This was the most pleasant experience I could have ever imagined, Laura and Winston are nothing short of amazing. From the moment we got the estimate (which was much lower than other big corporate places) to the time I drove my car back home they took beyond good care of us!! The nicest people and the quality of work is amazing. They had even detailed the inside, my car has never been so clean! The decades of experience behind this place shows. My car was fixed in less than two weeks!

They are very polite but regardless of that I informed him that I had already order my parts plus the fix was not a big fix as well ..He said he couldn’t do it unless he order the parts and other words they about the dollar sign 💲 he wanted 1200 for a part I order through my mechanic otegos on four wheeler drive Buford highway that is only 20 bucks..

I was rear ended last Friday. Caliber Collision said that the frame had damage they said it is total. The frame was slightly bent downwary due to the impack hitting square on the trailer hitch. So I brought the car to L and W and they got it repaired in one day, in at 9am done by 4pm. I know not all repairs happen that fast. The frame is perfect. I will be seeing them with other projects. I recommend them hightly 5 stars. If you want it done right see L and W . It is family owned and run by that same family.Thanks L and WLen L.

Laura and Winston helped me with Ford Mustang that was in Hurricane Michael and made the Car better then before! Painted the entire car and he paid attention to every detail! Older gentleman really knew about cars and he really knew what was going on with my car this is a really great company it might seem small but they really know what theyre talkin about the older gentleman has been doing this work for about 60 years so he was really knowledgeable about what was going on.

First off I did not allow them to repair my car. The guy at the front desk was slow rude and acted as if my business was not imprtant. He refused to even get up to look at my car. then he gave a grunt and went outside to look. After 1 minute he walked back in. I had rear-end damage. He didnt even look under the car, in the trunk or even notice the taillight was smahed. Also the shop smelled foul, there was dirt and dust every where.No way they can do quality work with bad attitudes and dirty environment like this.
