They said they checked the tread depth which was never done because the numbers on the inspection sheet were not even close to being correct and did i mention I watched the whole thing and yes it was mentioned to the service rep before I left and I was told that they checked the tread depth. Never again.

Purchased a truck here and the finance department(Stephanie) lied to me to sell me some 300 dollar insurance for lost or stolen key fobs. They told me that replacing mine would be 500 or 600 dollars. So I didnt really have time to research it so I bought it assuming they were being honest. Well turns out my key fob is 20 bucks to replace on Amazon. I do actually need the key fob replaced now and I called their office three times to try and use the service just because I feel like I should on principal. They dont return phone calls everyone there acts like speaking to you on the phone is a giant inconvenience and then when they did call me back they claimed they already emailed me the information. No emails from them. This dealership is full of crooks. Do not do business with them.
