I was looking for a older Range Rover with low miles and in good condition. After a month or so of searching I found some options at World Class motors. The cars were priced good and Robert was very helpful over the phone and email. I drove in from Chicago a week later and test drove and checked the cars out. They were in good condition and Robert and team were professional and very easy to work with. I drove away and myself and the wife couldnt be happier!

I bought a 2013 Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG from world class motors. At first it seemed like it was gonna be a great experience unfortunately a great experience turned into an extremely costly nightmare. When I looked the car over before leaving the dealership everything looked good so I accepted the car. On the drive back home the check engine light popped on. When I reached out to world class motors about what this could be from they never returned my call. I took it in to a Mercedes-Benz service department and learned that it had numerous major engine oil leaks that were concealed by the bottom liner. All of this should have been caught by the shade tree mechanic they have at world class motors and fixed before they sold the vehicle. $6500 later the nightmare hasnt stopped as now there is title issues and I havent been able to get my car registered for 5 months now and they never forwarded the Colorado sales tax to Colorado so when the title work does come thru, if it ever does, it will cost me almost $4000 to register. This dealership is super shady. Dont let the nice exterior fool you. Get your car inspected before taking delivery!!!!!

Bought car 8/2020. Transmission blew 3 weeks later ($15000 replacement).They had prior knowledge of the transmission being damaged/defective. We have evidence in the form of a recorded phone call with a mechanic who is employed at world class motors. He stated that they purchased the car at auction and it had a transmission light on and it was his job to get it off. All he did was change the TCU housing but not the TCU itself. He is not an Audi certified mechanic. Audi certified experts said if done wrong accessing the housing can damage the TCU itself, which is a costly piece of hardware. Should have been listed on the Carfax but was not. I also did get an independent inspection, but dealership recommended mechanic missed engine oil leak, my mechanic states must been blind or not a mechanic to have missed. Got Inspection company refund. Lending possibly illegal they admit to kickback told me dont refinance for 6 months We had $10,000 in losses from the car, even if we deduct $2000 spent in repairs, still seeking $8000. The service contract that I didnt get that they keep waiving in my face as their defense was $7000 and they rolled it into the loan so they could compound 6.5% interest on it.I took a $10000 loss with this car and will keep moving forward to get justice if I have to go to the FTC, look into the banking sector regarding the loan practices, no stone will be left unturned. When you have an employee tell you the transmission light was on and already having problems then you buy the car and it blows then that shouldnt be my problem.Just because consumer protection bureau wont step in doesnt mean you are innocent. Lawyer clearly states its a non lemon law fraud case.

I had a horrible experience with this dealership. They approved me for financing, and after that they told me the car was mine. I then got a call 5 minutes later saying they sold it. Very unprofessional. Also when I was there the floor boards began to leak and I could see visible wood rot and mold. Please go to a reputable dealership. I purchased a car today through one and they marked the car as sold after the approved me for financing. Go somewhere else!

We purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot from World Class Motors in November. Robert made the process very easy. The windshield needed replaced and Matt ensured it was scheduled in a timely manner. They were very accommodating and provided a loaner. Were very pressed with our car.

I had done my research on the type, brand, and model I wanted. I had a unique financial situation and I was able to pay cash for the car! The car was in immaculate condition and ran fantastic. I had looked at new versions of this car, probably 10 years ago and I really liked the way it was built! I worked with Matt, Robert, and Sebastian I believe was his name and I think he is the owner. Anyway I knew what I was looking for going in, and they were outstanding to deal with and very honest! The price on the car was at the low end of acceptable price for the vehicle and I was thrilled with them. In the future, if I need a car I will not hesitate to buy from them! Outstanding!

Recently, I purchased a used car from WORLD CLASS MOTORS LLC in Noblesville, Indiana. We were able to work a deal as long as they paid to replace two tires on the car that were the wrong size and had worn out tread.This was outlined in a memorandum and signed by them and myself. The salesman (Steve P.) agreed that we could take the car to the nearest Discount Tire around my house.The salesman later starting changing his tune and avoiding my phone calls when I tried to set a date to have the tires put on. After finally answering, he asked if i could take the car to the shop, buy the tires, send him the receipt, and they would send a reimbursement check.I brought the car to the tire shop and purchased two quality tires for $350 (not including alignment and taxes). Sent the receipt to the Car dealership, and was later told I would only receive $158 because I did not purchase the same tires that were on the car (the ones that were the wrong fit and bad tread). The salesman lied to me to sale the car.I called the Discount Tire shop manager and he explained that they DID NOT carry the brand (primewell valleras) that the salesman claims that he requested. After trying to reach the salesman, he took no accountability. He referred me to a tire shop that didnt even sell the brand of tires he supposedly asked me to purchase, tires that didnt even fit the car. I would have been a hazard on the road if I even found those same pair of tires. Then proceeded to hide behind his manager (Scott).I posted the memorandum that they wrote themselves into. Not honoring a WRITTEN MEMORANDUM is about as bad as it can get. How would you expect me to buy two tires that dont even fit the car... so that I could be a hazard on the road?Ill probably end up getting a small claims court involved since they cant settle this like professionals.Steer clear of this car dealership. Pun intended.To make matters worse, they left all of the title work for my credit union to handle AND used Indiana state taxes instead of the state I live in. I have to cover the cost, of course. 2nd warning, please avoid the headache of patronizing this dealership.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership! I highly do NOT recommend this place! Mariah told me that I was approved for a very small loan for a used Mazda 3 on their lot before I drove 45 minutes to look at and drive the car! She set me an appointment for 2:30! My husband and I got there at 2:25. I walk in and find out that someone else is test driving the car and planning to come back at 5 with his wife to purchase the car!!? I should have walked out then! I was trying to be understanding though! Once we drive the car we realize that it needs a small amount of work but for a cheap driver car I was ok with that! We go in and tell the salesman that we want to buy it! He proceeded to tell me that I was not approved yet so we had to sit there for 3 hours while they tried to get me “approved”! They waited until after my employer was closed to tell me that they needed employment verification! At 5pm we walked out! I felt like I had been lied to time and time again!! Again, just asking for a tiny loan!We drove from there to Patton Automotive in Sheridan, Indiana and they had me approved and in a new car by 7:30pm and the loan with them was 3X the amount!!To sum up my frustrations... I found out when I got to work the next morning that an employment verification was never even sent to my employer!!This place is a joke and was a complete waste of my time!I’m praying that this review will save someone else the frustration that they put me through!

Bought a 2011 porsche panamera 4s for here and its a great car it had a couple issues but the dealer fixed them as soon as the parts came in. the salespeople there are great and would definately buy from them again, Matt and Robert are great people to work with there was no pressure to buy a vehicle

**Just because Ive seen people say that all the good reviews are written by the staff, Im throwing out the disclaimer that I am in no way affiliated with this lot, and I typically cant stand a car salesman!**I saw a car online that I wanted to check out so I sent an inquiry by email and was contacted pretty quickly by Logan. We decided to stop in to see it and do a test drive. Logan had the car already pulled up and ready for us when we arrived. We wanted to shop around so we didnt immediately decide on the car. I did some research and read all of the reviews I could find about this particular car lot. In all honesty, with what I read, I wasnt planning on going back. After shopping around, I decided to get back in touch with Logan to ask him some more questions about the car. We did most all of our communications through text, which most places probably wont do because they dont want record of the bs they tell you to get you to buy the car. He answered every question I had and stayed in constant contact with me until we had finished the sale. As far as service goes, I would say I was very pleased. I was disappointed that they wouldnt consider a lower offer than the asking price and the detailing of the car couldve been better, but all in all, the car seemed to be worth it so I didnt dwell on it too much. So far, (its only been 24 hours) my car is perfect! I will be updating my review down the road sometime as to the condition of the car, but I have to say that in our experience, everything went great.

My husband bought a used bmw from this dealer. A month later the water pump and thermostat went out.

Emailed and texted online didnt hear back till three days later, approved to purchase a vehicle from World Class, I am out of state and tried first thing in the morning to purchase the truck and was told it had several people interested and might sale gave my info anyway so they can talk the bank and send the bid sheet since pre-approved, couple hours later no sheet was sent I called again and had the sales man send the bid sheet apparently the first two customers did not buy the truck, then a third person came in to buy the truck the salesman then said the truck might be sold then hours later he texted and said no it did not sale and we then started to work on trying to get the truck purchased, how ever approved from by bank for that truck the dealership would not release the title until they had the funds and option 2 coming from the salesman please fill out world class finance form to get approve and go from there, So I did not to mention the plane ticket was on hold because due to the first deal and insurance was on hold as well .....after submitting the finance sheet the manager was already selling the truck to someone else while I was on the back burner / second option when really I had been dealing with them and on that vehicle most of the day and morning and knowing I was pre- approved anyways they still sold the truck. Kinda bad business-ship and not taking customers seriously, why send a customer through all that and not sell them that truck/ vehicle they wanted and to be told several times that the truck was sold..not sold ..sold...not sold, when I was solid and approved either way ! I usually dont leave reviews like this but dont keep customers waiting and having them make travel arrangements and financial plans and credits ran for nothing and not SELL I even offered money to hold !

My boyfriend found World Class Motors via Auto Trader. We drove the hour drive to Noblesville on 11-11-15 to check out the Mazda Speed3. Logan, the sales guy, was very nice and helpful. He immediately let us test drive the vehicle. Neither of us have the best credit, but Logan assured us they would be able to work something out! That was no lie. We left with the task of getting references together, getting pay stubs and bringing the car we were going to trade into them. We got all of that together and drove out 11-12-15. With the help of Michael, we were able to get financed and we drove off the lot in the Mazda Speed3! I would HIGHLY recommend World Class Motors to anyone looking for a great deal, great car and great atmosphere.

I purchased a vehicle from here almost a year ago. I have tried many times through email and phone to get someone to help. If you get an answer they sound very helpful and then never call you back. My issue is a sales tax issue. I told them I did not owe sales tax from the start. They said they were required by law to collect a bill I did not owe. Turns out I was right and now the only way to get the money back is from WCM. If they sent it to the state then they could collect it back. It is obvious by the lack of caring that is a normal practice. I will be contacting attorneys. Now they will not work with me at all. Not even respond. I guess they are in the business to collect extra money they do not deserve. So I f you buy a vehicle, take it for the rusted up northern vehicle it is, which will be quite obvious, but dont expect any service after the fact and make sure they dont collect anything extra they do not deserve no matter the excuses.4/15/2019TomI am changing to 3 star from one for the time being. They have called and are making an effort to resolve the issue. I will update to five or one depending on the outcome. It will obviously take a bit, dealing with the state. 4/21/2019Ok, over a month later and no responses to my email or phone calls. This is now a permanent 1 star review. Probably the most sophisticated runaround I have ever received. These people are professional scam artist. I went in to make a deal with a trade in and they were willing to give me 2000 on top of trade in value for my car towards a car theyve had for over a year. but when my car was out of the equation they wouldnt budge on the price. the car was obviously wrecked and had no exhaust and they still had it at exactly at fair deal value. they said they had exactly that much in it but on the history it was auctioned between four different dealers. good taste in cars but still trying to squeeze money out of people

Very happy with my experience. I had been looking for a particular vehicle that was very limited and hard to find. They had one and I decided to make the 3 hour drive to check it out. I arrived and Logan had the vehicle up front waiting on me. Being priced lower than every other one available I was suspicious of the deal being too good to be true. Logan assured me there wasnt anything wrong with the vehicle and thats how they sold a lot of cars. Michael took care of the financing and was able to beat my banks rate by 3%. There is no doubt in my mind they purposefully sold me a vehicle with known transmission and engine issues. Almost immediately after I drove the car off the lot the check engine light came on. I thought I was buying a car from a private dealer on craigslist and showed up to this place realizing it was a used auto dealer. I should have known better and had better intuition. That part is on me. However, I found the business to be shady and would absolutely not purchase a car from them again. Buyer Beware.

Car was not as advertised. Drove a considerable distance in order to look at a Mazda3 that I thought was a strong deal. Car was listed as being ding and defect free with a clean interior and no signs of previous damage. This was not the case. There was not a panel on the car that did not have a dent or ding on it. I calmly told the owner that we were frustrated and that we were upset that our time was wasted. At this point I felt that he was incredibly rude and said things like You cant expect me to believe that a person as intelligent as you are trying to act thought he was going to come down here to look at a car that was in good condition. He mocked the car I drove up in and my career. He told me that I couldnt cut it in sales and I didnt need to tell him how to run his business. When I mentioned I was still in sales and am fairly successful, he looked at the rental the body shop had provided me and said, Oh yeah, you look real successful. He also mentioned he had a lawyer on retainer to deal with People like me. He was rude, and I was shocked that he would talk to me that way and he spoke disrespectfully of my fiance. She stayed in the car because she was so frustrated that we had driven as far as we did for a car that was in such poor shape. This guy is the reason I got out of car sales. His reputation smears that of all the reputable men and women out there trying to do an honest job like the gentleman I purchased my car from the next day.Do yourself a favor and save your gas, from my experience I feel the savings arent worth the risk.

Our sales rep was very accommodating, getting us a test drive without a hard sell pitch and supplying us with the info we needed on a vehicle. The dealership has a sizable inventory including several higher end imports. We had none of the negatives I usually attribute to the used car lot experience.

I originally went in wanting to buy a Ford I found online from another dealership. The salesman helped me find an identical one for a better deal. Financing was fast, rate and terms were better than expected considering my poor credit history.

DO NOT BUY HERE. We were straight up lied to; the staff gives ‘used car salesmen’ a bad name.A price was negotiated on a car to buy and a car to sell- they didn’t honor either.They said that the car only came with one key but that they would ‘split the cost have a 2nd key cut’ for $150 but it turns out that they SOLD US THE ORIGINAL KEY (verified by the original car company, VW). They literally lied to get an extra $150. They said they would send the invoice to prove it was a newly cut key then never did after multiple follow- ups.The lowest of the lowest salesmen. They don’t even deserve 1 star...

The sale started with Lamont who played the part of a VERY helpful salesman. Ill hand it to them that Lamont tricked us, he really did trick us. Once the transaction got passed off to Kennis things really really took a plunge. Kennis was rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional in every way you could imagine. We should have terminated the sale during this, but stubbornly we continued on to buy a car we had been searching for.About two weeks after we received the car (Audi A4 Avant) the check engine light popped on. Immediately I wasnt worried, because we bought a $2500 full coverage warranty from Kennis only two weeks ago. After bringing the car into the Audi dealer things got even worse. The car was not in the condition that World Class had advertised and promised us, not even close. It turned out the turbo charger was bad and according to our local Master Audi Tech it has been bad for a while. World Class Motors disengaged the check engine light before listing the vehicle for sale knowing that once someone bought it that it would inevitably come back on. We then tried to file a claim though the warranty that Kennis sold us. After some back and fourth with the warranty company we were told that we in fact did not have the full coverage warranty we were promised and PAID for. Now we are about to hit rock bottom. We contacted World Class about this issue and they admitted to a paper work error that resulted in us not having a full warranty. After begging and pleading with the dealer they refused to help. We reached out to Kennis first who immediately wrote us off, and after some time just began to ignore any phone calls or emails from my wife and me. Lamont was next. At first Lamont answered our calls and was still fully invested in the role of the most helpful salesman. Statements like I wont leave work tonight until this is figured out or Im going to loose sleep over this were made to us. Lamont promised time and time again he was directly going to speak with the owner of World Class Motors and solve this issue for us. Well, Lamont then went off the deep end and he was never to be heard from again. We called, we called again, we emailed, we did everything. World Class Motors completely shut us out.To this day, we do not have a full coverage warranty. We came out of pocket to not only fix the turbo, but to also completely replace all of the brakes on the car that were also bad.My wife and I at the time had a 4 month old baby boy. World Class Motors simply took advantage of, and scammed an honest hard working family out of thousands of dollars. I was mad, but Im not anymore, I only hope that someone can see this review and not go through what my family and I went through because of this company. Do NOT buy a car here. Do NOT fall for their false sense of caring and security. Take your hard earned money and spend it with someone who also works hard to HELP their customers.

I am not the review type of guy but I bought a BMW about a month ago. Unfortunately driving down Meridian I blew a tire. I decided to call them to see if they could help me find one. I wasn’t expecting them to help me since I already bought the car and that wasn’t their responsibility. Well out of my expectations a nice lady picked up the phone and hours later I received a call back from Sebastian. He helped me find the tire I needed at his cost and told me where to go. Of course I paid for it but I saved money. Thank you guys for the help

Purchased a vehicle from these guys and the entire experience was great. We purchased a Cadillac Escalade and Logan, the salesmen was very professional and up-front and honest about the vehicles wear and tear. Everything he noted over the phone was everything we had noticed in person which was a huge relief for us. They gave us a very fair trade number and Logan ended up talking us into seeing what Michael could do for financing as he thought they could beat our credit union. Sure enough, they did and we left surprised with how things turned out! Thanks Again.

I REALLY hope my review helps others, as previous reviews helped me definitively decide to NOT pursue purchasing a vehicle from World Class Motors.Test drove a gorgeous Escalade and after driving it for over 10 minutes the check engine light came on. Also found that the keyfob was not original and didnt work, and the backup camera was not operational. Spoke to Logan about these items and he simply stated that while he would talk to the owner, these vehicles were priced to sell as-is, and the owner doesnt usually fix things. I explained that I was a cash buyer, and he sort of blew me off, and stated that they would really prefer if I financed something. Wow. Kind of insulting, personally. I was told Lamont would follow up the next day, and he did. He assured me that someone in their service department would look over it and he would get back to me in a few hours. That was 2 days ago.I could never buy a vehicle with a check engine light on. After reading the previous reviews, I put two and two together and realized that this vehicle will probably just get the error codes erased, and some poor sap down the road will end up buying it. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling vehicles that have problems they are aware of. This is the epitome of a used car dealership. Steer clear.

Not the best used car dealership, not the worst. The car I bought here wasnt great for the money and cost me more in repairs than it was worth. Sebastian was good but the owner was incredibly rude and a hot head. I would leave more stars but he was just so unhelpful when we had problems with the car and with the warranty we purchased from them

This was my first time purchasing a car out of state, site unseen, and Hands Down, LaMont delivered exactly what he said. Best experience ever. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.This a dishonest, sleazy used car dealership. They did not hold to any of the deals they agree to. If youre lucky youll walk away with a car, if youve unlucky youll find that you were sold a lemon. They are the epitome of sleazy used car salesmen.

Poor communication and misleading description of vehicle condition. I was interested in a vehicle and had tried multiple times to get ahold of information about the vehicle and was told I would get a call back from Lamont. After multiple attempts and broken commitments from him I gave up. After leaving feedback about this experience Chris reached out to me and the rest of the sales process went well and they were then helpful and communicative. The vehicle was listed as excellent condition and when I asked if any body damage, anything broken or wrong with the vehicle I was told no. I purchased the vehicle and had shipped to me. Upon receiving the vehicle I found the lumbar motor broken, inside trim for the shifter was broken and evidence of poor glue job to band aid, front part of bumper mount had a broken clip causing the passenger side to hang down a little bit and create a gap, worn out rear shocks, squeaking pulley system, drivers seat that wiggles forward and backward so every time you hit the gas or brake you feel it move. I got ahold of the sales person Chris and told him about these items and how for a vehicle listed as excellent condition it was not properly disclosed. I asked for some of the items such as the trim piece, the squeaking pulley and non functioning seat lumbar motor to be fixed. He said he will price out the items and get back to me. A week went by and no contact. He said he would call me one night but never did. Talked to him the following week and said they cant help me and the owner does not want to resolve it and my problem. I reiterated that the vehicle was listed as in excellent condition and they told me nothing wrong with it when in fact obvious items were wrong. Said he would get back to me but simply ended up ignoring me. They are good prior to the sale, and have good prices. Be careful and fully inspect the vehicle you consider purchasing from them as they do not know vehicles well and either do not disclose issues or do not give them a basic run through to see what works or dont before listing for sale.

DONT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!! We purchased a truck from them, the check engine light was on and they stated that it was a non issue and obviously cleared the codes. Just spent $1,500.00 at Ford to fix some of the issues. Still have to spend another $2,000. We gave them over a week to make it right and they dont care. VERY DISHONEST, probably would have had better luck from Craigslist. WORLD CLASS they ARENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This dealership is made up of complete frauds. They have you PRE-PAY for services they then never complete. I brought my car in for repairs which were never completed. After 8 weeks of back and forth, having items stolen out of my car, and more damage done to the vehicle by the mechanics I had it! Once I relayed to them a reputable shop stated they were frauds and no work was done on my car they came up with an AMAZING story of how I had come to the service manager saying I had no money and begged him for a solution. He came up with a plan for which he warned me that it was a patch and it wouldnt fix the problem. REALLY????? These people are insane!!!! I have the receipts, texts, and conversations to prove they are straight up LIARS!The reality was that they told me what they claimed the problem was and gave me a price. They PROMISED the car would be in 100% PERFECT working order. I paid them. Now they have come up with some ridiculous story that I knew all along they were using used parts and not completing the work properly. Their only recourse is now trying to bully, insult and intimidate me. They are frauds and liars who should be put out of business!!
